Andrew took care of me when I really needed it. I had my baby with me and no way to replace a car battery. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and saved 100 s by going to AutoZone and having them help me out.Great-priced battery with 3 years warranty. I know they've got me taken care of. Dustin M and John R. were great. My husband went to the Power and Germann location first to get help and the manager there was rude and did not care one bit. Dustin went above and beyond to help me. Very grateful for their help and kindness along with another gentleman who apologized for the other location. I wish I knew his name. Thank you guys very much!

Did not want to give change for 11 $ sale from $100. Was end of day opened drawer more than enough for change. Cashier not to friendly. Put my hand out to get change they put on counter. No thanks no no hello. Could be a bit more friendly

Great customer service, specially the manager (Jack). he goes above and beyond to make sure that we, the customers get the help we need, he makes sure that all staff do their job and, if a team member makes a mistake, he is there to fix it, in a busy day I waited for a while to get a battery for my wife's car, when he noticed, he took over and helped me to get and install the battery, he was "patient, friendly and very professional". for the great customer service the store gets 5 stars, but he deserves an A+ or the highest rating available.I definitely recommend this store.

Came to this store today to test my battery and probably buy a new one. 2014 Ram ProMaster 2500.The employee didn't know the battery was inside the cab but probably doesn't see this vehicle much. They couldn't hook the leads on it which I do have a bus that is hooked in to power rear heat/air but the positive lead is still there its just the tool is too big and no way to adjust I guess but the biggest thing was they said they don't carry batteries this size or do installs on this vehicle.I just went to the website and did a search by make and model and there are plenty of these batteries.I've bought a battery for another vehicle here about 18 months ago but will probably avoid this store and likely all Autozones from now on if this is the level of training.I'm at a loss at how bad this is and I am extremely disappointed.If you have a Ram Promaster or any large van I would suggest going anywhere else. They don't stock the battery you need here.

I went to autozone today with a dead battery and Tom Rejuvenated my battery back to life. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable leaving me with a positive experience from this autozone.

Stopped by Auto Zone to have my battery checked. They were very professional, honest and thorough in checking the battery power. Instead of charging me for a new battery, I was told to take it to the dealer because it was still under warranty. Thank you Auto Zone!

Visited AutoZone for a mass air flow sensor. Previously AutoZone read the code, which had the mass air flow sensor as bad. Sage, the parts manager, helped us. He suggested also replacing the air filter. I changed the air filter first, which solved the problem. Thanks Sage!

I can't say enough about the hospitality the manager John and his staff gave my wife and I. We went in due to an issue with my car battery/alternator. They were accommodating and helpful in everyway considering the blistering heat outside. Definitely earned my business in the future. Thanks gentlemen.

One of the best customer experiences I have had. Super helpful, friendly, and made sure that I had everything that was needed and gave some tips on how to do what I was getting parts for. I am one who knows nothing about cars but I did not feel like I was being talked down to like I have at so many other stores. Thank you for a great experience!

Had great customer service today. Samantha checked the battery in our car that had "died" but held a charge after a jump start and using a battery tender. She not only gave us the result, but explained all the possible causes of the low % charging. She is very knowledgeable and courteous.

To the Jackass that was working tonight at 7pm who instantly had an attitude the moment he answered the phone . Don t work in customer service if you can t answer basic questions. Disrespectful to hang up abruptly

Received the best customer service I have had in a very long time. John K. went above and beyond to assist me with replacing my signal lights. Upon replacing the light bulb, we discovered my battery was corroding at the connection points. John cleaned, serviced, and tested my battery without hesitation and was very knowledgeable on the intricacies of my Toyota Tundra. John made this experience quick, painless, and restored my faith in the definition of customer service. I give my highest recommendation for this location.

I had the opportunity to meet Tom who I think was the manager. I explained to Tom my my dramatic event which involved changing out basically my whole wheel assembly on my 2006 Ranger.Not only did he walk me through my mess, but actually put together some of the other parts. Best customer service I ve experienced, thank you Tom.

God forbid you need any assistance installing wiper blades or anything. Go elsewhere.I went to the Gilbert location after they agreed to assist with my blades. It was actually a types they never saw before and required tools to remove, so no I m not brain dead like they said. Gilbert employees worked in 115 degrees with me to put those on. Very thankful to them

The guys here in QC are super. Tom (manager) and his guys are always professional, take time with you and your needs. They never rush and always seem to have the answer. I would recommend Thais store over most. Great service
