Maintaining 4 vehicles is a chore. Brake Masters did all 4 over a 2 day period. I would drop 1 off and pick-up the finished one. All were done in a timely manner and they called me with price quotes and when finished.

I've taken my cars and trucks to other places that would give me incredibly high quotes and want to "replace" things that weren't even on my vehicles. I always ended up going to Brake Masters for a 2nd opinion. Now they're my first, and only, stop. They always take great care of me, have fabulous prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they don't try to take advantage because I'm a female. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family as well as anyone who asks where to go. The team here was able to diagnose and prioritize the most important issues to fix to get me on the road. They informed me of other repairs that could be made or were recommended to do soon but were not pushy. The repairs work well and I don t feel like I was overcharged.

These guys are the best. Got a quote for work to be done on the front end of my car. They were $300 cheaper. They let me come out and see the work that needed to be done and showed me why. Very trustworthy.

This place is unprofessional. A day after service they used the car holders account and got their personal cell phone number and called them and asked for a date. This is not a dating service. You do not go into someone s account and ask if they can give out their phone number! Unprofessional! The disrespect. Makes me think what else this company does.

Friendly service, however I had to return due the low engine oil light coming on after my oil change. They were very helpful and worked out the problem.

Service was awesome good. Fast too, sooner than quoted. That was Fri, this is Monday, Labor Day 2023. Today the car a/c is not working. I anticipate them making good on their warranty promise. It improved upon it's previously wonderful record.That's what I want to see in my Automotive Team.Resolved an important issue correctly.I was having a massive financial situation with serious setbacks. They Left one item undone because I couldn't afford the part.Today they completed a Complete Brake System Nightmare to perfection.Great job guys!

ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! We brought our vehicle in for an oil change, they said they did it, a d charged us for it. They asked if we wanted a new cabin filter, we said no. Fast forward to today, my husband did the oil change this time and discovered a whole list of issues. First, there was NO CABIN FILTER! The bas****s took ours out and didn't replace it! And then, the plastic cover under the car had 4 broken sheared bolts, one partially broken clip and one single bolt holding it in place. The oil drain plug was over torqued so when he took it off, the washer was so stuck on that he had to use a hammer and chisle to get it off. The o-rings inside the filter hadnt been changed and they the oil looked so bad that it seemed like they didn't even do the oil change. PLEASE, DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE! I can only imagine what would have happened to our family if they had done the brakes (that they said needed to be changed but when we checked they absolutely didn't yet).

Had rear brakes and rotors replaced on my f150 several months ago. Heard brakes sqeal and stopped in at the end of the day on Friday. The guys had my truck up on the rack instantly to find they were just dirty from brake dust. Did a tire rotation at no charge. I believe they were very fair and diligent with my repairs and follow up.I received service the same day I needed help and they responded very positively to any questions I had afterwards.They even adjusted a noisy hubcap after I got tires somewhere else.I am a new fan.

they are always so nice here. i've come in many different times and they're always patient and nonjudgmental and today they checked out my windows, gave me a temporary fix for free, and even checked out my AC without me asking and are currently working to try and fix that as we speak! you can tell they just really love cars and making sure that peoples cars last :]

Took my car because the Transmission was acting up.. they quoted me $500 less than Aamco and they did an EXCELLENT job on my Tranny. Honest, fast and friendly too. I d definitely recommend them for any car services.Just recently had to take my Cadillac in for a Power Steering Pump and they were honest and quick and ALWAYS reliable. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else in Queen Creek!

Good place. Fast service. Called for a last minute oil change and they were able to accommodate me. Good location so you don't have to just sit there. There's resturants and stores in walking distance.

Extremely upset over my oil change/fuel filter change on 11/11/12. I had a 7:30am appointment for services, I arrived at 7:20 and went to the waiting room. 3 hours and 20 minutes later I received my truck back with a shattered side mirror and an $800+ bill!! $325 in labor to change out filters that they installed last time I had my truck serviced - they said they had issues because of how they were installed!! No discounts for my time or the damage other than "we will replace the mirror". It should not take 3+ hours to service my vehicle which means I paid $200 more in labor than I should have been charged to begin with! I will NO longer be a customer!Service: Auto maintenance

Tom was able to get our car right into the shop for rear brake pads and rotors, oil change, tire rotation and transmission service on Saturday morning and finished the car same day. Very happy with our car being serviced here. Good experience. Walked in to check what they could do; I have a precious vintage vehicle with hard to get parts. My regular specialty mechanic quoted me close to $2,000 for renewing my front rotors and pads and a full day of work.Brakemasters said I could bring in my own parts and they would do the Labor and just charge me for that. Bought a front wheel set for a total of $350 myself and BM charged me $180 for the Labor, which was done in less than 2 hours too!! Saved almost 75% by doing so I am probably going to let them do my oil changes too (saves me about 50%).Service: Brakes

I brought my Mazda 3i into Brake Masters due to some clunking noise in my front end, right away they offered to do an inspection to see what was causing the noise. After a very detailed inspection they found that a stablizer bar link needed to be replaced i brought the car in the next morning and they also found that my engine mount was cracked so they replaced the stablizer bar link and engine mounts and transmission mount and engine torque strut mount along with a computerized alignment, they were professional and knowledgeable they did all the work in a few hours, but because it took longer then originally quoted they deducted money off my bill! Unheard of at any other auto repair shop! And they gave me emergency roadside assistance coverage in case i ever break down need a tow! Get a flat, a jumpstart even fuel! I have never been given that from any repair shop! These guys are amazing and you can trust they will do the very best for your vehicle, and after you leave they protect you! Brought one of my cars here for a tire rotation and oil change. They quoted me for a few other items some of which are easy DIY so I decided to go that route. One of the repairs required tire removal. I went to remove my tire and a lug nut broke clean off. Looking at the thread left in the lugnut it was clear they didn't pay attention putting the nut back on and cross threaded it.Giving 2 stars because they are willing to fix it but instead of making this issue a priority for a customer that has already paid and had an issue with their service they have told me it would take 2-3 hours to replace one wheel stud... Again my rating is due to the handling and amount of time that has to be taken to fix the issue. I'm glad they are willing to fix it for free...Not sure if I would come back here going forward..Service: General repairs & maintenance
