We went in on a Saturday late before closing. We started this all off over the phone with Liston. He proved to make it a very pleasant experience! And he is a man of his word which was nice. Great contact throughout the whole experience before and after the purchase. It s a nice lot with a great selection. If you find yourself needing a vehicle check out street dreams in Prescott and ask for Liston you won t be disappointed!

LISTON! LISTON! LISTON! 5 star review all the way! My husband has been wanting a reliable, affordable used truck for some time now. We purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra from Street Dreams about a week ago. We drove several hours, after initially being impressed with speaking to Liston on the phone. Not only is Liston knowledgeable, down to earth, funny and kind. But honest and a man of his word. Extremely easy to work with. No pressure, no sales tactics or gimmicks. He actually made purchasing a used vehicle a pleasant experience! Liston gave us a very good deal on our trade in, as well as the sales price of the truck. We found Street Dreams to be an honest and reputable used vehicle shop. The truck we purchased has been worth it. We are extremely pleased! There were no hidden surprises, the truck is in great shape inside and out and runs very well. The owner was out ill the day we purchased the truck. Liston was working alone. But you could tell the owner could rely on and also had the utmost confidence in Liston, who really did not need to work with anyone else that day. Even as other customers came in, Liston worked with ease and confidence and his experience showed! He provided us with the utmost attention, answered all our questions and even took the time to research our various inquiries. It s a rarity these days to find someone who truly cares about his work and providing great service to others, and whom you can believe in. Should we ever need another vehicle in the near future we will certainly return to Sweet Dreams, as well as refer others to do the same! And of course request to work with Liston!!

We had the best experience at street dreams!! We drove a little over 6 hours from Albuquerque to buy this sequoia. Liston was very helpful and great at communicating with us in the 2 weeks leading up to us making the drive out there. He had all the paperwork ready to go when we got there,which made the process super easy and straightforward!! He answered all of our questions and was very friendly and open. Listons two dogs Shania and Waylon made the experience even better then it already was! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from street dreams!!

I purchased a truck from this dealer in March 2024. This was the easiest car purchasing experience I have ever had, and I have purchased several vehicles from several dealerships in the past. Liston was very friendly and knowledgeable. His no pressure approach made the experience enjoyable. He made the whole process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a good pre-owned vehicle.

We purchased a beautiful used pickup from Street Dreams, Liston and crew. They went out of their way to help with this transaction. I flew out to Prescott from Colorado to purchase this vehicle and drive it back home to Colorado. These guys went out of their way to come and pick me up from the airport and drive me back to the dealership. They were kind and polite and we had great conversation. We then went and looked the truck over and talked about minor issues with the vehicle (because it is USED) and I was very happy and satisfied with it. Liston was extremely polite and personable. He listed to everything I had to say and showed true compassion towards me and my venture to the dealership and purchasing the pickup. He is an incredible young man and wise beyond his years. He would be someone I would hire to work for me because he cares. His customer service skills are impeccable!!! When it was time to hit the road Liston made sure we checked my blinkers and taillights to assure that everything was in working condition and even made sure that I had enough DEF fluid and fuel because I had a very long 12+ hour night drive ahead of me. I made it home safe and to my surprise, Liston contacted me the next day to check on me and make sure that I made it home safely!! This says a lot about Liston and his team and the fact that they really do care. You don t find many business that care about their customers like Street Dreams has shown and I would highly recommend them to my family, friends and strangers reading my review!!! These guys are awesome!!! If you have anything bad to say about Street Dreams then I would blame you for not doing your homework and asking questions and knowing what you re buying!!! Used is used . Always remember that! Our pickup is beautiful, used and was exactly what they advertised. Thank you Liston and Street Dreams for a great car buying experience and for easing my mind with the whole process. A++ in my book!~Cymber : )

Drove over 3 hours to come look at a truck and they would not let me test drive it unless I agreed to a price several thousand over book value beforehand. How is anyone supposed to agree on a price before driving a used vehicle and not know how it runs and drives. Guy inside was rude and entitled, acted like I couldn t afford it so I walked out. I will never go back to this place and make sure to steer people away. I don t know why anyone would give business to such rude people.Edit: This is my response to their lying response, first of all i did not give a lowball offer, I never gave them an offer. I would have considered their asking price (or close to it within reason) if I could test drive the vehicle, but I refuse to agree on a price and make a deal before I test drive. That is absolutely ridiculous and I have never heard of any car dealership doing that. To add on to that you were very rude so I walked out, even if we agreed on a price I would never buy anything from you. For anyone else wondering go look at the rest of the reviews and see that many others are saying the same thing. After reading all of the negative reviews from others (which i should ve done beforehand) I m glad i did not buy from you guys.

