Lisa at the front desk was always so kind to answer my calls and courteous with any of my requests to speak with my estimator.Patrick was patient in answering all of my questions and mannerly in explaining how the repair was taking place.Every demand was met with the proper industry standard so I am thoroughly satisfied with the repair and their heartfelt service.Would highly recommend

Got rear ended and this shop was the perfect choice for me. Close to home and excellent service from start to finish. Handled getting my rental for me and everything! I barely lifted a finger and they finished my car early. walked my car before and after to ensure I pointed out areas of concern, and made sure the repair was perfect. highly recommend

Queen Creek Caliber was recommended to me and I will recommend it to anyone who needs a collision shop. I had a very precision repair and it turned out perfect. I called in with a technical question during the repair and my call was taken and answered immediately. The text updates were appreciated. The rental car process was streamlined as well through Caliber. Cody, Mary and Lisa were professional and personable.

I truly appreciated Patrick Randolph the service advisor who has helped me through every step of the way with my 2016 Rio . The service was prompt and the repair done was excellent. I would recommend them for everyone who may need their vehicle fixed after an accident.

I stopped here without an appointment to have them look at a loose plastic piece on the back of my Hyundai. I was expecting to have to make an appointment, and I figured that the fix wouldn't be cheap. I was more than pleasantly surprised when Patrick popped outside, took one look and said it was simply missing a small bolt. He ran back inside, replaced it for me FREE OF CHARGE within minutes. I'm not often overly impressed with service these days, but I was just floored by his kindness. I will definitely be back to their shop if I'm in need of any Collison services. THANK YOU!!

I was in a car accident and per the insurance company directed to Caliber Collision. I took my car in and was provided a rental car at the insurance company expense. on 02/02/24 Caliber Collision reviewed the damages and based on the value of my car vs the estimate of damages it was considered a total loss. This was relayed to the insurance company and not me. That is fine. On 02/07/23 I was contacting by the insurance company that they would not be repairing it and provided my options to keep or surrender. I was keeping my car. I had until 02/12 before the rental car was due back and I took that time to weigh my options. On Monday 02/12/24, I called Caliber to make sure that I could drop the rental with them or if I needed to drop off the rental before picking up my car. The girl that answered the phone advised and said I could leave it there and see me soon. She then called back 30 mins later saying, "I'm so sorry your car is not ready". It was STILL disassembled and would not be ready till Tuesday 02/13/24. I stated that I only had the rental till the 5:20pm that day and would they be paying for this? she said, "no" like I had asked for a million dollars and to contact the insurance company they should be able to cover it. I hung up from her called (ON MY TIME!!!!) the rental car location and the insurance of which I was on the phone 45 mins asking could they cover it, and the answer was NO. This was not their fault or their responsibility the car should have been ready when they were told it was a total loss. I then called back stated that they said no, and she just said, " Yeah, we don't cover that." I had no choice, but the rental company was gracious enough to keep the insurance rate and I was not charged the regular rate. The next day I went up to Caliber and spoke t the lady at the front desk. Let me be clear THIS WAS NOT THE LADY ON THE PHONE PRIOR. This lady was nice and empathetic and said let her see what she could do as this could be handled with a simple gift card (her words, so obviously they do this) it just needed to be approved by the manager. I got no call back and when I called to follow up the original lady answered and again said no with a lame excuse. The rental cost was $47.50 and this company refused after they are the one that inconvenienced me. This is being posted on multiple platforms because this could have been handled and responsibility taken!!

My car looks brand new again! Sean was my advisor and he was very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and always answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Lengthy review but I'm so thankful! I recently went to the dealership with my car because the manual seat recline lever was stuck. The technician took the car into the bay and then informed me the that whole base of the seat needed to be replaced and it would be $1,500+ to replace/labor costs. But today, I walked into Caliber without an appointment and was immediately met with smiling faces and help. A friendly employee named Cody got down on his hands and knees in the parking lot with his phone light and found a random bolt that was blocking the lever, went inside and grabbed a magnet, pulled the bolt out, and it is now functional again! Thank you so much, Cody and Caliber Collision for taking the time to see a walk-in with a strange request! Should I ever be in need of collision repairs, you will be my first call!

IF YOU ARE SELECTING A PLACE FOR REPAIRS THROUGH INSURANCE: GO ELSEWHERE!My husband's vehicle was in an accident on January 10th. After everything was worked out with insurance, we chose to take his car to Caliber Collision since we had my car repaired there in the past. Please note that even when I took my car there we experienced issues (Mercedes hood insignia place upside down & hood needed to be repainted), but decided to pursue the same body shop due to it being familiar and close to home. BIG MISTAKE!The car was to be accessed for damages on January 12th at 8:30am. However, at 4:32pm on January 11th, I received a call from Mary stating that whoever scheduled us to bring the vehicle at that time actually double booked appointments & we would need to call back for another appointment.On January 12th we call back to schedule for a different time, but the woman who answers claims that we "missed" our 8:30am appointment scheduled that day. It is evident that the facility lacks communication and proper scheduling tools. When we informed her of Mary's voicemail from the day prior she said she couldn't get us in for another appointment until January 17th.On January 17th we take the vehicle for assessment and pictures are taken.On January 18th our insurance provided and estimate and provided Caliber Collision with payment. Shortly after this, my husband called Caliber Collision to schedule a time to bring the vehicle for repairs. They informed him that approval and scheduling would need to be done through the insurance company first. THIS IS A LIE!It was not until we went DAYS without hearing from the. insurance company that I began looking further into our claim. It did not make sense that Caliber Collision received payment but could not schedule repairs. My husband called Caliber Collision back on January 29th (11 DAYS AFTER THEY WERE PAID) to schedule. This time he pushed a bit more to get scheduled and suddenly the response from Caliber Collision changed... "Oh, USAA must have changed their process...". Nope, you just fail to complete your job of scheduling.Caliber Collision does not ever accept responsibility & their customer service is abysmal!

Very pleasant people that work at Caliber Collision, this was my first experience dealing with an insurance repair and they made me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision for your auto body repairs. And my car looks amazing they did a great job !

Nothing but runaround and delays at this shop. They gave me an expected pick up date twice and failed to meet their own schedule. No contact about the issues or delays. I called them on the day of expected pick up and found out the issues that way. I was told both times they call you when it s done. Still missed paint that was the reason it was delayed in the first place!

Add 3-4 weeks to whenever they tell you your car will be done . Took multiple and I mean multiple calls to Zach (who wouldn t answer if he knew I was calling) and Cody to figure out when our car would be done. Told them multiple times we re footing the bill for a rental car and after about 10 calls they got us a rental (for one day). It seems like they held a grudge against us for asking why they lied to us when our car wasn t done yet

The car was restored to its original beauty and its owner was very happy.Zach kept us well informed throughout the repair.Lisa arranged for the rental car pickup and return and was very business like throughout the repair.The car was washed and cleaned inside much to our pleasure.We can give Caliber a 5 Star rating out of 5 Stars for the repair.

My vehicle was sent here through my insurance. Initially, there was some scheduling confusion, but that is understandable with the sheer volume of business they do.The staff is great, their work is great. The day I picked up the car, there was a minor complication that needed to be addressed. They took the car back in immediately and even helped cover my rental car in the meantime.10/10 would recommend!
