Going to a dealership to buy a car used to be like going to the dentist. Not at Findlay. Our salesman (Zach) answered all our questions and was very transparent with any information we needed. No pressure, no stress. They were very helpful in working the numbers so we got the best deal possible. Excellent customer experience. And I love my new car!

I had the best experience with the salesmen Jeff Bonnar. He is by far the best person I have ever worked with. He works with you in every way. He was able to get me out of my vehicle and get me a nice brand new car. He s not there just to make money. His purpose of working is to help people getting a vehicle that best suits them. Jeff is a kind hearted man, an amazing person and by far the best person to buy a vehicle from. I 1000% recommend going to him to purchase any vehicle. He makes the long wait worth it with his fun personality and funny jokes. Thank you Jeff! I will be sending some people your way!!! No other dealership was willing to work with me. I was able to get my car which was the 2023 KIA Forte LXS. I m beyond happy with my experience here.

My sales rep Cory was amazing! He practically convinced me to buy the GR Corolla (even though there wasn t much convincing needed). Pauly in finance was great. Both Cory and him stayed an hour past closing just to help me get into the car of my dreams. Marcos, the sales manager, was phenomenal and got me into the payment I was comfortable with. Findlay Toyota Prescott will always be my go to dealership. They are kind, considerate and extremely honest. They truly build friendships within business. I also want to give a shout out to the BDC/internet team for following up with me the very next day after I made my purchase. They made sure that I didn t have anymore questions and that everything was up to standards, and I must say, the Findlay Toyota Prescott staff went above and beyond. It never ceases to amaze me how car dealerships in general can make the value of your trade in disappear right before your eyes.Findlay Toyota was very professional and they treated me with courtesy and respect.I had no business being out buying a car at this particular time.My wife of 24 years had just passed away the week before.Buying a new car was something that we had planned on before next winter.I'm in the trying to take care of what we had planned mode.So against what should have been my better judgment. I went ahead with the deal, all the time telling myself, I shouldn't be doing this.I had enough to be anxious about, but I chose to pile on more.I don't really feel like anyone was in my corner, which wasn't their job at all. Their job was to sell me a car.So, my take away is this, don't go out shopping for cars when you're consumed with grief.My fault completely, I have no excuse.

We had a great experience at Findlay Toyota. Our salesperson, Dillon Smith was terrific. He was very patient with us as we drove a bunch of vehicles (they had so many to choose from). Ultimately, he showed us our "new to us" Lincoln MKC. He worked with us with our trade-in as well so that all parties were satisfied. I love my new lincoln!Thanks Dillon for a smooth transaction and a beautiful new car.

Courteous staff greeted me immediately and guided me to my technician, Nicholas. Nicholas explained what I could expect and approximately how long it would take. Within 20 minutes of taking my keys, I received a text from Nicholas letting me know I could contact him anytime if I had any questions or concerns.Less than three hours later I was notified my vehicle was ready to pick up. Upon pick up, Nicholas went over what was done to my vehicle in a manner I could understand.From scheduling the appointment and all the way through the service, I felt taken care of and trusted my vehicle was receiving the best service by reputable technicians.Thank you!

Our experience buying our new Toyota Camry was a great experience. Ryan was really helpful over the phone when I called in. When I got there, Jeff was kind and told us, he just wanted to make this process as easy and seamless as possible. There was no pressure put on us at all. And Paulie was direct and explained our warranty and document signing process professionally. He was so much fun too which helped us get through everything at a late hour. I would recommend Findlay Toyota to anyone!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and he made sure that all of my requests and concerns were addressed while looking for a car. He treated me with the utmost respect and presented himself as a very kind and compassionate being. Nice attributes in a car salesman.I was then sent on to do my paperwork with Pauly. Not only was he efficient in the process, he made sure to let me know that, although this work is very routine for him, he realized that it was a very big event in my life. He carefully explained each step and was quick to explain that I could also contact him later if something came up that I hadn t quite soaked in during our session. Another very kind and compassionate person. We shared some similar life experiences which made for a very interesting conversation!What I witnessed at Findlay was a crew that seemed to work together beautifully as a team. From the general manager, whom I also met, to the ground team, the people that I came in contact with, were quite a lovely bunch!As for the car, it is a slightly used Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid certified The detailing wasn t completed to Jeff s standards so I am scheduled to pick it up once that is complete drives like a dream and I can t wait to get behind the wheel!

I went to Findlay Toyota Prescott just to send the new 2024 tacoma and I wasn't planning on buying one since I was only in town to buy more work cloths however, I had amazing experience with Zach. From the moment I got there, he took his time to listening to me about what I am looking for and he took me around showing me trucks they received this weekend. unfortunately I couldn't drive one those those but he found one that was ready so I can test drive it. I fell in love with the new tacoma. After that, I asked to see what numbers were. Zach was very transparent about the prices and everything and after going back and forth for getting me the best deal for my budget and so forth. I went ahead and pull the trigger on buying it. I would highly recommend buying from Zach at this dealership. What an amazing experience!