A couple of weeks ago we purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD for our business. We drove from Phoenix to Prescott and could not have been more pleased. Liston was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information he had for the truck. Even the fact that he knew the previous owner and knew how he cared for his vehicles. I highly recommend Liston and Street Dreams if you are ever interested in a purchasing a quality used vehicle.

Absolutely would never use them again. Bought a 50k Dodge Ram with 20k down i didn t even get 10 miles from shop and Check Engine light came on, Listen lied to my face about the code on truck(P0071-P0871) and Mingus Mike will try and distract you. Truck needed a new Transmission. Worst experience of my life. Absolutely do not buy from them unless you like to get ripped off! 0 Stars

Buying a car has always been such a long draining process until I purchased from street dreams. Easiest process, Liston was on it throughout the process very professional. He had everything ready to go when we got there we were in and out. Thanks Liston for your help.

Bizarre ordeal... It began with a phone call to see if I could potentially trade in my 4x4 for a sedan. I spoke to Liston on the phone and was told that he would be in the office until 4 so he could look over my vehicle and discuss the numbers. Upon arriving, the rude older guy that was there told me he didn't knowI was coming and that the sedan I was asking about had been sold. He further informed me, and not very nicely, that Liston was NEVER at the lot on Tuesdays, this was mere hours after Liston had told me HE would be there. I started to leave when the rude man asked me if it was the gray Nissan sedan, I hesitantly said yes, then he magically found his "cheat sheet" that proved I had, in fact, been in contact with Liston. He fumbled through a drawer and located the key, gave it to me and said the car was "that way" and pointed to the door. I wandered around the tiny lot and found the car completely blocked in on all sides, but at this point there was no harm in looking at it. The car was embarassingly dirty, had a lot of body damage that wasn't in the pictures, and had a melted chocolate bar in the center console. I started it and went through the typical routine to check a used car; IT WOULDN'T SHIFT OUT OF PARK. Not that I could drive it anyway but that was the last red flag and I was going leave. I went back inside to return the key and the rude guy suddenly became "used car salesman nice" and despite my repeated ''I've changed my mind" the guy would not let up. It got creepily uncomfortable, FAST. As a young woman solitarily car shopping, the whole experience was surreal. He insisted on taking pictures of my 4x4 so some mysterious third man could evaluate the trade in value. Two weeks later Liston called with an insultingly low trade-in offer that was over a grand below KBB. All the good reviews must be from their friends and family beause anybody who has lived in Prescott a few years laughs out loud when you mention this car lot.

Eastest experience of buying a vehicle! Price was great and no sales pressure at all. Out of all the places we have bought , this is by far the best of the best. This review is coming from someone who absolutely hates buying cars but Liston made this experience one of the best I have ever had. He was very professional, friendly and courteous and very helpful. There was no usual pressure that you encounter at a car dealership. He answered all of my questions, worked with me & the bank & even check back with me to see if I had any other questions. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The price was very reasonable compared to the 30 other sites I had looked at. I would strongly recommend Street Dreams for used card buying experience.

I m editing my review due to how I was treated after purchasing a vehicle here. Six months after buying a truck here I had a mechanical issue with it. I didn t think it was a big deal because I also purchased a warranty through street dreams. When I took my truck to the dealership to get it fixed I was informed that the warranty company I was in contract with dropped me. The warranty company that street dreams sold me and wrote into my contract. I contacted street dreams about this. The warranty company refunded me the initial payment for the warranty however now I will have to cover the interest on that warranty for the of my contract. Now I have a broken truck, with no warranty, yet I still have to make interest payments on that warranty. Street dreams told me that it was out of their hands . I highly recommend not buying a vehicle from this dealership.

