Loves Speedco couldn't service our extended valve stem for our RV drive axle, were kind enough to suggest Pilot Truck Service north side of highway they got us right in and fixed within an hour

If I can give a negative star then I absolutely would.I came in cause my green power cord snapped off and damaged the power source from the trailer. I asked Jim the clerk, "do he need to see pictures of the damage so that the technician can see if he have the parts in stock?" His (Jim) response was "NO."I was waiting a hour the before the technician had a priority road call that he needed to tend to before he can get to my truck and trailer issue. He finished up his work that he was doing then he left to do the road call.Another hour go by and the technician comes back and finished his road call in the shop and I was next. I pull into the shop to get the issues fixed come to find out the they didn't even have the parts for the trailer to be fixed. Now I'm irritated cause I asked before the two hours I was waiting around if they wanted to see the pictures to see if they have the parts.Jims poor communication skills, confidence and accountability was lacking in these areas tonight.I wished I would have known about them didn't have to parts to fix the issues .

Service techs were friendly and efficient. Only downside is nowhere to park while waiting for service in the evening.

Arrived at 8pm was told they would get me in by 1030pm for flat repair it's now 130am and he just left on a road call. This place has horrible serviceService: TiresService: Tires
