I bought a used car and wanted to get the oil changed and an inspection done on it.Everything went great! They did a very thorough inspection. Pointed out a few concerns but no high pressure to sell me anything. All of the personnel were very good and helpful. Griffin was my service advisor and was great and very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I felt they were very honest! It is hard to find that nowadays unfortunately. Thanks guys I'll be back again!

Christian Brothers was fantastic to deal with. Each step of the process, from setting the appointment through checking in to completion was easy and smooth. Along the way I received great updates with valuable information, and the comprehensive report with photos I received at the completion of my vehicle's service - wow, never received something so detailed and informative from any other service provider before. I highly recommend, and will be letting family, friends and neighbors know what a great experience I had working with you.

Customer service second to none. Being picked up and dropped off at home while my vehicle was being repaired was something I had never experienced before. I ve used some other big repair garage services in the area and compared their diagnostics for my problem and found the others to not be trustworthy-honest-knowledgeable.Christian Brothers gave me an all round attentive honest service with the feel of a mom and pop business. Can t recommend enough.

I was in a pinch to get some air in some tires on a car dolly. I had been to 3 different gas stations and all 3 either had compressors not working, or the air chuck was broken. I called over to these guys and asked them if they would put air in my tires-No problem at all. They were prompt and standing on the outside of their shop looking in, they look like good people that run a tight ship and a clean and orderly shop.I don't live in the area but have family that does. I can't speak for their mechanic work but do appreciate them helping a guy in a pinch out. Based on most other reviews they seem to be competent and good people to work with.

Outstanding service, they are more than awesome always being down to earth but doing such a detailed job! It was a wonderful experience and I ll definitely be coming back for any car related issues in the near future when needed! Thank you guys and God bless, I appreciate it!

Was there today for the first time. The staff is very friendly. The waiting area is nice and the facility is very clean. I waited for my work to get done. They do have a free shuttle service if you need it. It took a bit longer because I needed to replace my dirty air filter and they didn't have it in stock so the local parts store had to deliver it. Next time I would just drop car off and have them pick me up when it's done. All in all they did a good job. They do a pretty thorough inspection which is nice. I would go back.

I had my Jeep fixed at this location on February 12th. Five. Stars there s not enough I need to add 10 coconuts to the service I received from Blake and the rest of the crew training at the desk. He explained everything that my car needed, and the service with videos and pictures was very very helpful In the diagnosis. I felt very well, and sincerely served by Blake as his demeanor is truly golden, and genuinely Caring. I Highly recommend this location Even the lobby and bathroom I rate 10 stars on cleanliness What a great experience Thank you Blake and the crew!!!

This place is amazing, not your normal auto repair company. Very clean front office are, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They called me to give me an update on my repair, letting me know they needed to fix one other thing. Prices are very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them over a tire/repair shop.

I m so glad to have brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers. An utmost professional and courteous staff. Very timely in diagnosing, communicating, and repairing my vehicle. Cost was better than expected. Gave a courtesy call to be certain all was well with the services. Glad to know that I have trustworthy and excellent people maintaining my vehicle.

Very professional and thorough. My wife and I recently moved to Queen Creek and needed some work on our Ford pickup. They ran a complete diagnostic and pointed out the areas that need attention in the future. There was no pressure from them to have the work done now. I can budget and have the work done in phases. They really care about their customers, and I know that I can rely on them to keep us and our pickup running for years to come. And if my wife likes them that means something.

Unfortunately they hustle women. Labor fees are outrageous. Never going back. Telling my friends and family to stop going back to CB. Some of the charges are simply ridiculous for service(s). Should put something other than CB in the lot space in Queen Creek. Network Auto is better. Had my hopes up but I'll never be back. Switch to Network Auto or go someplace else.

Such a discouraging experience at Queen Creek Christian Brothers. After making an appointment for an oil change at this location, I realized I had a competitor coupon for a percentage off an oil change. With things as tight as they are nowadays, every little bit helps. I asked the manager at this CB location if he would accept a competitor coupon. He told me no, we don t do that. My viewpoint is, I can understand if they can t match competitor coupons. This review isn t about not getting a coupon matched. It s about what the manager did after I asked. When I asked if there was any other promotion they could offer, he told me: The tech found a transmission cap missing and we re going to replace that for you at no charge. We can also rotate your tires - would you like us to do that for you? I said thanks, yes. After my oil change was complete, I asked the technician about the missing transmission cap. The tech told me, the cap s not missing, it just needed to be screwed on. And, upon checking my final receipt, I see that tire rotation is included with an oil change for every standard-sized car like mine. At the end of the day, it matters less to me that the manager at QC Christian Bros didn t take my competitor coupon. What is discouraging to me is that the manager chose to be dishonest with me. They didn t replace a missing transmission cap at no cost to me - my transmission cap was never missing. And the manager offering to rotate my tires - presenting it as an add-on when it s always included - could not have been a mistake. I don t think he expected me to talk to the tech and check my receipt. I prefer to give my business to people who are honest and kind, and that s why me and my family will not be back. If you re a fan of Christian Bros, my advice would be to chose a different location that hopefully runs their business with different values.