I have bought many cars over the decades of me driving and never have I had such a wonderful experience as I did with Liston at StreetDreams. When I pulled up to the dealership I was ready to be bombarded, but not so. I was able to look around and examine the car I was interested in at my own leisure. I was allowed to approach the salesman (Liston) when I was ready. That was such a nice experience. So, if you like being hassled and smothered by a car salesman, don t come here because you will only be treated like a neighbor coming to chat.Along with being treated with respect and professionalism, the car I bought was top notch. It was clean, well serviced and great running. These guys don t sell junk. And their prices are beyond fair, especially for the quality. I have already determined I will buymy son s car from Street Dreams as well because I know this is a trustworthy establishment.Do yourself a favor, and buy your car from Liston at Street Dreams and tell all your friends and family.

called the dealership and initially talked with Mark regarding a 2007 ram 2500 they had just posted for sale. Mark held the truck for me knowing that I was over 3 hrs away and just came off of a 24 hr ems shift. I talked with liston on the day of test driving and he was very straight forward with the details about the vehicle and walked me through all the extra upgrades on the vehicle. Very nice to deal with and wasn't pushy/demanding like every other dealership/car salesman. Vehicle was detailed inside and outside even with the area receiving 4 to 5 inches of snow over the prior day. I definitely would do business with him and Mark again. Great attitudes and very helpful.Thank you for getting me into my dream truck after searching for over a year.

Loved that it was a different experience than a dealership. My husband and I were able to test drive the vehicles alone without a salesman in the backseat- we felt more free to discuss the vehicle and our options with one another. Street Dreams was negotiable, had good customer service and a quick process in completing the paperwork. We went home with our vehicle and love the choice we made. Liston and Mike were helpful through the entire process.

Do Not buy from Street Dreams! Dishonest, greedy owner!I wish I would have read the Google Reviews before going in!I bought a car that appeared to need a battery. Liston, the salesman told me it wouldn't be a problem, they would put a new battery in. I was excited and drove the car home. I realize now, that was a mistake. I should have left it at Street Dreams until the problem was fixed.The next day, the car wouldn't start. I tried using jumper cables and it would not start. I began to fear it had a bad alternator. I called Street Dreams, explained the issue and was told I would get a call back. I didn't! So the next day I went into Street Dreams to try again to get it fixed. I was told the owner Evan was aware of the situation and that I had to get my loan funded before they would put a battery in. That was a huge red flag to me!I decided to email the owner, Evan so I would have a 'paper trail' of the conversation.He told me again to get the loan funded before he would put a battery in. I explained that I was not comfortable doing that, and my concern about it being the alternator. I asked him to have his mechanic do a full inspection to determine the problem.He told me to drive it to the lot so their mechanic could look at it. Obviously I couldn't do that since it wasn't running. I told him he would have to have it towed to the mechanic.Instead he had his "mechanic" come to my house. He didn't even have the equipment to test the battery or alternator. He had to remove the battery and take it to O'REILLY'S. The battery was bad, so he bought a new one and put it in.The owner Evan emailed me and said the mechanic did a full diagnostic inspection and all it needed was a battery. (This was a lie!)Evan again told me to get the loan funded so he could get paid.I was still worried it could be the alternator, so I took it to be tested. Thankfully, the alternator was fine. I got the loan funded and am happy with my car.Horrible customer service, a dishonest owner that only cared about getting paid!Do Not Buy From Street Dreams!*Also - they are not accredited by the BBB.

I just purchased 2015 CRV Honda! Liston was GREAT! He really answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. It's been decades since I've bought a car from a small dealership drove 100 miles to avoid the shenanigans of the big dealerships I dealt with a young man named liston who was knowledgeable and courteous no haggling back-and-forth just straight dealing and no slick manager coming out to try to convince you I highly recommended this small dealership if they have something you're interested in .

I would not recommend. Bought a 2016 dodge and within the first 2 weeks of owning had to rebuild the transmission. When the transmission shop called us and asked what we would like done the owner of street dreams called to have them put quote from the transmission shop bottom end to get it running . When i asked for the print of what was done they refused to give it to us . You d think after putting 9k down he would be somewhat considerate. This truck has only given my wife and I issues it kept running hot turns out the filters all the way around hadn t been changed before purchasing because they were completely black and the oil was like tar mind you we ve only had the truck for 2 months and already putting it up for sale .Also almost positive the truck had been rear ended but covered up due to lights not working correctly on one side and having our airbags not work properly according to the code reader we had ran for all the messages that seem to be popping up gradually while owning this truck . Also no spare tire pretty much the biggest mistake we ve made . Make sure you do your research first and take it to your OWN mechanic before doing any kind of business they have a awful shop they use honestly i don t even know how they stay in business wish we would have done this first and not proceeded with the purchase.
