I brought a vehicle here for the third time yesterday (third vehicle) for an oil change. During the change, the technician noticed some leaking (that matched with drip spots on my driveway), so Gayle, who was my service representative, brought me back and showed me the areas on the vehicle that needed to be repaired and explained why. She then gave me some advice about the repairs and a detailed printout of each recommended repair. She also applied a coupon to my oil change. I didn't feel pressured, sold, or pushed in any way. I felt like I had received outstanding customer service, which is increasingly rare in our world.

Under new management and it s excellent. James really took care of me and my vehicle by taking ownership of an issue replaced a part. Great costumer service and transparency is rare these days especially in the automotive world but it definitely still exists at here!. Thanks again James and the Brakes Plus team you guys are amazing.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Our SUV needed an alignment after installing new tires. We were greeted upon entering with a smile. The technician explained the process and expectations clearly. Job was completed as promised in the timeframe given. I'm glad I gave Brake Plus (Queen Creek) a try. I'll be bringing our vehicles here for future maintenance.

Kerry and his team there at the Brakes Plus location in Queen Creek are #1 in my books. They provide outstanding service, concern, care and are extremely responsive. I could not be happier with the service provided and at the amazing cost of everything at the Queen Creek Brake Plus location on Ocotillo and Ellsworth! I was nervous going in to get my brakes inspected on how much it would cost and it was SUCH a great deal. I was due for an oil change anyway so I decided to have them do it as well because it was greatly priced! Highly recommend this location for great customer service, pricing AND how fast it was completed!

I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. They informed me that my brakes were nearly worn but not unsafe. They were very transparent and honest. I didn't feel like I was being scared or intimidated into additional repairs. I authorized the additional services. They returned my vehicle to me quicker than promised and in better condition. I highly recommend this location.

Great service today!!! Jeremy, manager, was very kind and helpful. Was transparent with what needed to be done and helped me prioritize the service needed. Was nicely surprised that shuttle service to and from my home was offered. Thank you Jason for the rides!! Kerry was helpful at checkout. Will definitely be visiting this location again.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. The Manager Ortiz is great told me just what I needed. Very trustworthy and honest guy plus looked for the best way to save me some money. My car feels like new and runs great thanks to a maintenance package I did. Will definitely recommend and will return for any of my cars future needs.

My experience with this Brakes Plus location was outstanding. I have taken my car to other locations and other repair places, and none of them compared to how this Brakes Plus treated me. The work was honest and complete. No surprises afterward. If you have a choice between car repair shops in this part of Gilbert and Queen Creek, take your vehicle here. You will be glad you did.

Thank-you for the wonderful service! I took my truck in for an oil change. When they did an inspection on my vehicle they found that I had a gas leak. I brought it back to have the gas leak fixed and they were so quick and accommodating to get me back in and so helpful. Show me step by step what they were doing and why. Thank you guys for being so helpful. It's amazing to have someone I can trust my vehicle with!!!

After going to 3 different gas stations, every air pump was out of order. I quickly stopped by this Breaks Plus location and James was happily willing to help right away.Huge thank you to James and Cameron for filling up my tires and being so nice on such a rough day. It is much appreciated!

Easy to schedule, friendly staff, and quick service all at a fair price. Went in for an oil change and had a very pleasant experience, so I'd absolutely recommend this shop for anyone looking to get an oil change and tire rotation.

Store Manager James and his team like Gayle were absolutely amazing- I was stressed out about things going on with my cars and they put me at ease & are the most trustworthy automotive team I've dealt with. I am loyal to this store and any car problems I will come here. Highly recommend for anything going on with your car to bring it here, they do so much more than just brakes.

Fantastic experience with Gayle today for the work on my wife s Kia. She was extremely informative, and very polite. Work only took a few hours (Brakes, Oil Change & Coolant flush), and everyone was extremely professional. We ll definitely be taking our vehicles here in the future!

I love this place. So kind and reasonable. Bmw dealership wanted $2750. Brakes plus charged me less than $1000 and have then done a few hours. Such nice honest people. Plus pads are lifetime warranty!!!

This Brakes Plus location and James has been an amazing help with my Mustang from new brakes, inspections, etc. He went into detail about what i needed, explaining how it happens and why it needs to be done and giving me the comfort that my car will be just fine! Worked with James, the manager at this location and he was great! Got everything looked at, confirmed my suspected issue, called me with options for repair, and took care of it quickly! Car repairs suck so at least the experience was good.

I went for an alignment, but it turned out that my vehicle was in compliance with factory specifications. They told me there was no charge, but they could have easily charged me for their time, and I would have paid it. Thank you for being honest and for great customer service.

Super awesome location. This side of town needed a Brake and oil change service location. Brand new super clean. Very friendly and nice superstar techs working the shop floor and in the office. Marcos is the best. Took care of us fast and with a smile

I mainly dealt with Robert, the manager, and Marco. They were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They accurately confirmed the pump issue my Prius was having and worked with me to take care of it quickly. I was able to pick it up later the same day that I had made the appointment and it was all ready to go. Thank you guys, my car is running great now in this heat! - Ryan
