Came in with broken fob left in 15 minutes with a working one. Car electronic entry and key systems continue to evolve this business keeps up and has the technology and has the experience to solve it.

Thad and Cory are top notch!! They worked with my safes manufacturer and got a new part, drill points, and everything fixed in a very timely manner. They only got held up by the part being shipped...but once it arrived, they came out the next day and did the work. I couldn't be happier!

My 2nd time as a customer with High Desert Lock and Safe and once again - top notch service, competitive price and just a great experience all around.Before heading to the auto dealer for a new key fob, check High Desert out first. Chances are their price is going to be lower and you for sure are going to get superb service.

I have been a customer of High Desert twice in the past year. Once when the key to our old car was damaged. I got the run around from the dealership. The dealership gave me a key that only worked on the ignition. I found High Desert and they researched and found the correct key and had it made no problem extremely fast. The second time we had to get the house re-keyed. The worker was extremely fast and professional and was done with 4 doors in less than an hour. I would recommend High Desert any time.

Recently I lost my spare key to my car. It is one of those that (I thought) only a dealership could replace. After a little research and good fortune, I found High Desert Lock & Safe. Not only are they quicker and less expensive than a dealership, the customer service Cory provides is beyond wonderful. He went out of his way to come to me to deliver and program my new key, as I was unable to get to him before he left on vacation. He was that considerate that I have a spare key sooner rather than later. I confess, I am unfortunately a person who frequently loses keys, or finds myself locked out of my car, home, etc. Therefore, I was very anxious about only having one car key. However Cory put my anxiety to rest by providing exceptional customer service. In addition, Cory is professionally very skilled and knowledgeable. I can t thank him enough for his services, and highly recommend him. It s comforting to me to know such a reliable and trustworthy business exists. Thanks again Cory!

This locksmith shop is fantastic. Cory is so knowledgeable. They ordered a second FOB for me at a third of the cost from other places and programmed it for me with no issues. I believe they can order just about any FOB you need. I will recommend them to everyone. Great business.

When keys were locked in my truck and I was unable to get it open, I saw a locksmith opening someone elses vehicle for them and asked about mine. Cory was so nice to offer to get it open for me and even was kind enough under my circumstances to do it free of charge. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate Desert Lock and safe and Cory for saving the day. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!!!

I called High Desert yesterday morning for a duplicate truck key fob. He took my order and told me he'd order what I needed and that it would take 1 or 2 days to get it. He called me this morning to say that the order was in. I took my truck in about 40 minutes later and it took him 20 minutes to program the new fob and cut the key--works perfectly! He explained everything as he worked--fast, competent, professional, and friendly. It also cost less than 1/3 of what the Ford dealer was asking for the same product and service. Highly recommend! Great experience all around.

Cory was quick to answer my call and could see me by the end of the day. Was able to get into my truck without keys, cut and programmed a new set in a half hour. It was a very pleasant experience and Cory was very knowledgeable and fair. I will be using them as my locksmith from now on!

I initially contacted another locksmith company and was told they would call me back. They never did. I searched and read all the positive reviews for High Desert Lock and Safe and contacted them. Cory was very friendly and easy to talk to. He came, thoroughly explained what needed to be done and quickly resolved my issue. Also, I feel his pricing is very fair. It's nice to work with such a top notch business and all the reviews did not steer me wrong. I will definitely recommend High Desert Lock and Safe to all my friends and family. Thank you Cory!

I needed a new keyless entry transmitter for my Nissan Juke.Cory at High Desert Lock and Safe had a new genuine Nissan transmitter in stock and was able to program it with the code for my car.Cory was very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service was excellent. I will go to High Desert Lock and Safe for my future lock and key needs!

Answered a 6:30am office emergency and arrived within 30min. Gained access within 10min. Came back with the parts and replaced lock before we closed for the day and set new lock to our original keys (Great Bonus). Customer service was top notch, very kind and professional and took 45min from start to finish.

I was locked out of my house and Thad came to my rescue in under 20 minutes after 8 at night. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and quick and taught me that smart locks truly are an amazing thing. The longest part of his visit was waiting for someone to send me a picture of the key so he could make a duplicate. So impressed!!! Hopefully I don't need this service again but if I do, I know who to call.

I had an off the wall key to my families 1940s Lane cedar chest that I needed duplicated; Cory went thru the effort to find the right blank to use and just happened to have a few on the wall; cut two new keys in seconds; they both worked like the original; Happy Camper

This company is exactly what you would expect in a place like Prescott and Prescott Valley. Small, locally owned, high emphasis on customer satisfaction, and above all, HONEST AND RELIABLE. It might take an hour or two for someone to get to you but that is because they are they best in the area. Capable of even coding keys for vehicles. My interactions (only two spaced five years apart) were with Corey and he is the epitome of knowledge and professionalism. I would not recommend any other locksmith in the area over High Desert Lock and Safe, and there are some reputable ones. Thank you for helping me in my time of need Corey! And I m sorry if I misspelled your name my friend!

I had some really bad luck and had even worse when it came to other lock companies but thankfully i reached out they were honest from the get go and even warned me of another potential issue it might have been prior to coming out. Corey followed through with not only his phone call but when he should arrive, his customer service was outstanding and the work masterful. Took no time at all and i was back on the road. Highly recommend to anyone needing these types of services if i ever need my lock cylinder replaced again I'm definitely coming back.

Fast and reliable.Had a bad key for my car that I hadn t made time to replace so Ive just been leaving it in my ignition with the doors unlocked. Accidentally locked my doors out of habit and didn t have a spare. They came out within 20 minutes, got me into my car and made me a new key. Would definitely recommend!

I lost my keys and gave High Desert Lock and Safe a call. Within the same day they were able to get to me and made me 2 new keys less then 10 mins on the spot. I really appreciate the constant communication and speed of this service. If I lose my keys again I'll give them a call again.

Awesome work done on our locks. Repaired some alignment issues with existing deadbolts.Friendly and fast. Informative with how certain locks function and quality of lock vendors.
