Darren and Mike are outstanding. As are the techs and mechanics. So much knowledge and fair pricing. Very responsive to your phone calls. Willing to go the extra mile to diagnose the issues. I will continue to always use them for all my automotive needs. I will recommend them to everyone. They only Mercedes repair shop in the area. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything. If you want an estimate then will furnish it to you. They do great jobs and they are great bunch of guys. They usually on work by appointment only. But my over heating came on. So they keep it and they are working it in.

I've used Darren's shop since it opened for two BMW's and even persuaded him to work on my Lexis when I had it. In addition, my daughter and son in law had a major problem with their Explorer while visiting us and Darren solved that for them. I'd much rather deal with him than any dealer I've ever used for service. He and his staff are just great.

I have been doing business with Darren DeYoung's shop for many years. This man and his long time mechanics deliver service superior to the Porsche dealerships and with a confidence building manner rarely found today. I have complete respect and faith in this shop and fully endorse them for any service you might require for your Porsche, Jaguar, Mercedes, Land Rover, Lotus or other prized vehicles. You will not find a better shop to "fix it" and "fix it right" the first time. Big A-plus and true sports car enthusiast's endorsement for the finest shop I've known in 40 years.

Everything about this experience was highly professional. This was my first service appointment and I will continue to have my Porsche and Mercedes Sprinter serviced here. We have been taking our cars to DeYoung for about 5 years now, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Darren and his team have always been meticulous, honest and highly capable. After our last Mercedes retired (at 290K miles following an unfortunate encounter with a mule deer), we decided to purchase another one - but only after consulting with Darren on which slightly used models/years would be a good consideration. Not only are we thrilled with our latest ML, but our son purchased his first car (Volvo) and has also entrusted it to DeYoung.

My daughters BMW had break issues. They could not fix as it is 18 years old and cost would be more than car is worth. But they told me how much time it would take and did not pressure me. They also only charged for an hour of shop time and in guessing they spent more time than that to find that the internal computers were not talking. Hard to find a car repair shop that treats you this fair. Thanks for trying.

If there were a 6 star review, DeYoung European Motors would deserve that. They helped us in an emergency and fixed our vehicle while we waited. Not many shops would do that. Although we don't live in the area, we hope to have occasion to go back there.

The finest shop in Prescott. Darren and his team service our entire fleet of 4WD vehicles, including Mercedes and Land Rovers. I most appreciate their honesty and attention to detail.
