Great location. Great staff and they communicate really well.They also help me set up my vehicle as a new fleet for my company and made the process really easy. I had multiple problems with my vehicle and they took me in the back and showed me everything that I should be aware of,The only downside was the time estimation I was given for the necessary repairs took one hour longer than anticipated, and I wish they would have communicated to me as I was waiting, that whatever was going on with my vehicle in the back took longer than expected, and that they would have my vehicle out shortly.

Have been to this location twice now, about 4 weeks apart or so. Needed to replace all 4 tires but did two at a time. Both times the same crew was working which is nice because you get to know them and based on that their crew retention would seem to be high which reflects a healthy work environment. Everyone i've met is professional, honest, and even friendly. They do their best to find you the best deal and it doesn't feel like a rip off. I really appreciate the great service. This is not a huge deal to me personally but the waiting area is very nice, stocked with more food and drinks than I'd expect and they had the cardinals game on last time i was here which was very entertaining. Came in to fix one tire (patch job), it wasn t in a fixable location. I had a minor dispute with their buy 2, get 2 free tire program, because they add other costs to offset the 2 free tires (they make their money back on their upfront warranty plan charges).This news wasn t pleasant, although, the manager, Amber, and the technician, Garrett, did a great job of breaking down the costs and letting me know what my options were. These 2 employees did a good job of advocating for the company, while not making the customer feel misled (admittedly, Big O Tires marketing dept. needs work).

I had a major AC Issue last summer and the Big O here in San Tan Valley got my car all fixed up quick with personalized service and attention to details. I also got all brand new tires, and the car rides like new. I was very happy with their work.

I ve been going to this same Big O Tires for 7 years now. I have always been treated kind and any oil changes have been done within 45 minutes to 60 minutes as promised. And I also buy tires occasionally when I need them. Prices are very good.

So grateful for Big O Tires on Power Rd/Rittenhouse. It s easy to schedule online and their customer service is phenomenal. I had some pretty serious issues going on with my car and they were able to order parts and get everything done in a timely manner. They kept me updated on progress and even called to tell me that some repairs initially thought necessary, were not. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.Joanna

I have been bringing my Mercedes to this location for maintenance & tires since 2021, I drive rich but I m not rich. But I want my baby Mercedes to be taken care of, and they always do, specifically this last week, I went in to get new tires, and I noticed that my car had a faint scent of oil, unfortunately, we determined that it had a much bigger problem than tires. Amber, and the team at Big O took care of my car, went above and beyond the tires and the (turbo) engine work, EVEN fixing a rear lightbulb that I have been girl mathing for the last year for me, as a woman who doesn t know anything about cars, other than oil, changes and tires, I appreciate their service, hard work, and most importantly understanding that this is my baby, and they took such good care of my car. I would like to mention Trevor as well, I spoke to him a few times when I was checking on my car and they were just so kind to me. Thank you so much! I will continue being a loyal customer to this specific location, why you ask? I initially went to another Big O that is closer to my home, and they were absolutely rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable,(Chandler) so I came to my original Power Rd location for service and I am so happy that I did!!!!!

No such thing as a free lunch or oil change. I got a "free" oil change in June. I used this location for the 1St time. I started seeing oil in my drive way which originally looked like water. That is why it took me so long to know it was an issue. At first the liquid looked clear and got darker as more came out. The person who did the change never put the cap back on. I went to Lee's Auto who wrote up a paper to confirm this. So today I got my engine cleaned for 129.00 which the store itself refused to pay. I have a receipt I would happily provide. My free oil change was originally $6.00 at the shop plus $129. I had to clean it. The oil went everywhere. I had no option other than to get the engine steam cleaned. It was a mess inside. I was told corporate would call back after 3 days. Well they did not so I called today. I was told that was because they did not have the year make and model of my vehicle which I gave on the 1st call. Now it will be another 3 days for a call back. They could have called me or even emailed me to ask me that. So that response is a joke! ++++UPDATE- The new service manager was in and agreed to pay $129 which is what I paid for the engine steam cleaning. I appreciate that the location did make good. Unfortunately the corporate office promised a call back and after 5 calls waiting the 3 or more days in between I never did receive a call back from them.Service: Oil change

Great experience! I had an oil leak and some other items going off with the car. They were able to help quote at a good price and complete pretty quick. Customer service was great!

I went in for an oil change and an inspection. They told me I had a potential coolant leak. I m not good with cars at all and Doug helped explain everything to me in a way that made sense. Doug and the mechanics went out of their way to help me. They are very knowledgeable about the different systems and fixed everything perfectly. I would 100% recommend this location. I am now going to be coming here for all my future services over the dealership or other shops. Great customer service and car service. You should definitely come here!!

Do not take your cars to the store, especially if you're getting a tire rotation done. Because they will screw up the balancing of your tires and how I know the balancing is. Screwed up on my tires from them is because this is a brand new car. It's getting its first oil change and they rotated the tires. Now I have a very bad vibration. I called. The same day, 3 days later, 4 days later, and then almost a week after and finally got the store manager who refused to take my phone calls and he tells me that well. There is nothing that we can do. that's sad as a company that they're not gonna make something right that they screwed up. And the store manager name is Steve.

The guys quickly put on a used tire I got to replace a bag one with a screw in it. I was in a bind after making an appointment at Firestone only to be told they have a policy against installing used tires. Thanks Big O for coming in clutch!

Sitting outside Big O'Tires, as we are waiting to get our wheels balanced. We only came here because we were told when we bought them that as long as we had these tires, we'd get them balanced at no charge. I'm giving 1 star because there is no option for zero. The 1 star is because we had to call 2 different Big OTire and the corporate office before Steve at the counter who still won't acknowledge there should be no charge insists there's a charge for a balance.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!**Update**To answer the owners reply. According to the CORPORATE office, 1) it doesn't matter which location you buy your tires from. 2) the warranty we declined has NOTHING to do with the lifetime balance program. These are 2 different things, 3) we will NEVER be back to this location for our tires needs, and 4) will NEVER recommend this location to anyone!

Good ol melissa pulled the bait and switch on us. Came in for a shop price alignment like previous and when we arrive wants to charge almost 200 for an alignment because they have to make extra adjustments? It's just a toe set. "That's what I've been told" she said. Get your facts straight Melissa and learn what your selling to the customer before you make yourselflook silly. I deal with auto repair daily and what you said made no sense. Also you need to look confident in which you you werent.

I came into Big O Tires today for a quick patch on my front driverside tire and after they examined the tire I was informed it was too damaged to patch. I quickly received a quote for new tires and within an hour I had my keys and 4 new tires. The staff was very pleasant. If you're waiting in the lobby as I did today, help yourself to coffee or water.

I needed to get my rear breaks checked and an oil change on my Pathfinder and they were able to get me in the same day. After inspected my vehicle, I needed new rear rotors and breaks. I did start to panic but they did everything they could to give me a good price!!! I have never had an automotive place work with me on what I could afford. Big O provided me EXCELLENT service and I will be going to them for all my Vehicle needs, moving forward!

I made an appointment online to get my oil changed, and it was an easy process. The employees were very kind, and they also seem super happy to be working with each other which contributed to a friendly and welcoming environment. They also offered me some coffee! They were able to complete the oil change within an hour and a half, which was nice. I ll likely come back next time.

Approximately a year ago I had taken my vehicle to another tire store for a slow leak in one of my tires. They told me the tire couldn t be fixed and would only sell me four new tires. I got a second opinion from Big O Tires without sharing what the other tire shop told me. Big O Tires said the tire could be repaired and did so that same day.Well, it was finally time for new tires on my 2019 Honda Odyssey. I didn t think of going anywhere else. Melissa and Mark assisted me with the purchase of four new tires. I appreciated their communication from start to finish. I even got the fourth tire for free with a promotion Big O Tires was running.

terrible assistance and didn t fix the leak. wouldn t give money back somehow didn t see the nail . awful. went over to discount tire and got it fixed for free. was also told the tire could not be fixed when it was taken back for going flat again within 25 mins of leaving the store after they fixed the leak . i would strongly encourage to go to discount tire instead, much better service there.

Be aware of getting tires replaced here. I bought 4 new tires and after a while one separated so I took it back because I had the warranty on them. Told them to replace two tires to make them equal tread. The old tires were no longer carried so they replace them with a different brand. I thought this was good to go. Then I took my car to the dealership to get it serviced and asked them to do an alignment and check the tires as I thought I might have another one separating. They informed me that there were three tires the same brand and one different. How could that be if two were replaced at Big O with the same brand?? Called to see what they would do for me and there was nothing because it was too old (10 months). So Beware of paying for something you don't get!!
