A part of my rear left side had popped, so I thought. I took my car to Owl's Auto Body shop and was surprised to find out that it just needed to be popped back in. I was even more surprised that I didn't have to pay for him to pop it back in for me. The man was so nice to tell me "NO CHARGE". THANK YOU, SIR, FOR BEING THERE FOR ME!! I have used Owl's Auto Body whenever I've needed their service.

I needed some work done that required the need of a body shop that could do it. I got 3 estimates, one for just over $400, the dealer for $360 and Owl's Auto body for about $150. The other two shops were weeks out for getting me in, Owl's said the next day. In and out, great job, friendly service and after a tour of the shop, they have it all. I was impressed with how nice of shop they have. I would suggest if your needing body work you should give them a chance.

Jason and AL treat us with kindness and the work they did to fix a small ding in bumper was perfect. Thankyou!

We recently used this business to repair the side of my truck and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare! The first time they stated our truck was ready, we arrived hours later only to find that it wasn t even close to being ready. When we finally picked up truck it was missing pin stripe, rain guards and worse yet it had paint drips, a dent, a nick, and hundreds of imperfections in the paint. After the second return it still had a nick, several imperfections and the entire lower half appeared re-sanded but final polish was MIssing? and still no pinstripe. They even charged our insurance extra money for this inferior job. After our third return we were told by the owner that he will not do any more work on our truck. They have since paid a third party for our pinstripe, but we are extremely saddened by their lack of empathy and workmanship.Service: Painting

Took my wife s 2017 CRV to be inspected and given an estimate for minor dings and two scratches on the left rear quarter panel. The MANAGER inspected and provided with an estimate. 18th of July my vehicle was painted. When I went to pick it up. There was still a long scratch on the left rear quarter panel. They painted or buffed out one of the scratches but not the other. Who Does That. It s like they painted the vehicle at night? I was not happy and he knew it. The owner told me it the vehicle was quoted to buff out the scratches. So you are going to give me back my vehicle with one scratch still noticeably and makes my vehicle look bad. After taking it to supposedly a PROFESSIONAL body shop? BTW....., the owner give me a bottle of touch up paint. If I were you, I would reconsider taking my vehicle there.Service: Painting

Owl's Autobody did a great job fixing my truck after I was rear ended. Was pleasantly surprised when they were able to fix it in 1 day. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks again!

Dented the fender on my 6 day old Honda CR V. Was worried it would never look the same again. Owl's was recommended by my Hartford Insurance. Hartford took care of everything. Owl's sevice was friendly and on time. Repair was quality work. Results looked like a new car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

These guy's are complete Crooks! The body work they did was very average, but worse than that... they did not do what they said they were going to do. They did not paint the portions of the vehicle that they charged me for. This is the kind of shop that gives all the rest of them a bad name. I would not trust to leave my vehicle with these people ever again.

In Nov. of 2012, On my new car, Owl's had to bump out a door, replace a side mirror and paint all of it to match. They did a PERFECT job! The owner is very congenial and in fact, I just referred my daughter to them for a 3' long scratch on her car door.I would have written this sooner, but in looking up the info for my daughter, I just saw that I could do so!

I had to have my car taken there while i was in town, he charged me $115 for towing alone, then told me I would be charged $65 a day just to keep it there. If you look at a previous review you'll see he charged that person only $25 a day. When I finally recieved my car, I took a look and what he had told me was a broken radiator was actually just fine. He wanted to charge me $800 for a brand new one plus another $2000 for something he never mentioned. On top of that horrible customer service.

Well, it doesn't leak in the carwash anymore. (Maybe should be 1 star though.)Went through hailstorm, over $8000 in damage. Owl Auto fixed (took about three weeks). But the new roof leaked like a sieve. Come to find out, they didn't seal it right (or at all, I think, the way it leaked).Took it back, they kept it for another week. Leak appears to be fixed but here's the catch. We were going to let a few minor problems go unfixed but then decided to have them take a look since we had to take it back for the leak anyway.Issues:- Hood poorly aligned and flopping/fluttering on the freeway.- Windshield lower gasket, same thing, flopped/buzzed on the freeway.- Rear body panel on the roof was misaligned. Here's the thing,ALL of those things are WORSE now than they were before. Plus a few new things:- Roof trim piece was loose and flopping in the wind, it even got bent back a little on the way home, Someone at Owl's tried to hammer it on instead of using new clips as they should have. The trim piece has hammer dents and a crease where it bent back. I'll have to replace it.- The upper brake-light cover in the rear roof panel looks like a grade schooler installed it, crooked with a missing trim cover. It just doesn't fit right.- There's glue drips around the roof trim pieces (and that is tough glue let me tell you.)- Stained roof liner where the water leaked in. They said they cleaned it (We didn't ask them to). Nope. the stains are about five times bigger.- Nit picky: They installed a new roof and hood, painted etc. The finish is swirled and lightly scratched. They need to have a lesson on how to buff a finish maybe.I just hope the water doesn't cause any electronics to go wonky later. It was a LOT of water down all the posts, it spouted from the seatbelt adjuster on the pillar out onto my daughter's lap.Oh, I think they broke the bug shield on the hood too but wouldn't admit it.I want it fixed but I'm not taking it back there again. Fool me twice and all that.

My wife's car was taken in for body repair at Owls. The new body panel does not flush to the adjoining body panels. The paint color is slightly off. My wife returned to Owls and the owner took her car for a day and did nothing to correct anything. Clearly poor workmanship and unwilling to do the job right. We will have a different body shop fix our car.Service: Painting

We recently had a very unfortunate experience with this shop and a very unpleasant experience with the owner Al Thompson . In lieu of an apology for all of our inconvenience over their lack of pride and workmanship, he stated that we are not permitted to bring our truck back to his shop ! It may be time to retire when you treat your customers this poorly.Service: Painting
