Wow! I have had nothing but positive experiences here over the years! They have beat prices on other competitors tires over time so I always go to them. They have given me warranty when I changed my mind a week after getting tires. They fit me in first thing in a day so I could not be waiting there with my little kids for a long time. I'm always amazed how people working there remember my name although I'm not there very often.Not only these things, but they have seriously great positive momentum happening at their store. Employees are talking kindly and positively to each other and they often have donuts in their waiting room and I went to have a sensor turned off on my car today and was just standing outside when the owner handed me a bouquet of roses just because! You can't make that up! I'm grateful there are still good businesses out there spreading sunshine and goodness however they can. Way to go guys!

Whole team communicated clearly with me and made sure I picked a tire set up I would like for my truck. They had the tire size I needed in stock and got me taken care of same day. Saw the installer use an actual torque wrench on my lugs during install and everything went great.

It's unfathomable how a business in Prescott that focuses on auto repair ignores all the traffic laws in and around the neighborhood that they do business. I want to thank the rude drivers that race up and down Iron Springs for the evidence that I need to present to YCSO and Prescott Police department thank you.By the way you're also in violation of the Dark Sky Ordinance so turn your signage off at ten p.m.

They should stick to tires. I had an appointment to replace a parking brake caliper on my Tesla.I went through it with the service writer and it was not a problem until the tech decided he did not want to do it. The excuse I got was they did not want to hook up the scanner, not needed, and they needed that to release the parking brake. Again not needed as the dash display says "parking brake not actuated"

Locally owned by some wonderful, genuine people.Came in for a piece of metal in tire - they looked and saw it actually didn't go through all the way so they pulled it and topped off my air.They could've easily charged me for nothing/took advantage.Thank you again guys! I will be back for sure

I met Luis and his wife Angel at a recent K9 SAR event at Preskitt's Pawz n Clawz. Luis was so supportive of our team that I and a few other team members wanted to return the favor by doing business with Prescott Tire Pros. Normally I get my tires at another big name dealer, but I have been having a problem with ground clearance on calls off road. We discussed lifts and we agree it was not worth canceling out my extended warranty, so we talked about levelers and air bags. Now they could have pushed those on me, but they told me just try a higher profile off road tire. Well after that and hearing from other customers there, I decided to get 4 new off road tires for my SAR response vehicle. I got a reasonable price and a nice ride like they said it would be. They are now my go to Auto Folks.

Answer to my prayers went in to see if they had a spare for my Honda Odyssey 2005 . went in asked at first they were like no we don't then Paulie says to owner wait i think we have one in the back . sure enough they had one normaly they would off not had one . They even put the spare on to make double sure it would work . Thank You a million the price was great !

I had an appointment last week that was canceled upon my arrival. They were too busy. I rescheduled, and I sat for an hour and a half before they told me they could not do the requested work. Both trips were scheduled a week prior. Don't waste your time.

They are the best. My tire was completely flat with a nail in it few hours ago. I stopped by Prescott Tire Pros and dropped this tire and within an hour they called me back and said that it's done. And when I arrived and was about to pay I was deeply surprised when a manager told me that it's for free, no matter I bought tires from them or not!!! They were so fast and efficient and all of this for free! I still can't believe this. Guys you made my day! So grateful!

By far the best tire buying experience I have had, not once, but twice now. Tim Cooley helped with the purchase of rims and tires for my new F-150 and was he amazing with his expert advice and service. Tires and rims looked amazing and drove fantastic. No loud hummm as you drive down the road either! So I called Tim again this week for his help in getting some tires for my wife's Acura. Again he hit it out of the park, not only on the ride and look, but price and installation! A++++ service definitely recommend this company and their employees are top notch!

Highest rated tire shop in the area and for very good reason. Tried to plug a screw hole myself and it didn t hold. They took my truck right in and got me taken care of at no charge! Guess where I ll be buying new tires from if I m in the area. Outstanding customer service!

Let me start off and say I've been a mechanic for 40 years and taught auto tech unfortunately I'm in the hospital awaiting a heart transplant and are dodge Nitro that my wife drives through a check engine light indicating when the system was checked the that the down stream oxygen sensor heater circuit was broken, so I told her to bring it to a mechanic and have it repaired, it's right in your face screwed into the catalytic converter maybe a 10 minute repair, they gave her a quote of 290.00 dollars, which is unbelievable, so I told her to go to O Reillys and pick one up, so for 40 bucks and 15 minutes of walking her through the repair and a long breaker bar to loosen the sensor the job was done, I am so proud of my wife and so disappointed in Prescott tire for trying to take advantage of my wife Dinah, this is what gives auto shop's a bad name, stay a way from this one.

