John is the best! I had an accident that caused extensive damage to the front of my car, and was looking to fix the mechanical issues on my own if possible, since Im currently tight on cash. I found out about his shop through a friend, so I had thought of giving him a shot, but decided to look around first.When other shops wanted to charge me for a diagnosis or flat out rejected me for not processing it under a claim, John told me he would look at it, free of charge. I towed it to his shop, and he got it lifted the next day.By the end of the day, he was ready for me to stop by and see under the car, and he stepped through all of the issues needing fixed. He gave me some good advice on how to approach fixing everything, but he also got a comprehensive list of parts and services and gave a good quote. For all the repairs needed, I thought it was a very fair price ($4500 for a new radiator, AC condenser, AC recharge, horn, shutters, diffusers, alignment + labor, it was essentially most of the front of the car), and had I not been tight on money, I would have had him fix all of it at once. The fact he was willing to do me a favor and go that length to look at my car for free shows what kind of mechanic he is and the shop he runs. I recommend him and his shop to everyone, and I ll be sure to use him for any repairs going forward (maybe even some of the stuff in this repair too)!

I have never been to this shop but need to leave a review. Me and my wife were hanging garage sale signs, our son was driving us around and when we were hanging the signs our son was parked on the side of the road with the hazard lights on. A car pulled up in front of him and asked him if he needed help. It was the owner of this shop as he later stated after we asked! My son of course said no and the gentleman made sure to ask us if everything was alright! Truly impressed and we will go to his shop when needed! Thanks random owner! We believe this shows care for the community.

These guys are amazing! My fuel pump went out on my work truck and these guys stayed late into the evening to get it fixed so I could get back to work! Customer service was top notch! If you need a mechanic, this is the place to go!

My son had broken down and John, one of the owners helped him get his car off the road. That itself was above and beyond so this mom was very grateful. We have brought a number of our vehicles to AZ Auto for diagnostic issues and repairs. They have always been fair, pretty quick when you consider how busy they are, and courteous. AZ Auto repair is great! Highly recommend them. I was having issues with a 95 Wrangler and replaced a bunch of parts my self. Took it to John and he diagnosed it very quickly. John told me it was the fuel pump which at first I was skeptical of because I had just replaced it 5 months prior my self. But low and behold that is what it was! If I ever need another diagnosis on a vehicle I would definitely take it to John at AZ Auto Repair!

I loved AZ Auto Repair until the ownership changed. The new owners replaced items that did not to be replaced and overcharged me for them without fixing any real issues. I took both my truck and my car to them and they gave both vehicles back to me unfixed. They charged me over $8,000. I brought my receipts and my vehicles to another professional who informed me that much of the things they did were not needed. I even took my vehicles back to them again and they still gave them back to me unfixed. BUYER BEWARE! Stay far away from this company.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Electrical, Engine repair

Told me I wouldn t be charged a diagnostic fee since we had worked on the car recently, came back and since it wasn t related to what was previously done I was charged $109 for them to put a code reader on my car. I was quoted $350 to replace an oxygen sensor that takes 10 minutes to change and costs $80 on the Mopar Website. Brought it back next day since I was already charged $109 I just wanted to get it over with even though I knew I was being overcharged but I don t have time to do it myself. Today when I brought it back I was called shortly after to pick up my car because they didn t have the part and he wanted to charge me $107 for the sensor and that it would take 3 weeks for it to arrive. Mopar website shops out the same day and it was $80. No thanks I ll just buy a code reader for $30 and do it myself

UPDATED REVIEW:We have been bring cars here for the past 5 years or so. EVERY SINGLE TIME, we are treated excellent, the customer service, quality of work, and the price for both of those is exceptional. Randy and his team are phenomenal. IMO hands down the best shop in Queen Creek, and one of the best in Arizona. Keep up the excellent work guys & girls!They did an awesome job on our car for a fair market price. I would definitely refer them to others. Thanks for a job well done.

Randy and his crew are skilled, reliable, and honest. I've taken my truck in for service multiple times and have always been satisfied. They stand behind there work. If by chance there was an issue with parts or labor, they will let you know upfront. They are honest and sincere craftsmen. I will recommend them anytime.Thank you AZ Auto Repair

I have taken my vehicles here for several years and the most important thing about AZ Auto Repair to me is their integrity. They have done what they said at the price they quoted, and if they ran into anything unexpected they call me. They stand behind their work so there are no worries. Honesty in a repair shop can be difficult to find these days. You may not be thrilled when you hear what your vehicle needs, but AZ Auto will tell you the truth. I am very thankful for this shop and the staff!

