I ve had my van for a couple months now! I was waiting to do my review to see how the vehicle ran. They are very patient and worked with me and my 450 credit score. Great reliable van clean and I have had no issues just some minor upkeep. Love my van. Thank you Jared and Bob for putting up with me and getting me a great vehicle with low interest compared to every other buy here pay here. Go see them if you need a vehicle and be out in under an hour.

Bought a great truck, tho I paid 4 times what it was worth, but was in need of something that day so I went with them. 2 years of on time payments, then Covid, lost my job, and a divorce all in the same month. I read he d out to the front desk lady we talked, and we agreed that a self release was able to avoid any further payments. It s been 3 years and now they are coming after me thru collections. Claimed they tried to get ahold of me for these 3 years my number has been the same for 10+ years. I took excellent care of that truck, even had the transmission rebuilt, new windshield plus so much more.So in the end the truck was great and excellent condition, but the people can t be trusted, sad cause I was about to do business with them again, but this puts a bad taste in my mouth for people trying to back door people.

I like this dealership, great prices. We felt very comfortable with Double H auto. If the vehicles we bought are as nice as they seem, I m sure we will be back. If we need any repairs we will go to them. I felt very catered to. We bought 2 beautiful cars in 1 1/2 hours. And Jared stayed after closing for us to finish paperwork. Thanks so much!

Bought a car a month ago. It was really fast approval and out the door. Great people there. Came back in with a spark plug issue, they fixed my problem right away. Definatly recommended buying your used car here. Thanks for the excellent service!

I do extensive research before making major purchases. The search for a replacement vehicle, as my former one was too difficult for me to get in and out of safely, led my to Jared & Double H. I found EXACTLY what I was looking for with terms that fit my criteria perfectly. At 74, this is likely to be my last car purchase, but I WILL send all my family and friends to Double H.

Amazing auto dealer! I just purchased a 2002 Honda Civic from their lot, for my son today and couldn't be happier. The owner Jared is a great guy, friendly and definitely takes pride in the quality of the vehicles he has on his lot, as he should. I'd like to also send a special shout out to Lauren in the office! She was super sweet and proficient. She had all the paperwork completed in less then an hour from us test driving and looking over the car. Thank you so much for such a friendly and smooth transaction!

I have been a customer of Double H for 2 years now. I have purchased 2 cars through Jared and have been completely overwhelmed with the quality of service and care that Jared has had for his customers. This is a one of a kind dealership where you are treated more like family than a sale. I cannot stress enough how amazing the team is and how attentive they are to customer satisfaction.

Jen was amazing at helping us get our first vehicle. She listened to us and help us find the vehicle that fit our needs. She made us feel like family. Jared was amazing as well. He worked with us and treated us like we are family as well. I high recommend them. We will be getting our next vehicle from Double H auto exchange. Definitely wont be going anywhere else.

Going to Double H Auto Exchange to buy my car has been the best experience. Not only are they an extremely friendly family owned business, but they really do care about their customers. They treated me like family. The car I purchased was in immaculate condition, cleaned and very well taken care of. If you're looking for a no bs dealership with amazing and friendly service this is the place to go. I would recommend this to everyone I know! Jen and Jared went above and beyond to work with all my needs, and did all of it with a smile!

I went to Double H 1 month ago and looked around and found a car I liked. Once I did Jared let me test drive it. After choosing that car, I had to go through a credit union which took me a WHOLE MONTH to get fully approved and Jared had held the car for me even though someone else tried buying it. Thanks Jared! I'm happy with my purchase.

I spent many months searching across the US for the perfect truck to me that had to meet many specific criteria. Finally I found one but it was 900 miles away at Double H Auto which worried me. After a quick phone call with Jared, I realized he was going to be easy to work with and this may actually come true. Upon flying to the dealership, I was met with friendly staff (and dog!!) all around. Disregard your previous experiences with the long drawn out paperwork process. Jared handled that in a shorter amount of time than I could have imagined. Quick and painless, the way we all want it. I can t think of one bad about my experience or my trip to AZ and working with Double H Auto. 10/10 recommend. Thank you again for being able to get me in my long sought after truck. 900 mile trip home and not a single hiccup.

