Came in for an oil change with no cars ahead of me. An oil change here usually takes about 30 minutes or so. I ended up spending over 2 hours because they snapped my oil housing gasket and had to find a part for it. Ridiculous and careless. The employee didn't even care didn't apologize or anything. I get mistakes happen but own it and atleased apologize.

Not only did it take 3.5 hours to change tires with an appointment! They double charged me and basically said oh well it will be back in your account in 5/7 days!

Service is always slow, they never have enough employees working outside! Service is friendly but they take up yo 3 hrs for a tire rotation.

I always have a good experience shopping at and getting service at the automotive aka TLE section at the Gail Gardener Walmart and plan to continue doing business with them. I don't know the names of all employees but I do know the Managers name which is Devlon I believe the spelling is, and another gentleman named Fergie. Both are excellent at their jobs. Everyone in that department seems to be.

Wife called ahead and asked for all terrain tires. We hung around for two hours and they installed all season tires instead. They Didn't tell her there was a difference between the tires she asked for and the ones they gave her. Had to stay another 2 hours waiting for them to take the all season tires off and put on the all terrain tires she asked for. We were there about 5 hours.

the people working the counter there were actually really helpful and polite. The one woman who was working there was really awesome. She was able to get me the best price on a new tire and was very pleasant.The work was done quickly and correctly with no issues. They are way cheaper than any other tire shop around. I will easily come back.although, and they're waiting room, they could definitely use some more DVDs or something to keep you occupied. Especially because they're less than 500 feet from that bin of $5 DVDs.

Ma's car had a flat. Was told they probably wouldn't have time to fix it. I understand end of day... but 61 year old woman thats gonna be left stranded when raining... not a place I'd give my time or money!

Buyers beware: I bought a battery at Walmart, may 2017 , it's March 2018, so 10 months , I noticed the battery was leaking all over my wires, so all my years of working on vehicles that's considered a bad battery and would be replaced, so the guy at Walmart told me to put it In the tester, so I did, he got a little busy, so, I went looking around ,and i came back, he said ,"sir your battery tested good" I replied yeah and. "He said it's good to go" I replied "it's leaking bad,and it's going ruin my wires and paint ect, I said will you pay for the damages , when that happens"? He said" not my problem"......so I'm stuck with a leaking battery,... hope this doesn't happen to anyone out there I don't have money to blow on a new battery, I'm taking care of my mother who has cancer, so anytime I can do a warranty I do it,. You know cut corrners, thank you for reading...

This place is great compared to the other Walmart this is the place to take your vehicle people that are always kind get the job done quick. When I'm there I feel like they actually want my business. Have gone for three little changes and will be back in the future

It was fast, very inexpensive. New tires have been balanced twice and still not normal. They blamed something else. Overall is ok

Thank god these guys are open on Sunday. Brought in my 1974 Pinzgauer, a Swiss Army Truck- but the team here quickly tackled my leaking tire without an issue and were friendly and helpful.
