Everyone was friendly enough. Here s my experience:I wanted 4 new tires. I have never been to Big O. I usually go to Costco but it was going to take about 5 days to get the tires in. Mark said they could get them in next day so I made the appointment. He said it would take longer to get the original equipment tires and suggested another brand. Next day they call and said he accidentally only ordered 2 tires when I had already paid for 4. So I wait another day for the other two tires to come in. Go in and they said they ordered the wrong size. A different gentleman then asked what tires I wanted and he was able to order the original ones I wanted for the right size next day. So I come in again the next day. They put on the correct tires. I had to pay extra $109 for an alignment so I didn t void the warranty on the tires. It took about 2.5 hours rather than the 1 hour 15 min he said. When I left I looked at my tires and they just look trashy. You d think they would at least wipe them down or something to make them feel nicer.0/10 I d rather go to Costco. More organized and honestly faster than this Big O.Also today my tpms light just came back on

The team at big O tires was so extremely helpful and got me in quickly when I needed new tires before a long roadtrip. I am so thankful for the time they took to review options with me and answer any questions I had. The morning that they did the work on my car they got me in at the time of my appointment and were very speedy with completion time. Would highly recommend!

Awesome job! Needed all 4 shocks replaced AND all new tires and these guys knocked it out of the park with their service skills. Fast, super friendly, and incredibly helpful with making this an easy fix. They offered several options to keep the cost down and got me where i needed to be. Not only that but my Jeep has NEVER ridden so smooth. Literally never. Ive had it 5 years and it s always ridden like a tractor and now it s such a smooth ride! Great job guys! This is my new go-to place for all my repairs.

Had a really positive experience last week getting new tires. David took my original phone call and was very pleasant and informative the entire time!! The visit itself was overall great, there was just a little trouble with the center caps that Mark, the manager, immediately made right and made me feel like this shop truly does care about their customers!! I will absolutely be back in the future.

This was my first visit to Big O Tires for an oil change and was very pleased with the entire experience. I showed up early for my 9am oil change so I wasn't expecting that my vehicle would be pulled into a bay right away but it was. The process was very efficient and I was out of there earlier than expected. Mark and Josh were great at the front desk with answering all of my miscellaneous vehicle questions. I mentioned that I knew I would be in need of tires in the very near future so they priced out tires for me while I waited as well. Big O Tires will be my new go to place for oil changes and any tire needs.

Made an appointment for 2 new tires and received a prompt service when I came in. Very clean office, nice waiting area with comfortable chairs. Staff is not only professional, they were kind and very informative about my cars needs! Would highly recommend the guys at Big O

Mark and Richard did a great job figuring out how to get me low tire pressure light to turn off. Both guys were very professional and should determination to fix the problem and to satisfy the customer. Great job.

Great customer service and efficiency. All 4 tires were replaced and only took them like 20 min to do it. Josh was amazing and took care of me. I have been to other locations in the area and this one was the best for sure.

Made an appointment online with BigO the night before, super easy, received confirmation the next morning! Verified they could take me in for an oil change and get my tires rotated, btw the rotation came with my oil change! Completed the service within my lunch hour and the staff was very friendly very satisfied with their work, thanks!

I made an appointment online yesterday (11/16) for new tires and an oil change to be done today (11/17). David Isburgh called soon after and was very helpful getting the details straightened out and tires ordered, as well as friendly and easy to talk to. When I arrived today, Mark Golden was who I spoke to and he went above and beyond with his customer service and was incredibly friendly and obviously cares about the customer. I requested Lee Deans as my technician because I know he is a very hard worker, knows his stuff, and will do the job right. As usual, Lee went above and beyond himself.I would recommend any of these guys in the future, as well as Big O Tires in Prescott.

