I've been bringing vehicles here for service since they've opened. The lack of communication internally & with customers has remained consistent over the years in the service department. Honesty would be preferred over standard excuses regarding delays & work performed. I was shocked after the last service visit, no one seemed to really know what was being done to my truck & a repeat issue regarding my brakes that I requested to be check, again, I was told, (again) brake dust. After reviewing the receipt of work it reflected "replace brake pads". They may be able to handle oil changes, but anything beyond that I would not recommend.

I took my Ram 3500 in for service and a recall. They said 4-5 days. They had it done the 2nd day! I was thrilled. They did a lot of work in that time frame. Everything is good now. I've been using this dealer for over 2 years. They've always been forthright and up front. Charges have always been as quoted or less. They've taken great care of my truck. My service rep has been great. I really like this dealer. Never an issue.Great job guys!

This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at Rodeo Jeep. Mike was my service representative and he always gave me an update till it was finished.In and out in an hour. They did a five-point vehicle inspection and asked about tire rotation. I was very happy with the customer service and the thorough job that the team did on my vehicle. Thanks Mike for great customer service!

Don t go here! I have a truck with 15,000 miles on it under warranty. The air-conditioning isn t blowing as cold as any other vehicle I ve owned so I asked them to take a look at it and Cameron advised me that I might have to pay $150 worth of labor if they find it to be blowing cool enough. Just doesn t seem like good customer service for such an expensive vehicle under warranty. Not sure if it s the Service Advisor(Cameron) being shady or a company policy of theirs. I ll be going other places from now on for service

Took my Jeep there for an alignment, I had ran over something on a trip to Mo. Car handles like new again now. Traded for a Cherokee in 2023, took it to Rodeo again for service, another great experience.

I needed a tire replaced & was able to get right in! My vehicle was done in less time than expected!! I will now take both my Dodge vehicles here for all our service needs!!
