These guys were awesome! Friendly, yet professional. Super respectful. Explained everything. Even took care of a problem from another Valvoline shop without charge. Me & my car are very happy with them

Not super happy this time around. Paid alot for oil change, and they asked if I wanted air in my tires, well of course I do. When I pay over 100 for a oil change, make it happen. Nothing. They didnt check. Just bummed, they use to be on top of it all.

I've been going to this specific store for many years and typically have always had a good experience. This last time Isabelle did a great job and I appreciated her honestly and suggestions for cost savings with the service she provided us as well as coupons we used for our new air filter. It's employees like her that I continue to go to Valvoline.

They left the water bottle used to catch the oil in my engine. My serpentine belt rubbed it and made a loud noise so I found it. I called the store and I got an explanation for what the bottle is used for instead of any real interest that there was a problem. You lost my business.

Do not go here. They lost our coolant cap due to their negligence and took them 20 minutes to find it. Will never come back here again. It's supposed to be a quick oil change. And to add insult to injury they still charged me full price. $80 and wasted my time.

If you want the truth here it is. If you want a transmission flush the last place you should go is Valvoline. They basically do a dump and pump. When it comes to transmission fluid it is not to be considered a dump and pump. Your service is horrible. I will never return to this place again. Its not a mechanics garage it's a fluid exchange spot. Honestly I do not think or believe they really know what they are doing.Service: Transmission

I stopped in to get my oil changed over my lunch break and I just have to say that I was so impressed with the professionalism of the technician working on my little red truck. I was not at all surprised to learn toward the end of the service that he is the manager-- a young man by the name of Lance. Very polite and knowledgeable. There is nothing instant about this drive through. The point of drive through service is to be quick. These guys are anything but quick. Slow, complacent and like others backed up and left. There is zero excuse for how slow this place is.

I stopped in this morning to get my oil changed. Both bays had customers and so I had to wait. That's fine. Bay 2 finished and customer left, so I continued waiting in Bay 1 behind that customer. Okay, fine. Finally get myself into Bay 1 and they are out of the filter for my vehicle and send ME next door to Auto Zone for the filter. I misheard the Tech and thought he said Air Filter, so I requested that, but I ALSO called this Valvoline Shop from Auto Zone so I could confirm and was placed on a hold with music!! What the! I hung up and purchased the air filter. Go back, nope, it was the Oil Filter. I had to walk my a$$ back to Auto Zone to buy the OIL Filter then. I was NOT HAPPY. Previously, when a product was out of stock, the TECH would do this, go to Auto Zone or Napa & purchase what they needed and charge it to you, but I had to get out and do this MYSELF. Why? What is going on and why is the Employee not taking care of their customer? Then I had to wait. I was there for over an HOUR, people for this oil change that cost almost $200 & forgot to use my $10 OFF Coupon b/c I was SO irritated & flustered. I will NOT be returning here in the future and I suggest that you do not either. OH! Beginning of the month, I brought a different vehicle in and they didn't tighten something to do with the air filter after telling me they were out of those too, so when I got home, the check engine light came on, right before our road trip too. Luckily, my Hubs took care of that for us and we were fine, but still. I don't recommend coming here anymore. I really don't. Not a happy or satisfied customer today. SO much for waiting in my car for my oil change to be done in a quick & efficient manner... that's what Valvoline is ALL about isn't it? Jiffy Lube. Oil Can Henry, etc.

I pull in they guy ask me what I want . I say I need full synthetic . He says ok and that I should pull around to the garage entrance . I wait about 30 minutes for the car in line before me. When I get inside garage the guy asks again what do I want. I say full synthetic . He says 'oh we only have blend and we have been waiting on that truck since 9am' never going there again

I was on a road trip when I visited and just stopped to check fluids and top off. It was the end of the day, and the guys made sure to check every single thing thoroughly and didn't rush. Fixed a headlight and my windshield wipers. It was all hands on deck basically. Some of the best service I've had. If I lived here I would go back. Highly recommended!

This location used to test turn signals, tire pressure, headlights, brake lights. None of that was done. After leaving, the display light for check engine came on - I returned and they sent me away without looking under the hood. My mechanic found a disconnected hose which was done by Valvoline. They also gave me someone else's receipt. I wont be going back there again.Service: Oil change

Everytime I am met with impeccable service and amazing advice on top of my oil change. Dawson, Matt, and Melissa were amazing today. They're always fast, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommend. I went there to get an oil change, within 3 weeks my alternator went out. Took it to two different mechanics, who told me who ever did the last oil change tore the valve on the dipstick causing an oil leak.y alternator went out from being oil logged. I called and made a claim, received a call back that they denied the claim without giving a reason. Was told the the marketing manager just decided not to approve it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. EDIT: Emailed the owner the information he requested and have not gotten a response.Service: Oil change

Great experience, unlike any oil change I have ever had! Chris helped me today and was very educational and helpful. I have never been to a Valvoline before so I didn't know what to expect. When I pulled up, Chris ran out to greet and direct me to where I was to pull in and then he told me I don't even get out of my car, what?? Cool! So I sat in my car and enjoyed my lunch while Chris and the team took care of the rest. They ran me through a quick test; checked all my lights, air pressure, all that jazz and then changed my oil. Very fast and very painless. They were educational about the needs of my vehicle, not pushy or salesy at all. I will for sure be back awesome job guys!

It was a pleasant experience. I stayed in my car the whole time and it was quick. It was expensive, even with conventional oil, even with a coupon. I'm thinking my dealer may be cheaper. But I'm willing to go back if I need a quick change and I don't want to wait at the dealer.

Took a while to get in. Then we sat for an additional time before we were told they did not have a replacement drain plug for my vehicle. Took it to another shop for oil change. Was told drain plug was loose and about to fall out.

I took my best friend's mom's car into Valvoline to get an oil change. First thing noticed was my tech smelled like weed. She was unprofessional. Less then 3 weeks later the car died because there was an oil leak. She tore the plug for the oil dipstick which caused the alternator to go out. They started an investigation, called her once and then ghosted her. She left a one start review and was told to email her information to them. She did no response.Service: Oil change

They checked (but did not replace because it was out of stock) the engine air filter, and after that, they left the MRF sensor unplugged in my car. It remained unplugged even after I had them re-check everything. This oversight resulted in two error messages coming up and near undriveability, which I had to figure out myself and fix myself.I had been using Valvoline for years but never will again, due to their lack of taking responsibility. My car was working just fine, and they attempted to blame it on me switching oil types. My check engine light is still on, but that may be an artifact of the error messages.Service: Oil change

This was the worst experience ever! The tech hammered at my oil drain plug for an hour. She said she could not remove the drain plug. An hour??? When I told her to stop and requested the manager call me he did. Yelled at me calling me names, a thief and a liar??? Because his staff was poorly trained? Telling everyone go elsewhere! I had this car for years and NEVER experienced any form of problem other than windshield replacement for years. Always drove VW autos and never had a oil change problem ever. My guess is that either the tech was poorly trained or did not have the right equipment or just both. Nasty owner. Also the most expensive oil change in the area. 4 cylinder for $108.00. Horrible horrible horrible experience. I am going to court for the damage inflicted on my car.

We have a 2019 Range Rover and Valvoline couldn't get the oil cap off to do an oil change. Thumbs