I very much appreciate Jared and his staff. We found an SUV we liked . Jared let us test drive the vehicle. It ran well so we decided to purchase it. In a season where used cars are very expensive with high milage we found a vehicle with lower milage than the cars people are selling today and a very good price. The SUV had some minor issues which Jared had fixed immediately. This man and his company are the most honorable car dealers i have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have already and will continue to recommend people to buy from Double H auto exchange.

What a great experience! We drove 2 and a half hours and Jared was very honest and kind, Answered our many phone calls and provided amazing service. The vehicle was exactly as he had described. We are very happy we found this place. Thank you Double H Auto.

I'm a out of state customer who found out about the SUV I was looking at in my state from a friend, and decided to investigate. It had a Carfax report, a reasonable price and it offered a maintenance service beyond 30 days, so it was a no brainer! Within 10 days I placed a deposit and took a train, a bus and a automobile (cab) to arrive early enough to accept delivery in a few hours and then drove home. When your dealer calls you that another buyer was interested in the vehicle you are, accept that as a positive comment because in my case, a few hours could of changed my life. I found Jared to be as honest and as interested in me as a new friend than a customer. I would highly recommend his dealership, if for no other reason, many of his vehicles are one owner, such as mine!

Best dealership I've ever been to! These guys are so awesome, they gave me a smoking deal on the truck I wanted and the whole process took roughly an hour. I looked at their inventory on their website and knew exactly what I wanted before I got there. As soon as I arrived, I was helped and was able to take the truck out for a test drive. We struck a great deal while having a fun conversation, absolutely no pressure.They even hand washed my new (new to me, anyway) truck before I drove it off the lot. Jared, Jen, and everyone there are just great people all around. I would highly recommend Double H to anyone looking to buy a used car or truck. They have fast amazing service!

I have been searching for over a year for a truck. In October I found the truck I have been working for. At first I was very nervous since the I lived in OH and Double H Auto Exchange was in AZ . I called and spoke to Jen. She made me feel like we were friends and My nerves were at ease. As we were working on the deal I was able to speak to the owner Jared. He was very nice to work with. If i had time I would like to take them out for a drink. I look very forward to working with my new Double H Family in the future. Thank You Jen and Jarad!!!!!

I have been a client with Double H for almost 3 years, and I seriously am beyond grateful for Jen and Jarred! They have made the process of buying a car so much easier and less scary for me. They really care about you and your needs as a client which is really hard to find. LOVED working with Double H. We worked directly with the owner Jared and had a seamless experience. We never felt he was just trying to get us into something and off the lot; he took the time to make sure we were comfortable and going to be in the best possible fit. He was extremely transparent about ALL costs involved and even helped us get a great deal on insurance. We ll continue doing business with him and would recommend them to everyone we know!

Double H auto exchange is true to their word and I honestly feel good about the car I bought there. I just bought a Toyota four runner from them. On my way home, about 45 minutes down the freeway I noticed a sound coming from the engine. I ve had many traumatizing experiences buying cars that didn t end up so well, I called them immediately. They told me they were super bummed about my car doing that and would do anything they could to help me out. And they stuck to their word. They towed my vehicle back to their mechanic and got everything fixed up for me for free. My car was ready to go and I picked it back up a couple days later and it s been amazing so far. These people are very customer service oriented and take care of their people. If you are looking for a good selection of cars and an honest dealership, go to double h auto exchange! I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Me and my wife were in the market for a vehicle and had a very specific set of criteria and budget. After reviewing double h's website I went down to check out a few potential vehicles. like the other vehicles on the lot, are ultimate pick was an immaculate condition and at a great price. Jarred and Jen were very transparent with the entire process and how they select and recondition the vehicles. They made the process of buying a used vehicle smooth,fun,and pleasant, which is rare these days in the automotive sales. We ended up with a great vehicle that far exceeded our initial expectations for what we could get with our budget. I highly recommend Double H to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a great price!
