These guys were fantastic. I pulled in to have them check my RV tires to make sure they were in good shape after being in the road for 8K miles. They checked the tires, the pressure and didn't charge me anything at all even though they were very busy. What a great group of guys.

Pulled in to see if they could fix a tire on my car. Found a screw in it. He said it'll be about an hour b4 he could get to it. No problem. Fixed it n made another appointment for the NEXT DAY to replace 2 TPMS that a dealer gave me a quote of $200 per tire. They're gonna replace both for just a bit more than 1 tire at the dealer. Great service! Keeping their cards for future needs while here.

I pulled into the shop asked to have my tire patched I already had tire off put on a donut. The guy said it will be a hour we left for 40 minutes came back waited another 2 hours in their lobby the guy never said anything to me. Finally. I said is mY tire done? He said yes you want it back on your car I said yes he sent us on our way with tire low. We turned around went back to the shop put air into the tire. There is no reason theseguys have to be so rude and acted like they didn't see us waiting in lobby for all those hours. A shame these men make American Custom tires look bad and stressed out

I wish i could leave less than 1 star! SOME OF THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE, not to mention CUSTOMER SERVICE!Dropped a trailer off on behalf of my grandparents, 20+ year residents of Q.I asked Robbie to go through it and make it road worthy, it had to make a trip halfway across the country for my grandparents. Tires, brakes, fix all the wiring, lights, and check the bearings.It didn't seem to be an issue, made me feel like everything would be taken care of.I flew back home with plans for a neighbor to pick the trailer up for me once work was complete. Week later David called me with the most pissy and grouchy attitude about the work i had asked to be done.Couple weeks later i returned to Q. to haul things back home for my grandparents, finding the wiring to be incomplete and thrown together like someone threw a bunch of spaghetti noodles under the trailer and called it good. Made it to loves truck stop 1.5 miles from the house (to buy a few lights and wiring to finish the work i thought i paid to be done.)While pulling into the parking lot one of the tires came off the hub, thankfully we never made it onto the highway because every single lug nut was loose on the trailer! After some unpleasant phone calls and a lot of lost money, i paid a company to haul everything back including the trailer itself.STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

Absolutely amazing!! no other tire place was open over labor day weekend on the Highway 10 - and Robbie saved the day! we needed to replace 4 tires, and They had 3 brand new ones in stock, and 1 very nice lightly used one. All for a very reasonable price + service.I am very very thankful to the staff & this company. they really saved our trip!highly highly recommended.

Made an appointment with Robbie (with an attitude) and had to wait for a week to get me in, no problem there. When Robbie came to start working on the van, he was very rude and had a real pissy attitude. I told him as such, and he basically told me to get out of there and go somewhere else. Don t come here for Customer Service because with Robbie there is no niceness in his demeanor.

I was on a business trip in Quartsite for 4 days. On my last day I came out to a flat flat tire on my Infiniti Q-60. I called several tire business and American Custom Tire, Inc. Was the ONLY one that could get me in and my tire checked out and fully repaired in the same day. These guys are freakin ROCK STARS! I had already checked out of my hotel and they nailed it. Thank you American Custom Tires for helping me out! Use these guys. They are honest and even though they were short staffed they got me in and done.

Robbie at American Custom was fantastic! It took him 5 minutes to get us on the road and then wouldn t accept any payment!We had a broken shock mount on our old Cadillac.We offered a payment just the same!Great guy great business.Tried another so called mechanic in town. Nothing but lies and BS!Thanks Robbie, good luck with your business!

If you need tires while in Quartzsite this is the place to go. They went out of their way to help me when I had tire issues traveling on I-10. This happened on 8/1 as I was traveling from Mesa to Portland. I was driving behind a work truck in my RV flat towing my RAM 1500. The truck in front of me had a bucket of "stuff" fall out a spread across I-10. I didn't feel anything in my RV so I kept driving. A few miles later I was waved over by another driver and found my drivers side rear tire had blown and shredded, tesring up the side of the truck bed. I replaced the tire with the spare and continued my trip. About 2 miles east of Quartzsite I was again waved over and found my passenger rear tire had now blown and damaged that side of the truck. I had to have the truck towed to American Custom Tire after hours. I was able to contact American Custom Tire and let them know the truck was there and what happened. The next morning, they got my truck in right away. I went across the street for some breakfast while they worked on the truck. While there I received a call and they asked about putting on a couple of used tires as they did not have 2 new tires the size I needed. I was good with this as I am close to needing new tires. When I went to pick up the truck I was told that there was NO CHARGE. American Custom Tire did all this work and got me back on the road in a much better mindset than I was the night before. The rest of the trip went very smoothly and I have arranged to get my truck repaired.

I guess I figured out the poor customer service. Dropped my tire off at noon. Was told it would be done by the end of the day which is at 5. I showed up at 3:30, and was yelled at by the worker. I told you by the end of the day! I couldn't get my rim back because it was in their shop, so I waited and watched. Next time, I'll go to Ehrenberg.

Top notch customer service and service!!! Blew a tire 1000 miles away from home and these guys had us back on the road in a matter of 20 minutes. Found a few other issues with our RV while they were changing the tire. Rigo was amazing! As well as everyone else we dealt with. Highly recommend!

