After burning through many poor quality Facebook marketplace cars I decided to try out Lamb Nissan and couldn t be happier that I did that. Jacobo was absolutely amazing, he worked with me and made sure I was informed as a first time buyer. I am beyond pleased with the service he provided and am so excited to have a reliable, safe vehicle. Thank you Lamb Nissan!! I will definitely be coming back when it s time for a new car. 10/10 recommend to ANYONE in the market for a vehicle.

My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Lamb Nissan. My wife and I were unexpectedly in the market for a car (hers got totaled recently), and we had to look for a vehicle while being in and out of town a lot over the past few weeks. We had the opportunity to talk with Patrick at Lamb Nissan and he made the entire buying experience easy. We were able to do most of our communication thru text (my wife and I were in and out of cell service a lot of our travels), and Patrick did a fantastic job accommodating our situation.Once we got to the dealership, the actual buying process was incredibly smooth, friendly, and no hassle. Everyone at Lamb Nissan was honest in the buying process, and there were no sudden changes in the prices that we discussed. The cherry on top is that my wife loves her new car.During our buying process I did not expect us to even consider buying a Nissan. I do not want any of my review to be focused on the car we bought; I just want to point out that the people at Lamb Nissan are incredible humans and worth reaching out to if you are in the market for a car.

The second question is answered as, I will bring it back to you when I get back into the Prescott Valley area, I now live in Oklahoma. I took it to you as I trust this dealership much more then some in Oklahoma and the air conditioning had been supposedly fixed here in Oklahoma but did not get permanently fixed and what a bad experience that was. I felt Lamb Nissan would get the job done and they said they did get it fixed. Logan was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I made an appointment for my vehicle due to a recall. So lamb Nissan offered a free oil change and a car wash for the inconvenience. I rather enjoyed myself waiting looking at all the new cars. Everyone was courteous. I got checked in promptly and checked out promptly. I can't wait to return When I am ready to buy my new Nissan.

Everything was fine until it came time to perform after sale tasks. The car had some serious water spotting. They had me bring the car back a week after the sale for window tinting and they would detail the car at that time. The car was washed and waxed and a small paint chip was addressed. The paint chip was done before the detail was and the detailers washed out the fresh paint. Then they waxed over what was still a lot of water spotting. Upon showing the sales manager the remaining prolific spotting he said he would call soon to schedule an appointment at a local body shop for color sanding. Didn't like the sound of that. After returning home I spent about 40 minutes with some non abrasive polish and eliminated all the water spotting. Color sanding my @$$. The care is perfectly clean and spot free with a little effort. And I never got that follow up call. A little touch up paint for the paint chip would have been nice.

The service department is excellent. They take care of you as soon as you arrive. They explain what they are going to do, and give you a timeline for your services. The waiting area is very clean and pleasant to wait in. I would recommend them for sure.

The short story is we went to the dealership next door to Lamb Nissan on a Sunday because the website stated open until 5:00. Well, they weren t open so we were frustrated but, decided to walk the lot anyway and it was freezing cold. This very nice young man, Jacobo Limon, pulls up on a golf cart and asked if he could help. We were interested in the Cadillac CT5 awd. Jacobo, who works at Nissan Lamb, said he couldn t help with new vehicles only the used vehicles. He asked a few questions about what we were looking for and, suggested we test drive a Nissan Murano, which we did, it was very nice but didn t wow me. Jacoby then suggested the Pathfinder Rock. I loved the looks of it but, when I drove it I realized it was too off roady for me and I couldn t get a sunroof so I decided against it. We made an appointment for the following day to test drive the Cadillac. Next day I drove and loved the CT5 but, ultimately decided it just wasn t big enough. Jacoby had arranged for the GM to bring in the 2024 Pathfinder Platinum he was using, got it detailed and asked if I wanted to test drive. It was GORGEOUS and I loved everything about it. It ticked every box I was looking for luxurious but tough, big enough to handle my horse gear, extra passenger space when needed, loved the exterior color, loved the interior and it had EVERYTHING! Jacobo was a gem to work with. Every person (Guy Graham/General Sales Manager, Michael Bennet/Business Manager, David Migdol/Service Advisor) we met during the purchasing process was exceedingly pleasant, personable, kind and seemed genuinely sincere. We got what we wanted for my trade in and a good deal on the Pathfinder. Our experience was top notch from start to finish and didn t take very long to get everything done. I wasn t looking for a Nissan Pathfinder BUT, I m so glad things happened the way they did.

87 miles from home and truck stalled out at hotel parking lot. I keep my OBD2 scanner handy and hooked it up even though no light went off. Sure enough, a code for crankshaft position sensor malfunction was generated and I went to Lamb Nissan the next morning. I was the first one in the parking lot so I got right in to help get me back home that day. Many thanks to the service team!

Beyond the actual auto service, the people who I had the pleasure of working with (Sara, Michael and Taylor I think) were all so accommodating and helpful. It can be a challenge to deal with mechanical issues, so it was very reassuring to get excellent support from your team.

This past week I purchased a CPO, Nissan Leaf from Lamb Nissan.This transaction was done remotely as I am in CA.My sales contact was Internet Manager, Patrick Dennis.Patrick did a wonderful job of answering my questions, sending additional photos and making the entire process simple.I also worked with Finance Manager, Mike Bennett, and Sales Manager, Leon Frechette.Both Mike and Leon assisted in making the sale happen.In every instance and contact with each of these three people,many calls on my part, I was treated with care and consideration.Each one did everything possible to help me completely. Always returned calls when asked.When my trucking company delivered the car to my home, I'm happy to say, the car exceeded my expectations.Lamb Nissan is a family owned business, not a national chain.I would not hesitate to make another, sight unseen in person, purchase in the future from Lamb Nissan.

