Amazing staff and experience. Had to have my tires replaced a couple years ago and they had plenty of options from relatively cheap to high end. Have had to have same tire plugged twice since and they were always quick and honored their warranty. The first time i was expecting to pay since i didn't keep the paperwork but they keep the records in their system and it cost me nothing every time.

Can t believe I haven t left a review before now. My apologies! I have used Joe Roger s here for years! Him and his team are fantastic. I don t go anywhere else because I know I will get quality work at a great rate. Joe and the guys are folks you can trust! Thank you for all of your hard work!

Had rims swapped out on my ladies car and one of the pressure sensors was not installed correctly by Jason and the tire was almost completely flat by the time we got back to my house. We ended up airing it up again, and going straight to a llanteria in Phoenix where they showed us the part that was damaged by this shop and fixed it for free. Not coming back to this shop...

Been using Big Brand Tires since it was Tire Pros. They treat you like family and are always willing to find a way to help. I trust them will all our vehicles. Great people and great service.

Love this establishment! I feel like they are honest, friendly and do a really good job. Always get my cars done quickly and keep me apprized of anything that's unexpected. Great place to get your car taken care of!

Fast, friendly, and affordable. Was the only shop willing to find another size that worked for my wife s car when no other shop had the factory size in stock.

10/10 recommend! I went in with no appt with a flat, and was cheerfully greeted by machanics who began to: #1 tell me that the previously tires that were put on my car were the wrong size! Then second that the repair to my flat would be free! Ummm I m sorry, whaaaaaat?! Free?! I asked them why would they just fix a flat for free?! I mean not only did he NOT try to sell me tires regarding the too small ones that were already on it but then a simple, it s what we do. It s the service we offer. I left the car there because Their schedule was a little bit backed up and I picked it up a couple of hours later. My bill was zero dollars! I don t know how anybody could not work with Big tire and service, but if you don t work with them, put them in your contacts and make sure you call them whenever you need any sort of service or repair. Thank you big tire!

Great service! I had a nail in my tire. I was headed to the airport. The guys got it fixed no problem. Any tire work that I need done in the future, I will be taking it to the shop

11/22/23: They fixed my car! Thank you guys for restoring my trust in you.11/20/23: Went from 5 starts to one. Cameron, the manager, hung up on my today. He didn't like that I was mad after HIS employee told me something was covered due to already having it in for the same issue (power steering leak) already and he was then telling me is $700 on top of the like $650 I've already paid. I miss the old Manager. He took care of his long time customers.

Fantastic experience as always. I needed an alignment, they were fast and efficient and did a great job. James was great to work with, very professional, friendly, and helpful!Update on 1/8/24I had a problem crop up with a tire replacement. When I let them know the next business day that there was a problem, they went to work fast to fix the issue and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them.

Came in today for four tires, Jason was extremely nice and friendly. Gave us a great price and had everything finished in less than 2 hours. We appreciate good customer service because you definitely can't find that everywhere nowadays! Will definitely be returning to this location!

Woke up to a deadbolt in a tire on a Sunday morning. Big Brand was the only shop open near me and was in and out in less than an hour. Great service, will be back.

These guys took my truck as a walk in for an alignment job and had me out in under 30 minutes. They were still working on another vehicle at the time of walk in so that's pretty good. Would definitely recommend these guys for shop work..

The manager was overly rude and disrespectful. We ended up not even even using them for our car because of the awful experience. They are completely different since the changed owners and I will never be back.

Excellent Service and Professional. This is my 2nd visit here for getting tires put on and an alignment. I order my tires online and they are delivered to Queen Creek Tire Pros. I have spoken with Greg and Jason both courteous and easy to talk to. All the employees I have spoken to been very courteous and professional. They explain the needed work done and explain the charges. The wait is a little long but they are busy. They have a very large waiting area with two televisions, a soda machine and a restroom. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The wait time was fine unless you are in a hurry. The prices are very reasonable and I trust them with my vehicles. I highly recommend this location and trust their service on my vehicles.

This tire shop is good and fast! I came in as a walk in for tires and an alignment and was out of there in 2 hours. Being that there were other people ahead of me. Joe is Awesome!
