Michael, in the service department is extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to help me not only once, but twice with an issue, I was having with my vehicle. He was able to get me scheduled and in and out and a little over a week. They kept me updated on what was going on in and communicated very well. People talked poorly about dealership service department, but these guys are top notch. I will return.

I have never been disappointed in my experience at Lamb. The service is outstanding. Michael and the rest of the crew make me feel comfortable by explaining to me all that needs to be done, what could be done, and never make a move without my consent. The waiting room is amazing and they will get you an Uber to get you where you need to go while they have your car. They really are the best. I have never used the dealership before, always fearing it to be too expensive or too afraid to be ripped off. I am so glad that I chose to stick with Lamb Nissan Service after I got my new to me car.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

2-weeks ago I had, synthetic oil change and brake fluid exchange service done on my vehicle at Lamb Nissan. Today I took the same vehicle to another mechanic for a different engine light to be serviced. Per the mechanic, my vehicles coolant was low, windshield wiper fluid was almost empty, and air filter was dirty (all these were supposed to have been checked with oil change). I checked my receipt from Lamb Nissan, and all these were checked that they were done. Concerned, I called Lamb Nissan's service manager, he made excuses for all. He didn't apologize. he only offered to pay for my air filter. Dissatisfied with his response, I contacted Lamb Nissans manager only replies, "I hope this does not make you distrust our service in the future!". This is definitely concerning, the lack of interest shown by both managers.

I've always liked the Lamb service departments, both of them are great! Highly recommend taking your vehicles to them for service!

I have to give Lamb Nissan credit. Not only did we have a great experience and deal (better than anything in the valley) on our Armada but we had an excellent experience with the service department. After a scheduling issue during Thanksgiving week we were told our vehicle wouldn't be ready in time for us to travel and it was delayed. I called the department and spoke to Logan who understood where I was coming from and went out of his way get get our vehicle ready to go the following day. This goes along way in a town like this. Thank you!

Took my Xterra to this dealership in August because it was cutting out while driving and not starting regularly. During this my husband was having emergency surgery in the middle of the pandemic spike, they had it for a week and said it was fixed by cleaning ground wires and replacing a few that were bad but that I needed struts. Had struts replaced, $650+, didn't even get to Mingus mountains and it cut in and out 4 times. Towed back to service department, they had it for a month, told me it was a sensor on my alternator...$800+!! I only drive it once or twice a week, in January it started not starting again intermittently, with a new alternator and battery. So I just stopped driving it off the mountain, to the point I was having friends get me gas in a 5 gallon can to fuel up so I could drive around Jerome. I have a neighbor that fixing "problem vehicles " is his kind of fun, $27 for two camshaft sensors and it hasn't hesitated to start in over a month, it has more power and hasn't cut out on me. Nissan doesn't even know how to repair thier own product!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical
