Off-the-charts customer service! I got two chips the day before we were to take a 700 mile road trip! Michael was so accommodating, working me into his schedule. He made the process so easy - he called the insurance company with me and in under 20 minutes I was on the road. I have had multiple windshields replaced/repaired since moving to AZ 10 years ago and this was by far the best experience I have had. So happy to have found him!

Mike was great. Answered his phone late, came out early the next morning to get my chip repaired. I hope I don t have to call him again but if I do I know who to reach out to.

I LOVE Mike and the work he does on my windshields. Whether it is filling the chips or a complete replacement he comes to me, does the work and I have never had any issues. I ONLY Yavapai County Auto Glass!

Mike is an honest dude, charged me only 120 to fix my passenger window on my 2k Ford Windstar, made tremendous efforts to get the job done and is just a real guy altogether.. Yavapai Auto Glass arrived when promised, called ahead, and completed the replacement of the windshield in a 2006 Dodge 2500 in under 30 minutes. Timely, Professional, and cover all of Yavapai County. They even took a look at my other vehicle for any repairs that might be needed with it as well. Great service!! Great prices!! We came all the way from Flagstaff for a windshield replacement but the prices up there are outrageous! He gave us a great deal and awesome customer service. I will definitely us his service again and definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you

Mike and his assistant, Steve, did a great job providing and installing a new windshield on our Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I watched the great many steps that they went through to complete the work, including giving me their after-the-installation guidance for the new windshield. I give the highest rating to these fellows and their company!

He was fastest to respond over all other companies. His service was quick and work came out great! Have had problems with other companies and not replacing the window seal. He showed up with the seal ready and didn't need me telling him anything. He knew what needed to be done. I would recommend him any day to other or my own family. I recently was staying at the Points of Rocks RV park and thought I needed a rear glass replaced in my Toyota Tundra pickup. After my wife drove the truck I noticed the rear glass was gone. I immediately contacted Mike and told him of my situation. He assured me he could do the work the next day and we made and appointment. The next day my wife told me she had been pushing all the buttons in the truck trying to adjust the mirrors. The truck is new to us so I looked at the buttons and noticed one that was new to me. I pushed the button and the missing rear window rose from the cab and locked into place. Embarrassed, I called Mike and told him of my discovery. He was very polite and understanding, assured me he would give me a full refund. Never have I encountered such a caring and understanding business man. A delight to deal with and a work ethic that is unmatched in the Prescott area. Highly recommend him.

Mike has done all the glass services on all of my cars for the last 3 years. I feel ashamed it took me this long to leave a review. Over the years I would say we have done 15 replacements and 3 repairs and I have never had a single issue with his craftsmanship but if I did he offers a life time warranty on the craftsmanship. Not only is he mobile and will come to where ever the car is located but he is easy to get ahold of, updates fast on the status of the glass orders and as long as his suppliers have the glass in stock he can get it same or next day and always seems to make time for everyone of his customers. Over the years I have sent my friends and family to mike for all glass repairs, including home and RV. He did my fathers RV and my neighbors window. Having mike in the glass industry for this area is a big part of what makes Yavapai a great place to be. anyone readying this and wondering if you should use mike or not I highly recomend it and it is not a risk rather than a high reward to have mike working on your glass. Mike was efficient and completed the job although he could have charged more then what he had quoted due to wrong screws were holding the power window motor, he fixed the issue I called about as well as replacing the wrong screws and didn t charge any more. Horrible services! Did reach my expectations. Barely even got the window in! Ridiculous and left stickers on window after install. Decided to end up going and having to get another window replaced by another glass company. They a much better job!! The rear view mirror came off my Jeep Grand Cherokee when I tried to adjust it, I could not put it back on. Made appointment and they never showed up or called. Needed chip repair and two times tried to give us a $100 kick back to replace. Now I know why insurance prices keep going up. Very unrepeatable business practices. Do not thrust them.
