I have only used Valvoline, since the late 80's. I have been a customer at this location for 1 year. My latest visit, Taylor was my attendant. Taylor is amazing. Great service, knowledgeable, expedient, leadership material. I hope you're around the next go round and I hope your running the place. Thank you for the great work.

Check your receipts...I did reach out prior to having to make this review.Never heard back from them.I was quoted a lower price for cabin air filter, then charged a higher price for said filter. $29.99 vs $44.99When I called, I spoke with Braden, no apology offered, no solution offered. This is the world we live in...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish people would invest in their employee's on what to do with situations like this.I have attached my receipt...

I ended up here to get an oil change after one of their competitors said that they didn't have the oil for my VW. I was impressed by how much more efficient they were working as a two person team and a floater that also helped. I was able to sit comfortably in my car while they completed the work and provide my payment. There are coupons available in Google maps when looking up the location of the shop.

Very disappointed with this place and I will never go back. I spent $120 on an oil change which is expensive, but I get you have to pay people. The problem I had is that my truck started to leak oil after going there. I had to get up under my truck and figure out where the leak was coming from. Mind you, I have have a 2019 truck that had no leaks before going to Valvoline. I get up under and what do I find? Oil is leaking from the drain plug. It wasn't tightened enough. If I am going to spend $120 for an oil change it better be right. When I called to complain, they were nice about it but only wanted to give me a half off coupon for another oil change. I told them no, because I do not trust them. They said they have to talk to a manager about a refund, but I still haven't heard back from them. I just relearned the age old lesson, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. I do not recommended anyone go here.

Oil change and service was good. Bought wiper blades and they do not clean my windshield properly they are defective! Have not had time to go back busy with holidays and work. Hopefully they will exchange them!

Was in and out in 20 minutes without an appointment. The people were pretty chill. They told me my battery was bad like a couple days later it went out, they predicted my future lol jk. Price was about 60 bucks for a regular oil change.....definitely my new place to get my oil changed

Attentive and friendly service. Communicated very well. Completed the work in a timely manner. Forgot to give the coupon discount and reset the maintenance reminder, but resolved both issues when prompted. We'll probably be back.

After going to a nearby Jiffy Lube and spending 20 minutes waiting and fielding questions from a guy who coughed again and again (where's my mask?) we were told they didn't have the correct supplies for our 2022 VW Taos. So we headed up Rte 69 and found Valvoline. There was no wait. They had the right supplies. And the crew was on the ball. And we found a coupon online while we waited 15 minutes for the oil change to be done.

Gave this place a second and third chance to change my mind but overall it's terribly run. On multiple occasions I have waited over 45 min to get in whith one car in front of me while other cars are being let in to be serviced next to me in the other stalls. I'm sorry but you lost a few customers today.

OK so I purchased a Groupon deal and presented that Groupon deal to the young girl handling my service as I entered, she took my Groupon code and entered it in the computer. They did my oil change and then proceeded to tell me my total was $148.00, we asked what happen to the Groupon deal we already paid for, the young lady had to get the manager that helped her enter my Groupon code and then proceeded to tell me that they do not accept Groupons. We explained that they took our Groupon code and entered it. Then they proceeded to say they have never taken Groupon. We went round and round with them and wound up having to pay 140.00 for oil change and 77.00 for my Groupon that they didn't take but took my code from my Groupon. We explained we were upset that they took the code and never told us they didn't except Groupon. This service was done on 9-9-23 Invoice # 76537, the manager gave us 15.00 off, but that was no help to the upset we had over not being able to use our Groupon and being charged 140.00 for an oil change after we already purchased one. Please inform your employees to let customers know in advance they don't accept Groupon. We would have just left and went somewhere else and avoided the stress and turmoil this caused us.We use Valvoline all the time, but we will never use this site again.

Went here for the first time today. Got in right away, visit was smooth and very quick. Everyone was friendly. They checked out all the lights on my car, let me know that my battery is close to needing to be replaced, and didn't try to sell me a filter when I didn't need one. This is by far the best service I have had from an oil change store! I will be going to them every time!Services: Battery, Oil change

First time here. Other oil change places were disappointing. I could stay in my car and watch everything. Asked questions...got answers. Got choices that were best for my budget. Enjoyed this oil change experience! I'll be back.

