What a pleasure dealing with the father/son owners at Brackman's! Terry and Austin. They were recommended to us by literally everyone in Prescott as the best body shop this side of anywhere. Our auto body repair was exceptional, completed sooner than estimated, and under the budgeted bid. They answered the shop phone on the first ring, and reply to emails before the ink is dry! Whereas another shop wanted five grand for relatively minor repairs, Austin s fair prices allowed me to avoid involving my insurance company. The work was done in one day and the repairs look perfect. So glad I shopped around and found Brackman s.

After receiving a recommendation to visit Brackman's (and a very poor experience at a "ABC sub-par" shop) I came in and had my faith renewed. Great customer service, honest information for good and bad, and above all, really great work!! My pickup had a decent amount of front end work- they used OEM parts and worked quickly. The before/ after transition is seamless, and my f150 is back to looking as-good-as-new. So grateful. We highly recommend!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

This is THEE place to go for excellent work at a reasonable price. We just got the car back. They had it done in the time frame they had said it would take and it looks great. We had taken the car to another place first that quoted us a price that was 2 1/2 times higher. We will be coming back to Brackman's if ever needing anymore work. Brackman's Paint & Body is an amazing place to get your body repairs done. I had problems finding anyone who would repair my car because they would rather charge me a lot more to replace my panels. Here they listened to what I needed and helped me get my car fixed for an affordable price. My car came out just how I wanted it. In the photos you can see I had some pretty good dents and some broken pieces. They repaired the dents, pieced together the broken parts, and put my plastic back on the car making it look brand new. I definitely recommend them to you and will be returning if I have a problem like this again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The quality of work done by Terry and Austin at Brackman's Paint & Body was excellent. Very professional and made sure that I understood that their estimate included only what was needed to repair the paint damage to my F350 Ford truck's rear fender/bed area. I went to 5 other body shops in the Prescott area and Brackman's price was very competitive, in fact all the others were significantly higher except for one. That one that was a lower estimate, I did not trust based on their discussions with me. Several of the other shops wanted to do additional work that what not really required once Terry explained to me how they would do the job.Up-estimating is not uncommon in this industry. Overall, I would highly recommend Terry & Austin at Brackman's for paint and body work!Service: Painting
