Stopped in to ask Frank to take a look at our 2015 Kia Soul and see if it needs anything besides an oil change. Frank looked through it throughly and said all looks good just needs an oil change. They were honest, quick & clean.Thank you Frank! Great service!

We have been taking our cars to H and F Foreign Car Repair on Miller Valley Rd for over a decade because Frank always acts with integrity, always does great repairs, is easy to work with, and responds to family car emergencies with grace and humor. We are lucky to have him and his family shop so near our home. I and my whole family have been going to Frank for probably 15 years. It's hard to find someone who is knowledgeable and honest but Frank and his wife and son who work there are great. I would be lost without Frank. I don't remember how many years I've depended on him, but it's over 15. He's ALWAYS calm, and stops what he's doing to listen to me and then the car. He makes me feel safe and optimistic about any problem because his prices are affordable. Several times, he will give me tips on what to do until I can actually bring the car in for repair (sometimes you're caught off guard and don't have the $$ right in your back pocket). I have women neighbors and friends that have gone to him for years.... you know what that means? If women trust and swear by his results and honesty, then he's "The Man". His wife is very cordial and easy to talk to while waiting, and his son always has a smile, is so cheerful and eager to please. Thank you Hernandez Family!!

Frank is awesome :) I've brought my SUV to him a few times now, and he has always done a detailed, phenomenal job. His quotes have always been 1/2 the price of other shops. He loves his people, and he loves what he does. I highly recommend him!

Frank has saved my bacon a number of times. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and quick! I couldn't ask for a better mechanic, and I refer everyone I know to him (anyone with a foreign car, that is)!

Been going to see Frank at H-F Auto for many years now. Fantastic mechanic and always honest. Has saved me so much money over years and always does quality work in all my family's vehicles. No one else will do in this area. Best hands down!

I highly recommend this shop. I was so lucky yesterday. Went to AutoZone to have check engine light checked. They told me whats wrong and recommended me to go talk to Frank.What an awesome guy. Honest and fast. He's amazing will be forever coming here!!P.S, I'm a single lady and used to being taken advantage from unscrupulous mechanics. This guy is not one of them!!!

Frank and Raquel are amazing people. We have four cars in our family, and Frank has taken care of everyone of them. His prices are very reasonable and his turn around time is very fast. VERY HONEST.

We've been going to H & F auto since we've moved to prescott and our family has been going there before us. You couldn't ask for a more friendly and honest shop. Frank is outstanding. If you are looking to have work done on your car or just need it looked over, you should give him a call.

Frank put the the spark plug in a wrong number. I showed him the diagnostic sheet with spark plug number that was misfired . Went to a different mechanic shop and verified that Frank put in a wrong site. Also, took my $15 that s not even last a minute of labor. Waste of money and time.

I had a water pump to install and a few stripped threads to tap. Took it to Frank on a recommendation.He took three days longer than he said he would - 'What, are you in a hurry or something?' He was nice but gave me a pretty bad time about stripping those threads. He charged me close to $300.00 for tapping the stripped threads and installing the water pump(I supplied everything except the bolts),. I've seen other reviews that say he gives a fair deal. $300.00 seems like an awful lot to me.2 weeks and about 30 miles later low and behold, the water pump leaks. Near 1/2 gallon had leaked out by the time I realized it.Took the car in again and with barely enough time to get back home received a phone call that there was nothing wrong.When I picked up the car, I said 'I hope that water pump doesn't leave me stranded with my two kids in the back seat.' Apparently Frank didn't like that because his response was 'you can fix it' and walked off.After the amount of money I paid him... Grrr. In the end, I had to retap the threads and reinstall it correctly myself. Boo. I paid a lot to fix some stripped threads. I guess on the positive side I learned how to do it myself though.Apparently Frank doesn't stand behind his work. Maybe he should get 1 star.

Latch on the back panel of my pickup was broken, and since these guys were next door I decided to just take it next door. Frank fixed it within 2 hours for free!Also as of 10/2013, the location provided on Google Maps is wrong (address is correct though). The business is actually a bit more south by where Oil Can Henry's is.

This is where I get my car repaired. It's pretty rare nowadays! Frank does such a good job, I feel bad that I don't have to come back. My car has never run so good. Thanks Frank!!!!
