Great shop that cares about their customers. One of our trucks power steering lines was leaking real bad so my husband was referred to Everett's Towing & Repair to get an estimate.Got an estimate within 20mins and the part was ordered. Of course it's a Ram so it was a special order part that came in early the following week.I can't say enough about Matt, their mechanic, he was incredible. He knew his stuff quoted us a price and most importantly did exactly what he said he was going to do. Just a stand up guy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Got us in and out in about an hour and we were on our way. Thanks Everett's Towing for making our repair a fair and easy process! We will be most definitely be recommending Everett's Towing to anyone here in Quartzite during our stay.

Glenn Love and his gang spent seven hours on the edge of I-10 cleaning up and bagging our belongings after our travel trailer flipped and was completely destroyed. The next day they graciously allowed us to go through the remains at their tow yard for more belongings. Michael Behrens recovered and mailed some important papers to us. The office staff were very kind after our traumatic accident. These guys/gals went way above and beyond for us. Thank you!

I had an ignition problem and called Everett's. A truck was there within 15 minutes and the pleasant driver Glenn, was quick to fix the problem and explain what the issue was. It's nice to know that there's a place in town with good service and cool people.

Best towing service available! GREAT low prices and friendly service! Our driver Mike made us feel safe and comfortable we were on our way to Disney land and our car broke down. My dually pickup truck wheel began grinding and clanking to the point I had to stop. Matt from Everett"s got to me within 20 minutes for the tow. As soon as we got to the shop he took the clanking wheel off my pickup and found the problem was a rock stuck in the caliper. checked out how the truck drove, problem was solved in the hour. He said he would only take payment for the tow. Great expertise, honesty and kindness. My truck is driving great again.

They do not understand Karma and how it works. I get it, it's the Saturday of the RTR, it's been crazy busy I'm sure. But all I needed was a professional to at least just listen to the noise my van was making.We called at 11:50am on a Saturday, the lady said they close at noon an the mechanics would be going home soon. I told her we were traveling through town and I had developed a noise that I thought was my alternator going out. She said, "ok" in a voice that I knew she wanted to get off the phone.I drove over to the shop. The door was locked but I heard voices in the bay. I knocked and a guy said, "Is the door locked?" I said yes. He then said, "then we're closed!"I saw a mechanic leaving, and I asked if he would help us just listen to the noise to help get us in the right direction. I didn't ask to be repaired. He said ,"No, I've worked six 12hour days and I'm going home!" I kept asking and he kept refusing to even spend five minutes with me.That was at least three chances for Everetts to do the right thing, and they didn't. Sad, just sad.

Like so many mechanics a complete rip off. I had an oil leak. They wanted $1,400 PLUS $$$.I waited and had it done in Mississippi. $600 and another $55 for a complete gasket kit I ordered from Amazon.Not a guy under a shade tree, the guy in Mississippi was a proper 2 man garage with full everything. Had it all done in less than a morning.Be warned this place in Q knows he has you. There is nowhere else to go. Before I went to this guy I tried another idiot in Parker. He was even worse. Both of them were classic "I got ya" outfits. At least the guy at Everetts was a pleasant fellow whereas the guy in Parker was a complete jerk.

Brought my own oil and filter as requested when scheduling my appointment. Was charged about $35. In and out in about an hour. No complaints.

Had a tricky problem. Camshaft position sensor was going bad. Google it for symptoms. After ordering the part problem was fixed and truck runs great. I will be going back in the future for any problems.

I just met the most awesome people after being broke down and Towed to this facility. They helped me get back on the road within an hour. I've been invited back to ride in their Desert Car and will definitely take them up on that offer. Thank you tow driver and mechanic. My two new friends in Arizona. Thank-you Everett Towing

Everett s towing and repairs are the most honest and down to earth mechanic that I have ever been to. We broke down on the way to Phoenix and they replaced the part for cheap. When I got back to the hotel to pick up my wife and kids the car was not working properly. I called them again, they towed the car back to the shop, worked on it for a couple of hours, found a minor mistake, fixed it up free of charge.There are still good people in this world and some of them work here at this shop.