You would be hard pressed to find a better shop than this. They keep you informed throughout the service via text. If you need to wait the lobby looks like a typical house complete with sofas and a tv. Once your car is in the shop they send you pictures and a detailed breakdown of the inspection. They then send a quote and ask permission to fix these things. No surprises on prices and even bring the car up for you when it s done! Won t go anywhere else!Service: Engine repair

This place really deserves 10 stars!!!I have been using a different shop for years and when our car broke down they decided that they did not want to take on the job...called around to multiple shops and Christian Brothers was the only shop that made me feel comfortable.They completed the repairs (installed a brand new engine) and made the whole process about as smooth as can be.We will not be taking any of our cars to another shop moving forward...Highly recommend this shop!!!

Excellent customer service. The waiting area was by far the coziest I have ever experienced whilst getting an oil change. Their digital results and detailed personal explanation on everything pertaining to your vehicle was quite impressive and comprehensive.

Nice people but very expensive for the service I required. I had already pulled the codes and explained what was needed, after the $239 diagnostics fee confirming what I told them. The quote (almost double) what I paid to get the work done from somewhere else.

I want to share a deeply disappointing experience I had at Christian Brothers Automotive (Queen Creek) to alert others to potential issues with their service.I initially visited Christian Brothers for a routine oil change. Immediately after the service, my car began leaking oil. Concerned, I returned for an inspection, and to my shock they informed me that the oil filter housing was faulty. Christian Brothers then quoted $870 for oil filter housing replacement. Skeptical of this diagnosis, especially as the issue arose right after their service, I requested an additional service, an oil filter housing cleaning. I did this so there would be no ambiguity when taking my car for a second opinion on if it was actually leaking.The second mechanic revealed a starkly different reality. Contrary to Christian Brothers' diagnosis, the leak did not originate from the oil filter housing but, in fact, from the oil plug. Furthermore, the plug is typically replaced with all new OEM oil filter kits, a basic industry practice seemingly overlooked by Christian Brothers.The consequence of this oversight was a saturated under skirt of my car, composed of a material that absorbs oil. As a result, this material now needs replacement to prevent continuous dripping. Christian Brothers' failure to identify such a blatant issue during their inspection is both alarming and disappointing.Upon talking with Christian Brothers about their oversight, their responses were unsatisfactory. They claimed they did not need to replace the plug and offered no valid explanation for not detecting the obvious leak during their inspection. Their lack of transparency, coupled with the absence of photo evidence of what they claimed, left me questioning the integrity of their practices.What is most disheartening is the fact that, despite their self-proclaimed Christian values, the level of honesty and integrity I expected from them was sorely lacking. I had hoped for a more ethical and customer-centric approach, but unfortunately, it seems like this is just another example of the norm in the car mechanic business.In conclusion, my experience with Christian Brothers Automotive has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I feel it is crucial to share my story to caution others who may be considering their services. It is my sincere hope that Christian Brothers reevaluates their practices and takes steps to ensure that honesty and integrity truly define their service to all customers.NOTE: They would not refund me and please check the other poor reviews, this is NOT a one off issue!!!

Our vehicle was returned after one month for AC repair that should have been fixed during the first visit for AC repair. First trip they replaced a supposed leaking condenser. $1200. One month later no AC and then they said we had a Cracked Compressor. $1500. They claim it was a new issue. They replaced the condenser when it did not need it.

I have always had a great experience at Christian Brothers. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They patiently answer any questions I may have and are very knowledgeable. My car is always ready when they say it will be and they communicate with me to let me know the status. I love the fact that they do a pre check of my car to let me know any issues that may need attention but yet, they are not pushy about anything I may not want taken care of right away. All in all, this is a very reputable automotive repair place and they back up their work with a guarantee.Services: Auto power window repair, Auto engine tuning, Air conditioning, Oil change

Very friendly and easy to work with. They gave me a very comprehensive workup prior to doing any work. I had to replace my AC and they were $300 more expensive than another bid I got but I decided to go with Christian Brothers because they offered a credit program with 0% interest if paid within the first 6 months. The work on the car was great and done very fast. The guys in the office were very professional as well. Although they were a little more expensive, the payment options will ensure that I go back when I need more work done.

After looking over my car and saying the oil leak was actually motor mounts they waived the $70 inspection fee. Usually bad news travels fast however i am working on letting everyone know about this kindness. Hopefully this will drive more business. So far I have told 3 people. Employees are professional and courteous. The facility is neat and clean and the waiting room is cool and comfortable. They did a great job on my truck. Best of all, they simply advise on their findings and don t push sales or pressure follow up work on anything, which I appreciate, and there were no hidden fees. I m glad to support a local small business like Christian Bothers Automotive in Queen Creek, who gives back to our community rather than one of the big dealers or bigger franchises around town who don t.