There are not any words in the English language to express the gratitude I have for the owners. They are genuinely solid human beings. There is a reason they have loyal customers over generations. They saved me several times when I needed a vehicle or a repair on my vehicle. There is no place I would recommend more than Prescott Tire Pros. They have a lifelong customer.

It's so nice to find a good, competent, honest auto service joint. Prescott Tire fixed a bad job that another tire shop (in So. CA, not local) messed up. Since then we've always used Prescott Tire for our tire/brake needs.

Upon the recommendation of a friend, we reached out to Tire Pros. Paulie and his team of technicians came to the rescue after the local OEM dealer damaged and rendered the clutch on our Ram 2500 inoperable. Communication throughout the process was excellent and the work was performed correctly. A huge thank you to Tire Pros! They have earned our respect and future business.

Who gets excited about a tire shop till now? While donating to habitat for humanity, their parking lot gifted me 4 roofing nails, complete with plastic tabs. The nearest tire store said we can't fix those because of the plug they use and the proximity to the edge. Someone referred me to Louie so I made my way there and he gave me a quote on the tires if they could not repair them. He also gave me a veteran discount which the other store did not offer, then to top it off they stayed late as I had only seen 3 nails, but they found a fourth as well. After staying a few minutes late fixing my tires, I tipped the installer and left knowing 100% this is my future tire store and should be yours as well. They are locally owned and as I looked at some auction items for Kiwanis, I see Tire Pro gift cards that were donated. This place honors vets and gives back to the community so I will not use another tire store since Tire Pros puts the customer first versus a giant tire retailer.

This team got me in with minimal wait on zero notice when I had a puncture. No one else was willing to work with me about either a patch or a used tire, but this team got me two good quality used tires, a rotation, balance, and inspection for way less than anyone else was quoting. The service was quick and high quality. Any questions I had were answered and explained very clearly. If you're looking for people that offer great service, great prices, and excellent customer relations then this is the place you're looking for. After the runaround other places gave me, I wont be going anywhere else.

On Tuesday, I was hearing that my brake was sounding really bad during my drive. It was already been a week since the sound started. I needed to go to Phoenix the next day. This was 3 pm in the afternoon. I called 3 different places and couldn't find any place that could take in and finish the next day before 1.30 pm. Finally I found this place. I called and talked with Tom and told him the brake problem. He said he would be able to finish it before noon the next day. After I dropped the car off, they called me in 30 minutes- and we agreed about the price. Next morning, at 9.40 am- my car brake was fixed. Communication was so well, price was great, timing was awesome, every process was so fast and accurate. The best so far. Thank you Tom, and Rose!! 5***** all the way! Will be back anytime if I need fix for my car.

They were great...had a blowout on my RV, they sold me a used spare and checked the others to make sure they were ok..and got me on the way.... highly recommend them...Update..about 40 miles out of town my other tire that I had used as spare blew so I ended up having to use the tire I bought as a spare from Prescott Tire pros, the rim had been mangled some on the first blow out so they had glued the rim and tire to make sure BUT it looked a bit weird, I put it on and hoped and prayed it would hold all the way to Salome, about 110 miles AND it did and still is a week later on the RV so once again THANK YOU!!!

Friday afternoon 7/1/22 I discovered I had a flat tire. Roadside service couldn't come until 7pm or later leaving me with only a donut for 5 days given holiday long weekend.Prescott Tire Pros came to my house, put on the donut, took tire to repair & put it on as soon as I got there!Saved me being stuck for 5 days!What other dealer would have done that? Saved me being stuck for 5 days.True story & very grateful.They had helped me get good tires for a good price too. Diane

Made an appointment a week ago for 9:00am to have my tires balanced. Got there 5 minutes early. Sat out front and waited 35 minutes without any activity. I went inside to enquire about the delay, and they said they were too busy to get to it. They asked me if I would like to reschedule. Why would I do that if an appointment means nothing. Very disappointed and will never use their services again. I am sure the owner would not be happy about this.