Short review: Amazing service, fair pricing, the best customer service, and trustworthyLong review: 4am on Friday morning, I hit one of those tire treads about 20 miles from Quartzsite, there is nothing close to this town. I limped into the parking lot at about 5am and waited for the shop to open. The shop doors opened up early and having my entire family with dogs in the car, was trying to make this a quick stop. When I first spoke with Richard he was sarcastic (but to the point) I initially was off putted by this but I realized he wasn t trying to be mean or an a-hole. He has probably one of the worst jobs and that s being the guy that YOU NEED to go to get your car fixed, all he has is bad news and an expense you re not expecting, so obviously he s to be hated, but that s not his fault. He s just trying to make the best of a horrible situation, having a laugh or being snarky is his way of doing that. Anyways, he was able to get my car into the shop (before they were supposed to be open) to check my situation and to figure a solution to my problem. Within about 30 mins to an hour. He gave me the options I needed to move on with my issue. Being in the rural town means specialty parts had to be delivered. It was going to take a few days, but guess what. The hospitality was thru the roof. They offered to get food for us, and when the time came gave myself, my wife, daughter, and 2 DOGS a ride to the local hotel. To wait for the parts to come in from out of state to get my car fixed. Before my car was done they picked all of us up from the hotel and back to their shop to help us avoid getting charged extra from the hotel. There is so many more details that I haven t put in this, but they are nothing but amazing and positive details. Honestly by far the best mechanic shop I ve ever dealt with. The ordering of the specialty parts, and the labor (which I think he undercut himself on) he was more than fair. I would highly recommend for small or larger maintenance/repair needs and know they will NOT take advantage of you! I wish nothing but the best for everyone at Everett s Towing & Repair!!

We used both services! My car started to overheat last night and had us stranded, we were able to call them early in the morning, the tow truck driver, Mike, got there very quickly and had us loaded up and on our way to the shop before we knew it. Once we got to the shop, the mechanic, Richard, got to our car and diagnosed the problem that none of us knew existed pretty quick, once again that was done and fixed in the blink of an eye.The services were extremely affordable, employees were friendly and fast, 11/10 would definitely call them again if I had car troubles in that area!Service: Car towing

If you live in Quartzsite AZ or on a winter vacation here Everrets is the place to go. He's not into stealing people's money. We've gone in twice and never charged us. He'll take tips though . The BEST mechanic we have here. Professional, kind...Can't get any better than thatWill recommend this business to everyone

Needed an oil change. Showed up with my oil, filter & additive. Got a good labor price and fast service. In and out in no time. My pick up truck maintenance requirements are high. I only use high end quality materials and Everett lived up to my expectations. Give them a try.

Glen took excellent care of us, we were stranded with our travel trailer out in the desert. Excellent communication- we really needed that! - and they really went the extra mile to rescue us, then tow and repair our trailer AND a flat tire on our truck. We were up the creek and these guys saved our shiny metal a**! Very reasonable price considering what they had to do, and we were treated like actual humans needing a rescue. My fuel pump died and it was cooking hot out. They came to tow me to the shop very quickly and dropped me off at home. Silly me, I left my phone in their truck. The driver dropped it off for me. They verified it was the fuel pump and called me with an estimate. I knew they'd have to order the part. They said it should come in by 3 the next day and they would finish it up by the following day. They called just before 3 and told me the work was complete and the bill would be less than their estimate. They even came to pick me up to take me to the shop. It was a huge relief because my partner had a doctor's appointment and surgery scheduled just a couple of days later. They had my SUV less than 24 hours. Great guys. Great work. Service above and beyond what you could ask for.

As we were trying to figure out how to get back home, stuck on I-10 in the middle of nowhere, Michael came to our rescue. Our vehicle towing service called all around for 3 hours, as we watched the sun go down, managing to finally select Everett's, and wow what a service!!!!! As soon as he was contacted, he phoned us and arrived SO quickly. He easily loaded our little Jeep Wrangler that was not driveable, and we talked and talked about so many subjects and he made our horrible experience actually something I would go through again without hesitation. A good, kind man, with diverse music taste, easy to talk with, and a spotless truck that we felt guilty hopping into.Thank you Michael. We threw an alternator belt passing through on the I-10 last Saturday morning. Though the repair shop wasn't officially open, the folks at Everett's were kind enough to help get us back on the road. The guys were friendly, courteous and genuinely concerned that our 4-Runner was safe to put back on the road. They installed the new belt and performed a thorough inspection for a VERY fair price. Thanks for being there for us!

I was extremely pleased with the repair work Richard did on my Fiat. I was nervous because Fiats are not common in this area, and this is the first time I have taken it to a non-dealer for service or repair. But I will definitely be going back to Everett's (and requesting Richard) in the future. Friendly, fast and excellent service.

My husband and I were on our way to CA for a long weekend with our 2 labs, Otter and Buddy. As we left the gas station and pulled out onto the Main Street there in Quartzite our U-joint bolt snapped on our 2001 Red Ford F-250. Long story, but from the time we broke until we got a tow from Everett s, were taken to their shop and had the repair made, it was only 3 hours total. What a blessing. The price was extremely reasonable. The kindness and compassion was second to none. They were very professional. This was on a Friday afternoon in a small town. It was hot. They dropped everything to help us! Remember their name. Write it down and if you have a need for a tow or a repair.....Call them!

Everett s is what you wish an auto repair shop would be like but few are. I had brake problems, I left my Jeep there and the Boss gave me a ride back to my campsite. That afternoon, my Jeep was fixed and the price was very fair. Everyone is very friendly and their work is excellent. I can not recommend enough.

Went in for an oil change on my F350. They were quick, fair priced and professional. Only thing I would like to see in the future is the ability for them to update the service records via Carfax.Thanks!
