Over the last few months, I ve been taking both my Toyota FJ and Yukon GMC to Josh from oil changes to, axel and shocks and they have taken great care of both of my cars. Most recently even fixing a broken window for me. Jennifer and her husband Josh are super friendly, it s easy to book and the personalized care is greatly appreciated. Would only trust my car to these wonderful people. They take the best care of my car. They are so honest and so helpful. Dealership wanted to replace the whole headlight for 1600.00 when all I needed was a new blinker socket which cost me 9.00. Oh yeah, this place is great.

I have been using Twin Lakes Auto for over 10 years, they keep my 1992 Jeep Cherokee running great. The owner and his wife (Josh and Jen)are good people who won't rip you off.I got tires at another shop and they told me I seriously needed brakes (even though there was no sounds). I had Josh check my brakes and he said they were perfectly fine. This type of thing has happened more than once. I trust them with my vehicle! They probably don't need more customers but wanted to give a shout out anyway because I appreciate them so much!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Highly recommended, charged me less than a quarter of what another shop quoted (the other shop tried to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need) fixed it while I waited. Will use for all my repair needs.

I wanted to have my breaks checked before I bought new tires but no symptoms of anything wrong with my car. They checked it and called me the next day with news everything s fine!! They never even charged a service fee for looking at it!! My husband had excellent service there also! The Next Door app had all good things to say also and that s how we found them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my subaru outback to twin lakes auto repair to replace rotors, pads, oil change. In the past I took my car to Walmart for my oil changes and always asked them to replace my air filter as well and they never did. Twin lakes, checked my air filter and called me and said it almost clogged and recommended it needed to be changed put and I agreed to. They kept the old one to show me how bad it was,I couldn't believe how dirty it was. Also they found my serpentine belt had cracks in it and called about that as well and I had that replaced. They were so good and honest .I will always use them in the future for my car repairs. Thank you guys for a great job. !!!

Josh is amazing....he rebuilt the front of my truck after my accident. I stopped the other day and asked him to look at the jeep I just purchased and he immediately came outside and helped me. He has also been my Dad's mechanic for years. I trust Josh...he isn't there to take your money. He is there to work on vehicles and make an honest living. Went in 2 months ago to get my wife's Toyota Four-Runner serviced, and for a routine check up for overall condition. Shop seemed very professional, and decently clean for an auto service facility. I waited patiently outside the bays for the feedback from the rep. As I glanced over at our vehicle, I overheard one the techs/reps "Kyle" talk very negatively about my wives vehicle, saying that at 200k miles this P.O.S didn't have much life left, and "The owner would be retarded to keep driving it". I could be mistaken, but I'm fairly positive that's not something you're suppose to say at work, let alone near customers.

The people hear are great, honest and trustworthy all the things I worry about when trying to find a new mechanic. They fixed my rear breaks the other day, I called in set up a time and it got done on that same day. I can t say enough about Twin Lakes Auto.Thanks!!

I just want to say Wow!! Josh and his Mechanics Do a awesome job On all my vehicles.. I have been using this shop For over 3 years now.. Never once have I had a complaint.. I love how they are so honest and don't sell you things that you don't need, like most of the mechanic shops here in the Tri city area from my experience.. Keep up the good work.. We were visiting Prescott from San Diego and started having an oil pressure issue with our 2008 Chevrolet Suburban. Just our luck, this problem occurred over the busy Presidents day weekend. After contacting multiple auto repair shops, none of them could get our vehicle in for an immediate repair. One of the local shops recommended that we contact Twin Lakes Auto Service. We called and Josh picked up the phone right away. We explained the oil pressure problem our vehicle was having and our plans to return to San Diego the next day. Josh told us to bring in the vehicle. Josh was very friendly and extremely helpful. We left our vehicle and they replaced the oil pressure sensor and oil screen. Boy what a recommendation!! Our vehicle was back on the road in a few hours.The next day, we received a follow-up call from Josh to see if we had made it back to San Diego. Josh went out of his way to make sure the repair they had done had resolved the problem. Our 2008 Suburban ran great and we no longer have any oil pressure issues.Twin Lakes Auto Service did not take advantage of our predicament and actually ended up charging us less than what we had originally been quoted. We highly recommend Josh and Twin Lakes Auto Service. The service was professional, honest, and fast.Service: Engine repair

Brought my BMW in for brakes and oil change. Ends up I only needed a wire sensor replaced and my brakes were ok. They are very honest,customer service was excellent. They did an amazing job. This is 100% my go to shop in the future. Thankyou so much. Very pleased.

After asking a neighbor who he thought was a reliable shop in the area he said Twin lakes Auto is where I go. So before going I price shopped the work I needed at 2 other shops, and Twin Lakes was under those two in price. I had them do the work and the price was the same as the estimate and so far everything is perfect. Very pleased with the service and quality of work. Will make them the GO TO ShOP for other work when needed.Services: Transmission, Brakes

Brought my vehicle to these guys after getting an oil change at the dealership and receiving a laundry list of scary things that were "wrong" with my vehicle like oil leaks, axles needing to be replaced, etc. What needed to be done? Filters needed replacing. $95 vs. about $4k with the dealership.Thank you, Josh. You just gained a customer for life.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I have had multiple jobs on different vehicles done at Twin Lakes and each time the guys have done exactly what was needed and they were done when promised. They charged me less and gave me more and i will continue to use Twin Lakes for all of my vehicle needs. I am a single 63 year old woman and It is hard to find an honest group of mechanics who don't want to take advantage of me. Thanks to all the guys are Twin Lakes,

Awesome! Bill is so extremely competant, knowledgeable and friendly and fair that there are very few who could even conceive of being actual competitors. The only downside to this shop is they are not open weekends. Overall I have been thouroughly impressed with any work I have had them do and their prices are fair too.

Twin Lakes is the best. We take all of our work trucks there and they are always fair and honest and do a great job. I started taking my personal truck there and I wouldn't take it to anyone else. Very sweet and honest people. Best mechanic around!!

I've taken 2 different vehicles to this place and neither one were ever fixed. As I picked up my van I listened while Billy Benson's friend's laughed about how he doesn't like to work. Billy Benson only seems to be good at AVOIDING working on cars.

Definitely Five Stars!When the dreaded "Service Engine Soon" light came on for my car my niece recommended that I bring it to Bill because he had done a great job on her car's brakes last month.I drove in without an appointment and Bill immediately stopped what he was doing, hooked up his diagnostic computer to my car's sensor and detected a loose battery connection. Bill tightened the battery terminal and cleared the codes to turn off the service light. All this took less than 15 minutes and even though I offered to pay for his time, Bill refused payment. What a guy!So, if you need your car repaired by all means take it to Twin Lakes Auto Service. You'll be glad you did!

Bill provides friendly and outstanding service. I would not consider having my vehicles worked on anywhere else. My only concern is that with too many good reviews he won"t be able to accommodate me when I need him most.