Took my car in for a recall part and the check engine light was also on. They also noticed that my battery was also so I had them replace it along with a oil change which was cheaper there than where I get it done in Cottonwood. They got everything done and I had my car back the next day. Great customer service. Thank you

Mike & Leon were AMAZING! They helped My Husband and I get into a nice family vehicle. They spent hours on the phone trying to get us the deal we wanted. They were patient, kind and so very understanding of our concerns. Mike took the time to get to know us. He addressed all of our concerns and was very reassuring. I LOVE My new car!!! Thank You Again Mike & Leon. You Guys Rock!!! I've never met a cars sales person who took that amount of time, patience and dedication to making sure their customers we happy. Car salesmen work off commission... Mike didn't care about what he sold that day... he cared about what we needed, how it would fit our budget best and what would work best for us in the future. We are so very happy with our car!

I set up an appointment two weeks prior with the exact reasons for the appointment (recall and CVT reprogram). I had an early appointment and was planning on waiting but was told it would take a couple hours, so an Uber was graciously provided. However, it wasn't until a few hours later that we received a call and were told a part needed to be ordered for the recall job. Why would that be the case? If an appointment is known for 2 weeks, why wasn't the parts for the recall ordered or confirmed in stock? Now I had to wait longer since the parts were not in. Then some time later, we received a call about the CVT and were asked if we had the disc that went to the CVT so that it could be reprogramed? Why would I have a CVT disc. Sure, another dealer installed the CVT, but we were not given a disc. We were then told that a manual reprogram would need to happen. I really didn't need to know that, I just wanted my vehicle updated and repaired. After almost the entire day passed, we were told that they would need to keep the vehicle overnight to finish the repairs. I called 7:30am the next morning and they said they were working on it. It wasn't until almost 11am that day that the vehicle was finally finished. So, 1.5 day to finish a couple recalls and reprogram a CVT. After I returned home, I noticed on the receipt papers that it was noted that the technician noted that there were clunking sounds coming from the front end when he took it for a test drive. I was never informed by the technician over the phone or in-person that this was found. They missed an opportunity for more business because I would have had those clunking sounds inspected and potentially repaired, but now I notice the clunking sounds and don't really want to take it back to your dealership because I'll end up having a repeat of this experience. I'm sorry I have to report this experience to you, but since you're asking for feedback, here's my honest feedback. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful. The only request I have is to return the seat to it's original setting . Otherwise the service was performed with in time limits. The car was clean.

Update:After making my initial post Lamb reached out to address the issue. The car seat has been fixed and I was given the spare tire. Sales tried to make it right and maintenance was easy to work with.Original:I cannot express how frustrating this dealership has been to work with. My husband and I bought 2 cars in September of 2022, one of which at the time of the sale Lamb said they would fix a chip in the windshield, fix the seat, and give me the spare tire. It is now July and the only thing that was fixed is the windshield. In the Fall I went in to have the windshield and seat fixed but there was no communication between sales and maintenance so the part hadn't even been ordered to fix my seat. When I then moved to sales to have the windshield fixed I was talked down to for being a woman about how I did not understand cars and spare tires. The conversation was very frustrating and eventually sales agreed to order a tire. Since that appointment my husband and I have been calling to check on the part and tire with no avail. The sales team directs us to the manager but the manager avoided our calls all through the Winter, Spring, and now Summer. So here we are almost a year later with no tire and the seat still being broken. My husband just went in to get something on his car fixed and maintenance confirmed there was no part for the seat and they have no record of it and no tire. They also said sales said we missed numerous appointments which is not correct, there were no appointments scheduled for this car since the initial one in the fall. Do not be mistaken by the good reviews, they will sell you a car but not keep there promise or word in fixing anything in your contract. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Completely disgusted by this dealership. They will never get my business again.

The reason I take my 12 year old car back to the dealership for maintenance is that I count on them to go over my car and reliably tell me when something needs to be done. I mostly drive alone and never want to get stuck with a car that breaks down. The mechanics at Nissan do this well and I feel confident that my car is in the best shape that it can be, which give me confidence to drive anywhere I need to. Plus they are polite and friendly.

THESE FOLKS BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO SUPPORT ME. I HAD DEPOSITED MONEY ON A VEHICLE EARLIER DURING FRONTIER RECALL. I WAS AND GOT WORSE SICK AND HAD TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE. THEY UNDERSTOOD.I SHOWED UP AGAIN AND THEY WERE FABULOUS TO ME AND MY WIFE. FINALLY AFTER WAITING FOR THE TRUCK TO COME IN "GOT IT" DEAL WENT SUPER EASY. WOULD VISIT THESE FOLKS AGAIN IF NEED BE.THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE CREW!

Our experience at Lamb Nissan surpassed any we've ever had at a car dealership. Our sales associate, James Solorio was very nice and well informed and so willing to meet our needs. We did not feel the usual pressure that you get in most dealerships. The entire process was smooth and everyone did a fabulous job with every aspect of our purchase. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Mark just handled everything for us, which is what I wanted. He asked what we were needing to accomplish - in my case it was to have payments in a certain range, have a "compact SUV" or crossover or.... And NOT BLACK or GRAY!Mark took care of it all. While I was looking at cars, he went and found what I wanted. Then he handled all of the paperwork. Just as I asked. I got exactly what I asked for, and - as I asked - he handled everything. I love the car, a Nissan Rogue. I'm very happy. I'll definitely go back to Lamb Nissan and to Mark for my next car!