Utter incompetence wasted my entire day, even though I had an appointment that I was early for. Claimed wrong parts were sent 6 times... that means it was wrong twice and allowed to happen 3 more times before something was done about it. And to top it off, they didn't repair the screw through my tire. He told me they did, but just rotated it to the front and over inflated to turn off the light. Wonder what else they screwed up....Also, not the first time they've completely hosed me over service very poorly rendered. Last time they did an alignment....it was absolutely not done. never returning

I went to Big O tire on Wednesday in Prescott Az for an oil change and the assistant manager mark got my car in and out fast with little wait time! I highly recommend coming here and dealing with Mark he s kind and understanding and truly gets the job done.

I've lived in the Prescott area for over 40 years and I always thought of Big O Tires as just a tire shop. I recently learned that they are a full service automotive repair center. My wifes car had a "check engine light". She doesn't like that. I took it to Big O and they had me all squared away in no time. Better yet, they are honest, reasonably priced and solved my problem and my wife is happy! So I'm happy too!Even better, they are open on Saturdays and Sundays. I don't know of another repair shop that has such convenient hours. I work M-F / 9-5 and I don't have time do take care of things like this during the week. Do you?So... the next time you have a check engine light, your brakes are grinding or any other automotive service needs. Give Big O the chance to earn your business. I personally give them all they way!

Good job Big "O". They found the problem with a bad valve sensor and a few minor maintenance issues and had me in my way at a reasonable price. I'm a Happy Camper now. Thank you guys. I like your service.

Big O quoted $40 to repair a tire and then declined to do the patch because it was "too close to the sidewall". They were happy to try and upsell me a new tire in the process though, all while telling me it'd be illegal for any other shop to repair it. Discount Tire happily repaired it without issue for free (plus a box of donuts).Bummer because I live right down the road from Big O and was willing to try a different location after being a Discount Tire customer for the last couple decades.

Oil change was okay, Check engine light still on, And they tried to say there were several other things that were wrong with the car. But my nephew being a mechanic and having one of those automatic readers for your car. There's nothing wrong. They said my radiator was leakin, but yet my radiator Temperature has never Gone above halfway, which is normal.I've never had to put in fluid except when I changed from winter to summer coolent.

The first time here. I stopped by thinking I'd need to make an appt for work. Instead, I was greeted immediately with a smile and received quick service without an appt for tire rotation/balancing and an alignment. Great staff, super friendly with a sense of humor and very helpful, gave clear pricing and got to work. This store got really busy, but they really kept it moving! Prices were very reasonable as well. Will definitely be back! Thanks for the top-notch service!

I had a screw in my tire. I stopped in and they were very busy and they told me to come back at 2 o clock. I returned at 2 o clock and I also had called before that to ask if I can get in oil change and they said yes, that would be fine. I received an oil change in fantastic customer service, as well as witnessing their customer service skills with all the other customers as they were short staffed. They did not charge me to fix my tire just oil change and they were fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

They will try to sell you things you don t need after knowing good and well that you are struggling widowed mother of two children trying to just keep her car running so you can make it to work, they won t handle a single problem that you actually do need, and then they ll go ahead and let you leave in a car that immediately starts smoking after leaving their quote shop and almost light on fire with your children in the car.UPDATE: am currently communicating with corporate to hopefully get this resolved to make a long story short. Will update my review accordingly based on the results.

The mechanic fixing my truck noticed the rear tires were separating. I normally go to Discount Tires but Big O was basically across the street. I'm glad I stopped in here. They were awesome. The customer service was excellent and they had me in and out in an hour. Brand new tires and a decent rebate. Thank you Big O in Prescott, AZ.

One of the best experiences I ve ever had this Location went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal the best price and they provided excellent service. I highly recommend don t go anywhere else. This location is the best location for Prescott.

Tire rotation time only, but five broken lug nuts complicated things. Big O kept me informed of what happened and how things were progressing. Then they did a wheel alignment check and yes, I needed one. All said and done they did it all at a fair price and at checkout time, pointed out that if I used debit instead of credit I would save that 3% fee. Very pleased with my service.