I d never been to any Valvoline before this. This was conveniently located & not crowded on a Monday afternoon, before I had to drive to Phx the next day. Conner went the extra mile to contact some 3rd-party service (not one of their own products) who I pay for monthly & they offer oil changes for no extra cost to me. Anyways I wasn t sure how to go about it. He was kind enough to call them on my behalf, patiently figure it out with me, and then did an excellent & FAST job. Much recommend!!

Friendly and competent staff. Not much of a wait as only one vehicle ahead of me was finishing up. I appreciate that they weren't all about up-selling extra stuff

I ve been getting my truck serviced here for 2 years now. The last time I went they forgot to put back the oil cap and the engine threw oil all over my battery and down the side of my engine. I took it back and complain about it. The manage over filled the oil and said they clean off the over spray. I then took it to the car wash and spent an hour getting the oil off the user side and the side of the block. Need less to say I am not very happy. If you go here get out and make sure they put everything like caps back.

Had a great experience. Was in an out in under 15 minutes. The guys were very professional and polite. They asked permission before reaching into the vehicle to reset my maintenance light and before opening my door. Used an online coupon and it was a fair price for a synthetic oil change. Will definitely go back.

You drive in, and 15 minutes later you drive out with a fresh oil change. I usually bring my own oil and additive and they happily oblige. Pretty reasonably priced. What more can you ask for?

I would give them a 10 star rating if 10 stars were an option. This Valvoline store is above and beyond when it comes to top notch service. The best thing about Valvoline is the Regional Manager, Brandon. And the second best is the Store Manager, Conner. If you want great service, this location has a great team. They backup their service and always make things right. We are so glad that Brandon is the Regional Manager. We have brought our GMC Acadia to them several times, and will keep doing so because they stand behind the service to their customers. We are a customer for life. Thank you Brandon and Conner & the whole team. Keep the service techs trained up right, as they are a reflection of you and of Valvoline. Al & TrishService: Oil change

I pull up in my chevy pickup. I am welcomed by Andrew Hayhurst. He tells me how long it will take, what my vehicle needs what is checked and what other services they offer. Well, I was in the bay faster than expected, met by the rest of the friendly, knowledgeable staff, oil was done, fluids were filled, tires were checked faster than a NASCAR!!! .crew..well...very quick!! I will be returning all of my other vehicles and recommend you should too!!! The other places just don't stack up to ANDREW and his crew!! Thank you so much!!Services: Transmission, Oil change

Super fast and efficient! Be sure to sign up for their email list so you can get your discount every time that you go in. They were very friendly and helpful and made it to where I drove all the way there from Sedona to get my oil changed.

I had the best experience possible at Valvoline on HWY 69. I went in for a standard oil change and left with a new battery and windshield wipers. It was so convenient and I feel much safer driving around.Tyler really impressed me by being professional and conducting such a thorough inspection. Being new to Arizona and the climate here I had a lot of questions. He took the time to answer all of them and was able to make some local recommendations on where I could get parts that I was looking for.This location has earned my loyalty and appreciation.

I am not so happy about my experience with this facility. My oil changed went fine. I presented them with my coupon and then asked them about replacing my windshield wipers. They presented me with two options a $10 cheaper option and then at $22 option. I went with the cheaper option but they did not fit my windshield wipers so I went to the $22 option. They replaced one... the drivers side, and that's when I found out that $22 only covered one wiper. Boy, I've never heard of $22 for one windshield wiper. I expressed that I was very upset about this and they apologized but did nothing. I was mis-quoted, mis-informed and taken advantage of. I end up leaving the facility spending $100 for an oil change and one windshield wiper. What a ripoff.*****I am adding an additional complaint as of 10-7-20 @3PM I received a phone call from "Chad" The owner. Instead of apologizing for what happened and refunding me the cost of the windshield wiper or offering me a second one he stated he had video tapes and sound recordings proving me in the wrong. I do not feel this way and I was taken advantage of. He flat up refused to listen to me and talked over me so I hung up.The last time I checked the customer is always RIGHT. An apology at the least should have been offered. I am not recommending this facility to anyone in less you are rich, don't mind being taken advantage of and have money to burn.Service: Oil change
