Bennett Glass did an amazing job replacing the windshield on my 2005 Land Cruiser. They worked with my insurance company to secure approval of the necessary windshield and molding. And the installation itself was quick and clean - it s indistinguishable from the original windshield in both appearance and quality. I couldn t be happier with their work and cannot recommend Bennett Glass strongly enough - there s nowhere else I ll ever take my vehicles in Prescott.

We needed a mirror installed in our home gym and called several local glass places. Also, our bathroom window wouldn't stay up due to a disconnected part. One place quoted $110 to fix that. Another place could only do 2 pieces of mirror so it would have a seam. Then we called Bennett. They came out to give a quote. While there, the guy said he could fix the window for free when they came to install the mirror. He said the mirror would take 3 weeks, because it's a custom size. A week later they called and said the mirror arrived and could be installed the next day!! Provided we were available. I was thrilled! They showed up the next day, installed the mirror and fixed the window, no extra charge. This is called UNDER promising and OVER delivering. Bennett Glass, you did an amazing job, especially in this age of high prices and poorly done jobs. Much respect and appreciation to you!

These guys are awesome! The plan was for me to stay at their shop while my windshield was replaced. But, plans changed and I urgently needed to run an errand while they worked on my car. Kevin, the owner, offered me a ride and took me to where I needed to go. Couldn t have been more satisfied! And everything has worked just great with the new windshield.

They did such a great job replacing the glass in our window that I went to them to replace my car windshield. They were the best price, quick and efficient. Today, a year later, I had a big chip in my windshield and they did a great job fixing that at no cost. The staff us so nice and friendly. I will also use them for my window needs.

Just wanted to say THANK U Bennett Glass: Brought our car in to have x3 small chips in our windshield repaired after a trip.The price was less than coupons or competitors,the work was done promptly,the gal who did the work was cheerfulAND she actually found an additional chip we had not seen.The 4th chip was repaired & when I got out to my car I noticed my payment didn't reflect an additional charge.I went it back inside to pay an additional amount but was told something like 'we appreciate your business'. Wow! That was a total surprise!Thank U kindly & will most certainly be back in the future.

Oh Bennett Glass is amazing! My son broke a window and I needed someone to replace it. I contacted Bennett Glass. They scheduled a appointment 3 weeks out on November 2nd. They never showed up or called. The amazing part of this story it's November, 30 degrees at night and my window is still broken! Thank you Bennett Glass for being unprofessional and incompetent

Edit to original review: Bennett Glass was able to fix the issue I had and I m changing my review accordingly. I understand the complexity of running a business and appreciate their willingness to make things right. -I made an appointment to replace my windshield at Bennett Glass several weeks ahead of time and after I dropped off my car, they called to tell me that they did not have the proper molding trim for my vehicle and that none of their suppliers had it either. I was asked if I wanted to continue with the replacement using generic molding trim or order the part myself. Since I need the car and didn t want to deal with the hassle of scheduling a new appointment, I told them to go ahead with the generic. I am very disappointed that Bennett Glass did not take the time to check if they had the proper materials before my appointment date and notify me before I dropped my car off, they literally had weeks to do this. Also, it s a bit unfair that my insurance is billed for auto glass replacement which includes molding trim, but if I had wanted to use the type specific to my vehicle at Bennett, then I would have to spend $90+ of my own money. I m not a car glass expert and was hoping that the experience with Bennett would be convenient, but instead, I had to spend time researching windshield parts and make a quick decision on something that I know little about. All in all, I eventually received a replacement that I m not happy with.Overall, I would suggest going to another company that makes replacing a windshield easier on their customers and respects their time by letting them know of issues before the customer drops the car off.

We had Bennett Glass replace some windows in our home. Their customer service is excellent, Dave did the work at our home and did an awesome job. We highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Great service. Easy to order a replacement windshield and schedule an appointment for it to be installed. Installation was fast and complete. I always wondered how glass shops got windshields crystal clean with none of the normal smears or residue on the windshield that I get when cleaning my windows. Luckily, they left one of their magic cleaning towels on the floor of the passenger seat. I will save it to clean my windows from now on and hopefully the windows will always stay as clean as they made it. Thank you!

These folks are awesome. Took care of a broken window in my home at a fraction of the cost of other outfits. Other window outfits wanted to replace the entire frame and window. Bennett replaced the glass when others said it couldn t be done w a vinyl frame. Looks like original window, excellent work and service. This is a local company which really matters as well. Thanks for the awesome work and timely response.

I recently purchased a new RV to live in. Unfortunately the property & people I paid to put it on are crooks & caused thousands of dollars worth of damages. Bennett Glass was there to replace & install the new custom made replacement windows. I was extremely pleased with their effiencency and help in filling the insurance claims. Progressive Insurance Adjusters told me I'd be reimbursed for the money paid to Bennett but unfortunately Progressive isn't an honest company and it all came out of my pocket. I'm grateful for the best prices that were changed by Bennett. I would highly recommended Bennett Glass for any replacement glass needs.

We recently had new showers built and needed glass enclosures. Bennett showed up as scheduled for the measurement and recommended how the enclosures should be built. Even with the slow down in the supply chain and fabrication process, they delivered in a timely fashion and did a fantastic install. We so pleased with their work. They are our go to glass company from now on.

I have been extremely impressed by the installers of Bennett Glass & Mirror. They replaced the very large window next to my desk at my office and the installers were personable and professional and my new window is amazing!

Absolutely phenomenal service. I called later in the day and they happened to have my windshield in stock and also had availability the same day to install it as I was going to be in the area. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The service was very professional. I highly recommend.

I had a problem with a windshield for my somewhat uncommon-model car. The first windshield did not work with the car's safety features, through no fault of Bennett's. The owner went the extra mile to correct the problem, even getting his technician to work on a Saturday (when they are normally closed) to accomate my travel schedule. Working to solve inevitable problems is the mark of a great company. Thank you.

DO NOT HIRE!!!! Had them out to service my window. Left a huge mess in my house moved a lot of my furniture around and didn t put nothing back. Damaged things in my house and ate my food that was on my counter!!!!! After looking closer seen that the door handle to my sliding glass door they came to fix is missing. They either threw it away or ate it. Terrible customer service. An absolute nightmare. I m even considering calling the police Stay away from them

Great service!We ve had these guys replace two windows at home and our windshield and every time it s been great! They do mobile service and you can take it in to them as well.The girls that answer the phone are great! I ve had to reschedule my appointments several times and they always do it in a great and very professional way. Definitely recommend them!
