Reviewing late, but I believe his name was Matt, who helped me before Christmas. I bought multiple helmets and gear - he was Great.It is great to have a store like this out in QC.Very nice, great customer service, and plenty of gear.

Marty was helpful , spent hours setting up with the perfect helmets and talking systems so that my wife and I can verbally communicate clearly while on different bikes .

Great staff. They allowed me to browse, taking my time, while looking certain things up on my phone to make sure I was getting the right stuff without treating me like I was a weirdo. Lol. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable with everything in their store

This new establishment is on a mission to provide the best customer service this area has ever had. They are going the extra mile to outperform any competitor-hands down. Beautiful store, centralized (east county) location, outstanding customer service. I rarely find this type of customer service in any of my personal or business relations. It s a breath of fresh air, honestly. Hang on to your hats because you re going to be slingin that gear out the door so fast it will make your head spin! Thanks again, fellas-see you soon.

Went in to look around and ended up buying a new helmet, they had an excellent selection and the service was great. I haven't used the helmet yet so can't say much there. Very happy they are in Queen Creek now. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

I think the gentleman that helped my wife and I was named Jeff, he was really friendly and helpful. I appreciated that he offered help without being overly suggestive or pushy. Helmet sale was a great deal, store was clean and pretty decently sized. Would definitely recommend stopping by.

1st time in the new Queen Creek store and what a great layout. Clarke the Mgr on duty was very courteous and was handling all the customers in the store. Invited me to the grand opening in March. I didn't need anything but left with a couple great deals anyways. I recommend checking out this location.D.L.

Hannah was friendly and knowledgeable. Got me in and out quickly with everything I needed. Royce also helped me and my wife find a good helmet for her. Very familiar with the brands and made us feel at home.

The staff at this location are amazing! I have been in the store a dozen or so times since they opened and have met 5 of the employees. As a new rider, I honestly feel like they welcomed me in and we are friends now. Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly. They are now the only place I will shop for all of my riding needs.

Great new store!Andrew hooked me up with a new set of tires for my street bike, and had them installed that day! (I think he even stayed late to get them done) Couldn t be happier!! What a great team member!!

I am very happy with cycle gear, I came in looking to see if I could find a pair of gloves for my sister and met Royce. Royce was very helpful and pleasant, he helped me with the gloves and I also left with a leather jacket, a yellow jacket for visibility not just a vest it fits like a jacket. I also got a cycle membership which I am sure I will use. Your store is very clean, neat and organized. Royce is a good asset for your store. Thanks for your having such a great well run store.

First the positive. The store is well-stocked with riding clothing. A newer location, it is clean, bright and modern. The woman at cash was a pleasure.As for the needs improvement, I was there for a traditional battery and was forced to buy a much more expensive lithium because of the spotty inventory. This was to install in one of the most popular bikes sold in the country.Secondly, I was searching through the batteries for an extended period of time, between 30-45 minutes, trying to find one that was compatible. No one offered to help. In fact, there was no one in the parts end of the store to ask.Finally, when I did settle on the expensive lithium unit, the store wouldn t take my previous battery for recycling or proper disposal. That s ridiculous.

Went in to get some new gear for me and my girlfriend. I believe the girls name was Hannah that helped us. She was super helpful and didn t hesitate to go looking for stuff for us in the back. Very pleasant and super friendly. When this location didn t have something, she looked at other locations to see if it was anywhere else. There was another gentleman there that helped us as well at the end and had great information about the RPM program and made sure we had all the details. I ve been shopping at Cycle Gear for 20+ year and had a great experience, as always.

Well stocked location. Disappointed because bought a helmet liner. Sign said 2 for $9.99. Asked if 2 were in package or take two packages. Your salesman said 2 were in package. When I opened the package at home, only 1 was in package. Open house was also underwhelming. At least at 5 pm there was no music, limited parking, and no raffle or drinks! Cycle Gear does have an excellent selection and prices!

I went there to buy a helmet.The first salesman was okay, but in his attempt to get me to spend twice the money I was planning, he used the tired line, What is your head worth to you? . I told him that I find it hard to believe that you sell helmets that are not safe. Gratefully he left me alone and another guy check on me and was over the top helpful.I left with the helmet I wanted, but in a color that was better suited to my bike and riding kit.To the credit of the first guy, at checkout, he help my sales guy save me $30. Good on him.

I was pleasantly surprised that we had a Cycle Gear in QC. On my visit, I was welcomed by the staff, and everyone was very polite and attentive. I look forward to my next visit and purchase. I usually get all my tires done at CG, but I haven't since moving here because they were so far away. Problem solved. Keep up the excellent work.

Met with David yesterday to pickup and have my new Michelin Road 6 tires mounted and balanced for my ST1300. David was very helpful and started on my tires as soon as I walked through the door. While I waited, Hanna was there to answer every question I asked about the various items in the store, ranging from riding apparel to the new Cardo systems. She is a wealth of knowledge and on top of her game.I ve been a big fan of CycleGear for years and with customer service from David and Hanna, you ll be in good hands with them. 10/10 for these two at Cyclegear !

The new Cycle Gear in Queen Creek is a very welcome addition. I took a couple of wheels with old tires in to have new tires mounted. Cycle Gear did a perfect job, they were ready when promised, the price was reasonable and the staff is great.

Showed up to drop a wheel of to have a tire mounted. They offered to change out the tire right then while I waited, saving me an hours drive home and a return trip to pick it up. Granted, the store was really empty at the time, but they saved me time and gas money. Super good experience all around today.

We are so happy to have Cycle Gear so close to where we live. I have bought so many things from Cycle Gear, now I can go in and speak to their experts in person. Austin, David, Madi and Royce have all been extremely helpful. It is like hanging out with your friends and talking bikes in a garage, except all of their employees are as passionate about riding as I am. The store has been open for about a month, and it is well organized. It is great to be able to put hands on everything that interests me. It is nice to be able to try on all the jackets that I want, especially since each company fits differently. I would recommend going in and seeing what all the hype is about. If I'm in Cycle Gear much more, I may have to pay rent. Easy to spend hours in there, looking at everything that you would online, but now you can see how things look and fit in person.

I was welcomed at the door when I walked in.Very friendly staff,had a new tire changed out. the rim I brought in with an old tire on it.The service was fast.Great customer service,other companies should follow there employees attitude towards customers.
