Love my Land Rover but hated to drive 1 1/2 hours each way to Phoenix to get it serviced, that s why I m so happy to have found European!! Brandon was great, honest, professional, responsive and extremely reasonably priced. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them for your service and repair needs.

I wouldn't take my 2020 Jaguar F-Type R anywhere else. Simply, they know what they're doing. A careless tech scratched the paint on my car door while squeezing inside while on a 2-post lift which prevents full opening of the doors. I called the owner and he denied everything without even seeing the damage. I'll never go back to this unethical shop.

European Auto Techs is the only place I will have my BMWs serviced. Brandon and the team in the shop know the vehicles they service and it always feels like they are in your corner wanting what is best for you. I've been in the shop several times over the past year with 3 different vehicles and I have never once had anything to complain about. Brandon was very professional from the start. I took my car in for an oil change and turned out to be more than oil change but he explained everything wrong with my car in terms that I would understand. He showed care and knowledge every step of the way. I definitely appreciate it! I couldn't be more pleased with the services here. I asked Chris to look at an oil leak issue and to give me a full inspection of the vehicle I just bought. While the news wasn't pleasant to hear, they did exactly what I asked and gave me a comprehensive review and report and showed me ways we could bundle repairs to save labor costs. Chris spent a great deal of time reviewing findings and what we (or I) could do now and what could wait. He followed-up with me a few days later thinking he could try some simple fixes before going all-in. This continued concern really impressed me. All his advise was honest and not self-serving as this is costing him money not to perform repairs. I truly trust in his professionalism and ethics. He will have a customer for life. Oh, and all this inspection and advice (as well as some quick fix issues he performed) was a very nominal cost. I was shocked at the extent of the inspection and time he spent with me and how little he charged me. I highly recommend this business based on my experience and knowing how much these cars cost to own. The extent Chris went to provide excellent service for a first time customer was outstanding. You don't get do-overs on that.

I brought in my VW Tiguan in for a Clock spring change and oil change. The oils change was fine and smooth. But, the clock spring presented issues that were not foreseen by the shop. Even though they weren t at fault for the issue, they took their time to get the issued resolved which included them having my car for more days and putting in more of their own time into my car. After much going back and forth with VW, they got my car up and running, and working amazing. Thanks Chris, Chase, and the crew at European!!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Oil change

There is only one place that I trust to get my truck worked on. The business name maybe slightly misleading. They will work on many different kinds of cars, not just European ones!Chris does want excellent job at taking care of my Ram 1500, I wouldn't trust anyone else to repair/maintain my truck.

We are new in town and had something go wrong with the front alignment. Derek thoroughly explained the situation and quoted us a price for the job. Our service was performed in less time and actually cost less than the originally quoted price. Even better, the local dealer for my car brand recommended European Auto Technicians since the dealer was booked solid for 10 days. I will definitely return.

Came here on a whim to get a lingering check engine light diagnosed and a general once over for a used Audi I bought recently. Derek was very polite, informative, and professional. I was given a complete list of recommended repairs and maintenance items with a breakdown in pricing so I could get the items repaired as my budget allowed. Took the car back a few days later to have some sensors and old hoses replaced and had the car back within 8 hours of dropping it off, and under the quoted price to boot. Check engine light is gone and the car runs great. Will definitely be back to have the rest of the work done. Professional, fast, and thorough. They've continued to take superb care of our two Audis (Q5 and S5) over the past year, last year helping us identify and repair neglected areas in a used Q5 we purchased in 2019.This year they cheerfully redid, without charge, a time-consuming water pump replacement in the Q5 because of a faulty warrantied new minor part installed the first time. We have put their license plate trim on both cars, and will recommend them to anyone at any opportunity. Recently developed a soft brake pedal on one car they immediately diagnosed, and fixed, as long-overdue brake fluid line clean out, Feel safe in any car serviced by them, any time. I also won't ever buy any car they won't feel comfortable servicing.Service: Wheel alignment
