Made a recall appointment to have a rear camera cable replaced. They assured us that they would take us home and call when the service was completed. The courtesy drop off and pick up was much appreciated. They also washed the car. Thank you Prescott Honda forthe great customer service. TC

Carlos and the maintenance crew here at the Honda. Service department were amazing. They got our car right in. Called us throughout the inspection to check in with what we wanted fixed. Great communication. Wonderful service. I went in last week because the plastic on the bottom of my side mirror cracked and broke. They went and looked at my mirror and said it would be $70 for the part, but around $140 to get it installed as well. I got a call Saturday saying my part had arrived. I made an appointment to get it installed on the same phone call. I showed up to my appointment and after talking to several different service advisors it was obvious no appointment was actually made for me, so that was annoying. Then, after talking with Dave, I was informed that it would actually be a little over $700 to get my side mirror fixed. Now, I understand that the $140 was an estimated quote, but $140 and $700 are completely different ballparks. That s not even remotely similar. Plus, $723 to replace the bottom half of a mirror??? That s outrageous!