Beware of buying used tires here. I was trying to save some money but I ended up spending more in the long run because the used tires they put on had sketchy dry rot so I ended up buying new tires later in the day. I made the mistake of being a cheapskate and buying used in the first place but I didn't expect them to be so used that I would feel unsafe driving with them. I give 3 stars because they were friendly and helped me out after their closing hours, but just want others to know maybe don't buy used tires here

Person was extremely rude and condescending to us when we were in after hours the other night. He thought he knew what had happened to our tires and refused to try to fix them. He was so rude that the tow truck driver felt he needed to step in to help us. Unbelievable. When I went to pay he told me he knew people with way worse problems than we had. Which I thought was curious since we'd never met before and he couldn't possibly know what we had been through. I gave the two stars because he did change out the tires with new ones within about an hour. This person could use a little help in customer relations. Or find a job that doesn't need those skills.

I got a flat tire halfway on a 4 hour roadtrip and thought I would have missed the event I was supposed to attend. I feel so fortunate to have stopped at this establishment for help! David was definitely the hero of the day!! He has a stoic, reassuring presence. Their shop seemed busy but he was able to fix our flat in less than an hour and back on the road faster than we imagined. Thank you so so much David! You are truly an angel!

Had my RV in for an axelReplacement at RV Lifestyle in Quartsite. Brought my carry in rim and replacement tire in and was done in under an hour. Just be aware this shop is extremely busy so be patient it s worth it.

Had a nail in a commercial tire and needed a quick repair. Ask for Rigo, he really knows his business and took care of it. Awesome guy.

Great place to get tires in Quartzsite. These guys are always busy. They have or will get the tires you need quickly. Might be a little higher prices than big city's, but it's well worth it if you're needing tires.They even went above and beyond to appease my OCD and make the outside sidewall same on dually tires. Thanks David.

Between our multiple vehicles we've purchased at least a dozen tires now from American Custom Tire and every time we've had a good experience. We always get a straight answer on cost and useful information on tire options that help us make good purchasing decisions. Friendly and efficient service and a fair price too. Having tires you can depend on, especially in the desert heat, is essential to keeping our business moving and all the tires we've purchased do just that. Friendly service, quality work, and good products... we will be back for more tires.

Some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. These guys know they are the only game in town and that's how they treat their customers. I walked in and told them I had a flat tire and their employees response was "and....?". I would have walked our right then, but as I said, there are no other options. I explained the situation to someone who was bothered by the fact he was being asked to do his job and get paid for it, he didn't ask me any questions, told me it would be at least and hour and took my keys, didn't look at my car, didn't ask my name, nothing. When I came back 45 min later, I was told they didn't have my tire in stock. Not their fault, but they could have figured that out with once look. When I asked if someone could be here to put a tire on after hours the response was hesitation and an "I guess", which left me with zero confidence anyone would return, although their website says 24hrs. Thankfully I was able to make other arrangements and didn't have to rely on them. I sincerely hope you don't get stuck here.

Heroes work here!! This place saved my entire road trip. I was driving alone for the day on the 10 HWY when the inner plastic lining started to fall down and off from underneath my car. I pulled into this shop in tears and didn t know what to do. As a solo-traveler it was scary being stranded with my car inoperable because of the heavy fallen plastic that was now dragging on the ground. The staff were so kind, and were able to help calm me down and assured that they could help.They were busy, and it looked like they had appointments back to back. They said it would be just over an hour or so, but they could squeeze me in. In less time than that, they handed me my keys and said I was good to go. These heroes not only were able to do a quick patch job, but they also saved my entire trip and made sure I got back on the road safely.It s because of their help and dedication to their job that I was able to continue on to my destination in one piece. I ll never forget that. Thank you guys!

American Custom Tire saved the day! We ran over a nail outside of Quartzsite on a Saturday after they had closed. Rigo met us at the gas station we were at - was friendly, quick, and repaired the tire right on the spot! We are beyond thankful he was able to turn a bad situation into a grateful one.

Had a tire purchase today and some roadside service by the owner of this store. He's not the reason why this review is being put out, in fact if it were just him alone and not his shop foreman being involved this two-star review wouldn't be going up. In wanting some assistance with some paperwork on the tire purchase, the owner instructed to call his shop and the shop foreman answered. From the get-go of explaining what I was looking for from him he was belligerent mean and plain ornery. Not a shred of human decency was being provided let alone customer service. Luckily, The Man Who provided the bulk of the service, the owner provided me his cell phone number and he was called back and the issue was brought to his attention, hopefully training or replacement of this terrible shop foreman or manager happens soon because this is just plain unacceptable. The owner of this establishment probably doesn't know what's going on and he deserves better for his business, the United States was based on entrepreneurship and customer service and it's not happening for him.

Called ahead to confirm service was available for a flat repair. Showed up 15min later which was an hour before closing. Told can't help you I have 3 hours of work ahead of me. Go back to Blythe. Thanks for the outstanding services

We had an axel bearing grenade on our trailer. We were able to limp it into their shop. They were kind enough to let us pull our trailer into one of their bays and leave it overnight while I went to get parts. These guys are awesome and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

We threw a tread on one of our travel trailer tires just outside of Quartzite today. Made a call to Robbie at American Custom Tire and he not only got us in the same day but he also had the tires we needed. All this with a quick turnaround too. He truly saved our bacon and we won t soon forget it. Many thanks!
