It was excellent, probably the best experience that we have had to this point to be honest. Martin and Teresa were great. I have known Martin for a while, but it was my first time meeting Teresa. Both achieved exceptional ratings from me. Martin as always provided just what we were looking for as far as vehicle and the deal itself. Then Teresa was wonderful about delivering it and explaining the paperwork and the vehicle itself. Again, outstanding customer service.

Great variety of GMC trucks. Lowell was the sales guy that took us on two test drives on two different trucks. Aaron the manager was helpful as well. If we end up buying a truck it will be from here. Stay tuned.Part 2:Our sales agent, Lowell, was the first guy to walk out to us when we walked onto the GMC lot. We test drove two trucks to get a feel of which one we would like better. Lowell answered all of our questions and then some. He knew quite a bit about the truck's features. The particular truck we wanted was not on their lot. Lowell explained they could find one and get back to me. Lowell let us go at our own pace over the next week or so. Between Lowell and the GM, Aaron, they found the perfect truck that we were in search of. We chose the Thunder Gray AT4 with all of the bells and whistles. They took our trade in and made that a very simple process for us as well. Between Lowell, Aaron, and the finance manager, Cimeron it was a smooth process. We couldn't be happier with our new truck. I would absolutely recommend Lowell to help you find your next vehicle. He was professional and never pushy and always cordial. Thanks for your help Lowell. God bless.

Just want to give a shout out to Cody McKinnon. We brought a truck in for batteries on Saturday. I listened/watched Cody handle numerous customers and phone calls while we waited. He was so professional and helpful to everyone. Not often you see customer service like Cody's. A+++

Dishonest pricing:I would like to start off by saying the service reps were awesome and professional so I want to give them 5 stars, my problem was the part that I had them do , I had a fuel pump replaced, there cost was 950 for the part alone , the same part online is between 200-250 depending on where you look, I asked the parts dept why this part is so much more here and they couldn t give me a real answer. why is the same part so much more through the dealership ? Now I understand the markup process to make a little profit but 300-400 percent , that s just dishonest business . My advice to everyone is to get 3-5 estimates from different shops and look up the part that you need fixed to know what that part actually cost , there is no reason for a part that cost a fraction of what they charge when it s the same exact part , I will not be going to Findlay gmc Prescott again , it is ethically wrong to do what you re doing

Lowell had us from the beginning, he listened to our needs and worked hard to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was kind, professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Caleb Rogers was our salesman and Martin Norris is his Team Leader. What a wonderful team! Caleb was attentive and knowledgeable, answering our questions. Caleb was very good at helping us find a vehicle. Initially we could not find what we were looking for. But, Caleb kept looking and kept us informed as to what was available. He helped us through the viewing and purchase process and answered all of our questions. Good job. Good experience.

Took my vehicle in for a Warranty Repair a couple of weeks ago. They were quick to get me in, were very professional, and did pretty good work, which is rare to find when it comes to dealerships. My only complaint is they were kinda messy when topping off my rear differential. I wish Google allowed half stars, so I could've given this place a 4.5-star review. But it's making me choose between 4 and 5-star. 4 is too low. So I will give it a 5, because I'm forgiving.

Only show in Prescott for GM and Chevy repairs requiring standard dealership service. I found them to be very profesional, helpful, and honest. They spotted some issues on my vehicle and repairs were done quickly. I also needed work on my exhaust system. They said they could do the repairs, but recommended I go to an exhaust shop that would save me money. Great folks.

Today we bought a brand new 2023 GMC Sierra Denali at Findlay from Dillon Smith. We are extremely impressed by the amazing customer service we received from Dillon (which is hard to come by nowadays). We appreciate everything and if you re looking to buy a used or new vehicle; Dillon is definitely the man to go see! Thank you to everyone at Findlay for making this process an easy and smooth one!

Personnel were polite and helpful and the service was done as requested.However, I had the tires rotated on the vehicle during this visit. The vehicle developed a vibration afterwards. I had already scheduled a return visit to have another repair made. While at the second visit I asked if the tires had been balanced when they were rotated. Turns out they weren't because that is not routine in your shop. I had the tires balanced for an additional fee. This would have required another appointment had I not already scheduled the other repair work previously.Bottom line, I think that tire balancing should always be part of a tire rotation at a professional shop and would have been nice to know that it is not included routinely. I found this to be poor customer service and an added inconvenience.

Stay away from the service department & their pre owned car warranty!Took my vehicle which was purchased at this dealership in for an engine light display. They preceded to tell me it s a sensor that needs to be replaced that is covered under the warranty. About an hour later I receive a phone call that the GM certified technician cannot remove this sensor that is engineered by GM to be removed. So now they will need to replace my whole exhaust system which will cost me $3500! I ask them how that can be my responsibility considering it is all due to manufacturing. They tell me there s nothing else they can do.I call over & over to GM and can never get to anyone that can answer the question or assist me above the customer service. The GM customer service center would not let me talk directly to the warranty department as the only ones that do that is the dealership and the warranty department takes their recommendations!! I called back to the dealership advising them of this and pleaded my case that their recommendation about the GM certified part and certified technician might make a difference. Of course they said they have done all they can do, the only option is a new $3500 exhaust system. I m frustrated and am not driving thevehicle as I don t want to make issues worse.Finally I take it to my local mechanic that I ve used for years, I explain the situation and ask their opinion. I order a GM certified sensor that cost me $175 and he gives it a shot, needless to say thirty minutes later he got the sensor off and replaced with the new one charging me $50 for labor!My assumptions were correct, the service manager, his representative , as well the the GM Certified Technician not being able to remove the part were all working to make money off me rather that doing their job! Zero assistance! Absolutely disappointed & disgusted!

Everyone was so nice, Alex bent over backwards for us he listened to what I wanted and got me my perfect car. my son bought a car here the week after we did. I recommend them to anybody and Alex was awesome he stayed late to help us.
