Casey's Auto repair placed an auto lock devise in my vehicle. Upon removal, they did not replace the ignition/steering column covering. After placing a new battery in this vehicle, (the truck has not been driven since the removal of the devise) the truck losses all electrical power, stalls intermittently, while driving. I must stop and turn the ignition to the start position, then the truck starts back up.I called Casey, to speak about the issue, he informed me that Casey's Auto Repair did not perform any actions associated with the steering column or electronics. Casey then suggested (very quickly), someone attempted to steal my truck. I did mention we have three security cameras (not to mention my adjacent neighbors cameras) which did not record any suspicious activity. After some rude, belittling words, I informed Casey this truck is the lowest valued item in our parking lot. We have 16 vehicles (many valued more than $50,000+), construction equipment, trailers, and thousands of dollars worth of miscellaneous items in our parking lot/yard.Casey then proceeded to use profanity and hung up. Casey appears nice, though will not accept accountability.I have followed up with Intoxalock Ignition Interlock, whom Casey's Auto Repair is a authorized Intoxalock installer.I will also file a case with the Better Business Bureau, as well as all consumer advocacy organizations. Please use discretion (as with any business) with Casey's Auto Repair.

Casey's was awesome! Good ol' fashioned rodeo cowboy mechanic here folks. Casey is straight forward and completely dependable. Would give 10 stars if I could.

GREAT PLACE FOR YOUR INTERLOCK.Did a great job. It's INTOXALOCK and the device itself isn't very appealing to the eye. However the device is on point and I've had no issues. Do not fall for the appearance of the device. And stay away from SMARTSTART it will drain your battery which messes with your calibration and it just effected the entire mechanism.

They did a great job on my 69 Ford p/u. Will be going back for a couple more things. Anyone needing classic truck or car service, take it here.

Zero stars. My problem here is they did work I specifically did NOT ask for. Before dropping off my vehicle, I called and explained that my vehicle had trouble starting (jumping the battery seemed to fix it, until it didn t). Turns out it wasn t the battery and this was info I had BEFORE dropping it off. Casey explained that the interlock device was installed incorrectly and most likely was a loose wire. He was right. I didn t drop it off to have THAT fixed. I wanted the device removed, which he would charge $100 for (this was discussed before dropping it off). I dropped it off telling him I would have to find a very specific time to remove it and install a different company. While it was there, I gave them updates on what was going on with my schedule and plans. Never ONCE did they mention a storage fee . I told them not to fix anything because I didn t need it fixed - there is nothing to fix. I wanted it removed, which Casey very arrogantly told me they would see me back there since the company they install is the best there is. I went to pick it up and guess what? I had a $100 bill. For what you ask? For fixing it , right after he told me there was nothing wrong with it. After I pointed out that I DROVE my vehicle to the shop, he said fine. The $100 is for storage , which again, was never mentioned. I paid it, very unwillingly, and as I left he said he hoped my battery wasn t dead since he left my interlock plugged in the whole time (this device drains your battery). Worst service I ve ever had, if you can even call it that. Also note: the arrogance of Casey is seen in other 1 star reviews. I m not alone in his response. Get things in writing with him, or just stay away. I d just stay away. He is NOT the best in town for anything.

Casey is a very honest great mechanic. I've used him a few times to work on my 1974 Ford F250 pickup truck. He is very straight forward and very knowledgable. A great guy and a great mechanic. Highly recommended. I wouldn't hesitate referring my friends and neighbors to Casey and his crew. A+

Requested to have a part installed that I already purchased. I would have done it in 15 minutes myself at home but was very busy with my work schedule so i decided to have the shop do it and do some other maintenance work on the vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle I was informed that they ordered and installed two (left & right) sides of the part and charged me 3X what I paid for the same part at a retail location. The part I had supplied was Moog and I never found out what brand they installed into my vehicle (likely inferior). The labor rate was also ridiculous as was the time they billed me for the installation of the parts. I think the quality of their work was good and they are knowledgeable especially on older vehicles. My problem with them is the lack of communication and them doing additional work to my vehicle without my consent. I politely paid my bill and left. That will be the last time I step foot in that building. No trust in this place. A simple repair with provided parts turned into a $300+ overcharge and now I have an extra part I cannot return or use. My wife and I own 15+ vehicles and were testing the waters to see if this would be a new place for us to bring all of our classic vehicles and daily drivers for work. Guess what..it wont

My 1967 Dodge a100 broke down Labor Day and Casey was the only mechanic in town who's garage was open. He took the van in that day and was incredibly hospitable to us. He had the van fixed and running better than ever the following day and stayed in excellent communication the whole time. Casey and his team are honest, fair and skilled mechanics with years of experience that anyone can trust their mechanical needs with. Thank you Casey's auto repair for providing such professional and punctual service on such short notice and on a holiday!

I would caution anyone to do their research prior to using this shop. We talked with Casey who sold himself as an expert in classic cars and what he does and was convincing. Said I m the guy the other shops in town send their classic/hot rods to for disc brakes as the other shops don t know how to do them The short of a long story. Get anything of what Casey says on doing in writing and not take his word on what he originally says or the cost. When you call other shops and are asked who is doing the work and once you tell them their response is not favorable.Casey wants to argue and not listen while you try explain why you are not happy with the service or lack of. I knew he was not going to make it right or even listen so no use of continuing wasting time and have my blood boil more than it already had with this owner.I drove the car in for front disc brake conversion and some other work. Casey did not verify the parts HE ordered would work for the conversion. Ended up making us scramble to locate new wheels/tires costing more $$$ and tried to Mickey Mouse an alignment after the fact I don t do alignments READ previous reviews. Sadly we did not and discovered we re not the first to have issues.

Casey said 3 weeks and $3000 to $4000 to fix vehicle...but $9000 and 4 months later and the vehicle still doesn't work right. And his answer is, "it worked for me".It has never been driveable since leaving his shop and he refuses to make it right.I would never recommend him to anyone.

Terrible service, Rip off scammers con artist POS. And the Facebook page is full of political views, free country and all but no one wants to hear your 2 cents they just want the vehicle fixed. Maybe focus more on your JOB rather than your OPINIONS!!

Is half a star possible? Supposed to be a place of business. Called several times to try to speak to somebody, received generic answering machine not even identifying the business. Internet showing business is open. Drove there. Closed. No explanation. This is a Friday morning during regular business hours. No sign of explanation just closed. Not even the simplest business ethic.

Very respect and very nice. Mind their land but if you have to wait while they work on your car, you can take a walk around Watson Lake instead in the waiting room for hours...

I called this place to see what kind of pricing they had holy guacamole no thank you I do not know if they understand this but the world is modernizing you're going to have to stop up charging just to work on a vehicle that is now standard
