I had a noise coming from my front suspension and Nate and his team were able to diagnose and repair it promptly. Nate even sent me pictures of the worn out parts. Very happy with the service provided. I will be referring my family and friends.

These guys are quick, efficient, and won t set your wallet on fire. You don t get a bunch of fancy industry talk , rather you get straight answers which is why we no longer go to the dealer. Thank you Ford for helping us figure Cien was the way to go :)

Had a broken dipstick cap and bad drain plug so I came to Cien Motors to have my that issue resolved. The front desk guy Nathan is such a friendly, warm hearted welcoming guy that makes you feel safe and confident that you re not getting a bad deal. They will work with you and not try to screw you like almost every other mechanic service I know. If you re looking for a mechanic to give you an honest service, treat you like a human and not a paycheck, this place is the place to go. I ve already spread the word to my coworkers about this place, thats how much I absolutely recommend this mechanic shop

On a Saturday my Sprinter van would not start in my driveway. On Monday I called or visited 7 shops to see if I could have it towed there for diagnosis and repair. Only Cien agreed to work on it.The tow truck driver dropped it there around 10am, it was running with a new battery and fuel filter by 5. I love coming to Cien Motors to get my car checked out and taken care of. This group of guys is absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Any questions I had they answered without making me feel stupid. They won't take advantage of your ignorance with cars and the care they need to stay running. Thank you to this amazing team for the services they provide to us town folk.

I searched reviews of local repair shops and saw that Franks (Cien) Automotive was highly recommended. I called and spoke to Nate about the issue with my car and found him to be professional and courteous. I made the appointment and dropped off the car for repairs thinking I may have a major transmission issue. Nate confirmed my concerns and diagnosed the problem to be rodent damage. He was honest and up front with me and provided a quick and complete repair at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this repair facility and will return if ever needed. I just took my 2011 Nissan Cube in for service today for the first time. Nate's great and I feel both me and my car were well taken care of. I will continue to use this garage and appreciate their wonderful customer service.

WARNING: Cien Motor Werks charged $186.00 for an inspection without doing any work. Refused to give me the quotes,saying comparison shopping hurts my business! DUH If his business is HONEST then he would not have an issue with that. Bottom line, in my opinion, Nathan is as crooked as they come. A compressor only costs $200 dollars! I would give them a zero if possible!Service: Air conditioning

Nate and Armando are the best! My car needed an oil change and because I don t drive it often it needed to be checked for overall safety. Many garages would take advantage of the situation, but after the oil change, my car was declared in tiptop shape. No extra work needed. A week later the air conditioning on my van needed to be fixed with very short notice for it to be ready to travel up to the Grand Canyon. Nate squeezed it into the schedule, and Armando had the cold air blasting in no time. An honest and knowledgeable service station!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning, Oil change

I contacted this shop about a job. They had a job posted on both Google and indeed!. Not a very competitive wage. They weren't actually looking for anybody. Just posting a job for the purpose of fishing. Offered no benefits whatsoever. That's three strikes you're out! You're not going to attract Great or even good automotive technicians with that kind of hiring policy.

Miles was extremely helpful when we needed our 2012 Chevy Sonic repaired. They took the time to explain what was wrong and fixed the problem within less than 24 hours! We needed a new ignition coil and spark plugs and they completed the job perfectly. So glad I found a good mechanic in Prescott. Frank s Automotive is, hands down, the best car shop in Prescott! I m so glad that I followed my colleague s recommendation and referred my mother to Miles and the crew. They are friendly, honest, their pricing is very fair.. and I m confident that my mom is in good hands with them. Switched to them after the previous shop did funny stuff like charge for 6 rotors on a sedan, not rotate the tires, etc. Thank you so much for everything and continue being awesome!

Consistently good, honest work and fair pricing. They are my go-to for all vehicle issues now.Back story:Our car was sold to us by the old Findlay Hyundai in Prescott. It had multiple issues they overlooked before putting it on the lot (because they didn't inspect it, or clean it at all). Shortly after I realized it was because they were trying to empty their Hyundai inventory to dump the brand entirely. I was suspicious of 1 or 2 issues (knocking sounds) during the test drive and made them notate we'd be bringing it back in to get resolved. The sale rep was great but his manager was irritable high pressure and made small promises he refused to put in writing, and then said "I never said that" while we were in the final paperwork process. I insisted on an extended warranty. I did not particularly want this vehicle. It was a combination of needs, cost, and timing.We had to return repeatedly for major issues with brakes, a broken motor mount, broken sway link and ball joint. We were repeatedly met with resistance to honor the warranty and saying things like "we are losing money on this car" which I continually replied "I made it very clear before buying that I would not buy it if I had to pay for anything you missed before putting it on the lot, as you have failed to provide the paperwork you promised that it was FULLY inspected. This is why I insisted on the warranty in the 1st place". They begrudgingly honored each repair with minimal cash up front and made me feel guilty for making them fix what they should not have sold, while also reminding me they wanted to maintain a positive relationship with the community.After the last repair of the broken ball joint (which had been broken since before the sale) they said "this was the last time". Luckily all of this was done before the warranty expired.Very shortly after I had to make a special all day trip to the cottonwood Hyundai dealership for a recall/ECU flash, because Prescott Findlay closed theirs to expand the Subaru dept. I had them check a recent check engine light code for the fuel pressure sensor while they had it. (The car was having issues starting). They had it for 4-6 hours before contacting us and surprised us with a $120.00 labor/diagnostic fee that required dropping the fuel tank to determine the issue. The concurred it was a bad sensor (they didn't have one) and would cost approx $500 to fix.This is when I decided I was done with Hyundai, and got a second opinion. I remembered I had used Frank's once or twice years ago and had a good experience. We came back home and took the car to Frank's. They said they would have to charge us for a diagnostic just be certain it was properly diagnosed. I was a little bothered by this since Hyundai already diagnosed it, but we had to get it fixed. They called us shortly after and said they unbolted the back seat to check, (no, you don't have to drop the fuel tank) and immediately found significant damage to the wiring caused by a pack rat, and that the sensor was totally fine. Hyundai of Cottonwood totally scammed us. Had they even LOOKED at it they would have found the damage.Frank's could have easily suggested we needed a new wiring harness which would have cost a fortune. Instead they confidently offered to repair the existing wiring for a very reasonable price. Total out the door was about half what Hyundai was going to charge us to repair the wrong thing. They've never tried to pull anything with me, and have always been very affordable. This type of service really shines during these times of bad business ethics and maximum profits.

I took in an 17 yo Lincoln for a rattle. They did as I requested and replaced the entire left front suspension. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I met some really wonderful people.Two days later, pulling into a parking spot, I heard horrific scrapping and grinding noises. One of the parts they had replace broke. These wonderful folks had may car towed in and reanalysised what went wrong.They replace the entire suspension a 2nd time at no charge, paid for the tow, paid for the rental car, paid for the new tire and wheel that was necessary,....... no questions asked,...... from the get-go, they took full responsibility for the part manufacturers defect.These folks are absolutely incredible people. They are the epitome of what small business should be !!!! IMO, great character !!! Great customer service !!! Great workmanship !!!

Frank's is a clean shop with great people. It caters to local customers almost exclusively and takes an appointment to get your vehicle looked at. They really just blew me off with a high quote when I came in with my out of town Van. They do not need your business, so unless you are stuck find someone else for your repairs.