I had a bad hermetic balance that threw the serpentine belt which left us stranded on the side of the road. AAA towed my truck to AZ Auto Repair. We got there about 1 pm. Randy and his crew were so nice and got us out in time for us to make it to Tucson before dark. Super service .. nice people... great service....fair price. Just as the reviews before me--Randy and his team are awesome! No issues of any kind were found with my BMW as the "other guys"-(chain operation) told me for a cost of $1,000!! AZ Auto's review of my struts, brakes, etc at NO cost will surely bring me back if/when ANY work is needed

We had a breakdown on the road and contacted AAA for a tow and a repair shop. AZ was recommended and we surely appreciate their service. The problem was diagnosed and a part ordered for next day delivery and installation. We were naturally concerned about progress as we needed to stay in a hotel and rent a car while repairs were done. All calls were answered directly and not sugar coated. The repairs was completed as quickly as the part was delivered and we were back on the road. They even gave us a 10% discount on the labor as a tribute to my veteran status. Could not have had a better experience.

I've got nothing but good things to say about this repair shop. I called in, asked for a quote for a tune up and was greeted by Randy who has GREAT customer service! I was quoted for things I didn't need by another repair shop and I'm glad Randy was honest enough to tell me that. This is a great reliable auto repair shop and I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know. I'm relieved to have found a honest, reliable shop close by my house. I'll be coming here from now on with all my owned vehicle! Thanks again Randy and the crew for the great service!!

I've taken my ex wife's Nissan in to AZ Auto Repair on at least two different occasions...and each time the work was done efficiently and professionally...and done within the time frame agreed upon, as well as the pricing.Randy, and the staff don't seem to mind doing those little extra things that make the difference in positive customer relations. Case in point...I have a Ford F150, and the front tire was low...I ask the mechanic if he would put air in the tire...not only did the mechanic put the air in the low tire...but he went around and checked all four of the tires...I was not charged for this service.So...AZ Auto Repair has now become my "go to" garage for my truck...and my ex's Nissan. Thank You Randy and Staff...Continued Success.

Randy and his technicians have been servicing my vehicles since 2004. They have always been thorough, accurate in their diagnostics, accomodating, and timely. Their fair on their prices and perform quality work, I wouldn't go anyplace else. I highly recommend AZ Auto Repair for your automotive needs.

This ain't Randy's business anymore. I made an appt to have my AC checked and found out upon checkin that he no longer owned the shop but I figured I'd roll with it. I asked if I would be charged for the eval and was told no. Couple hours later I got the report that I needed a fan clutch and my compressor was leaking and needed new ones. I know a good fan clutch from a bad one and that mine was good so I decided I'd get a 2nd opinion from one of the other 9 repair shops within 2 miles from this one and of course all I needed was an evac and recharge. Oh, and the free eval...i was charged $127 because I decided not to do any of the work on my $2700 estimate. (which included other items they thought needed repair)The folks are nice. The shop is updated and super clean. I am sure they do good work, it just won't be on my vehicles.Just a fair warning that this isn't Randy's shop anymore.

Let me start by saying if there is a zero rating i would have gave them. Very disappointed horrible experience. They diagnosed the part need to ne rellaced for $127 and asked for a high price service comparing to the market, So I have hired another mechanic to changed the part for half their quote then the problem still there. What happened is when I did not do the job with them they decided to punish me. I called them again to explain what happened, the rude service desk lady hang the phone out on me. My advice Do NOT risk taking your car to them, just a rip off shop.

Great people!! Saved my hide when I came to town for work. My f350 service truck was about to lose it's u joints. They got me parts and finished my repair the next day. They could have gotten me for a new drive shaft but they where honest and didn't replace what wasn't necessary. Definitely give them a chance.

They were recommended by a body shop that did some work for our vehicles a few years ago when we lived near. We ended up moving back down and needed to get our car looked at for mechanical issues. I'm super glad that they were recommended. They are super friendly on the phone and in person. They were extremely honest and didn't try to upsell or rip us off. They told us the things that needed to be done and what was wrong with it.We found our go-to place for sure!

The people at AZ Auto Repair are the best. After taking my older Honda CRV to 2 other repair shops and getting quotes of over a $1200 from both to fix my AC, AZ was able to fix it for a fraction of that price and it is still working great. Thanks Guys!!!!

I recently took my truck to AzAutoRepair. And was treated exceptionally well by Randy and his staff. And im more than pleased and happy with the service I received. And have found an exceptional service provider worthy of my repeat business. I feel confident with Randy and his mechanics and I recommend them for all your vehicles needs. 5 out of 5 STARS. When you left the Big Box place up the road I bet you always felt like you just got HUSTLED right? Yeah me too!I wish I had switched to AzAutoRepair years ago. So that's my experience