We dealt with Findlay Toyota for about 9 months. We had initially put down a deposit for a vehicle (due to limited stock in valley)the process was super easy when the time came for our car to arrive unfortunately we had a medical emergency.(lil open heart surgery no big deal) We thought oh my God the dealers gonna give us a hard time about giving us our deposit back no they refunded it to us instantly.Fast forward to us recovering and back on track they found the exact car we wanted. We honestly feel like Steven is part of our family now he was so kind so polite so understanding. We would come back to Findlay Toyota in a heartbeat to buy a vehicle versus down here in Phoenix. It's nice to see there's still good dealerships With honest Employees willing to Help you out on a car purchase. Thank you Steven for making the process fun again for us.

I spoke with several shops that would not touch my vehicle due to the part needing to be special ordered from Toyota. I took my vehicle in on Wednesday morning and had a ballpark of what i thought it was going to cost. When Jason called with a quote, I was not quite prepared. I had asked him for a trade in value and he had someone respond in an appropriate time frame for the day! I had set up a time later to look at what was available in the lot with a sales representative. Another rep, Zach showed us a vehicle his partner had picked out for me based off a couple of questions I answered in our initial phone call. My husband came with me and was very excited to look at different models and years of vehicles. Zach accommodated my husband s curiosities while being very attentive to the comments I was making towards what I did and did not like. Zach was upfront about finding something that not only a fit our lifestyle but also our finances!! My husband and I really fell in love something on the lot but decided to fix my 4Runner for the time being. I gave Jason a call early morning Thursday to find out how long this specific part would take to get in, but had to leave a voicemail. Jason gave me a call back within the hour. He was able to get the part ordered and in by next morning. I was back in my vehicle by Friday afternoon. From sales to service, Toyota excelled! Sure, parts and labor can be a pretty penny but the customer service from both ends were well worth the time and effort.

We're new to the area and required service for an older vehicle. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. Our service rep (Javier) was engaging, explained everything very well, and effectively communicated with us throughout the process. The repair was applied in a timely manner and resolved the issue. I do think it was expensive - consistent with what I've come to expect from Toyota. I will come again, but only for non-warranty services I think are very technical matters that favor the manufacturer.

Skylar did an excellent job helping me negotiate the optional features to get to a fair price. I hope he gets full credit for the sale. Lesley did an excellent job communicating with me and actually went out herself to make sure hybrid RAV4s had a spare tire. That was important to me because hybrids at Honda and Hyundai did not. Zach initially was very helpful, but he did not respond to the two emails I sent with questions, including one about spare tires.

As someone looking to finance their first car, the team at Findlay made this experience a smooth one. For 2 hours, they held the car I was looking to test drive. Skyler was fantastic to talk with. He helped me with the process, made sure I was comfortable with the car, and suggested places to check out in the area. When it came time to sign the papers, Corey was also great and had me on my way pretty quick. Definitely worth the drive out. Thanks guys.

I purchased a new 2021 Avalon from Findlay Toyota. Seven months ago my seat slowly started coming apart. Findlay said they have a new seat cover on order but six months have passed and I am still waiting for the seat cover to come in. I suggested they give me a seat cover from their dealership or send it to an upholstery shop locally. The foam is now exposed and starting to come out. My car has low miles and is still under warranty. You would think they would address this problem but I only get the run around. I tried to contact Jamal the GM but he will not return my calls either. I purchased a new Denali from Findlay GM and one other car from this dealership in the last 4 yrs. I would recommend going elsewhere where they will address an issue and actually listen and care about the customer. They re nice to get you in the door but then they don t stand by what they sell you. I also purchased the extended warranty; something they push very strongly on you but if you have anything under that warranty it s extremely hard to get them to fix what is supposed to be covered. I suggest Infiniti of Scottsdale . Not only are Infinitis great reliable cars but their dealership ALWAYS has a loaner ready for things as simple as an oil change. I won t be purchasing another car from Findlay and I will openly share with locals and friends my experience with

Honestly, the best Toyota Dealer ever. I purchased my first vehicle there and loved it. I live in Phoenix and Findlay Toyota in Prescott gave me the best deal. They went above and beyond to get me into the car I ve been wanting for so long. I did not mind driving all the way to Prescott because it just felt like the most honest Toyota Dealer I knew I could trust. They re staff are good people Steven and Cory stayed super late and where very genuine and helpful the whole time.I am so grateful for them. I will for ever get my purchase cars there.

I typically hate buying new vehicles because of the games so many dealerships play, today my imagine of car dealerships changed. Thank you Findlay Toyota for employing stellar employees like Derio and most of all Mark Johnson. These two were awesome and got me through the entire process flawlessly. Mark went out of his way to get me the exact vehicle I wanted, (2024 Tundra Platinum) provided me with a fair and honest price, and completed the entire purchase in less than 2 hours.
