It's a junk yard but the folks I dealt with were courteous and friendly. It does cost $2 to get regardless of whether you end up getting a part. I don't find that a big problem. I did manage to find the part I was looking for. So, it was a good day.

Great place to get used parts at fair price. Every time I have gone there they had what I needed. Helpful employees that can give you parts interchange to help you find what you need...

I'm a female myself. So this review definitely isn't being sexist or anything related. Recently they've had a group of females working up front at the checkout. Who surprisingly know NOTHING about cars or car parts. The customers shouldn't have to be educating the employees everytime. But the employee questioning my response as if I wasn't being honest (which I most certainly was 100%) is flat out insulting!!! I understand this is because you're employees aren't educated anything about cars or know how to tell what part is what. But just imagine how much this business is losing here because of this. The ones who take advantage of the uneducated are being dishonest getting charged less then they should be paying. Then there's your employees insulting the customers due to their lack of knowledge for this business!!I've been going here for years but I've never felt so insulted as the last couple times I've been here. I'm sure the female employees don't question the male customers as they do the females.

I know it can seem shameful or frowned upon to show up near closing time but I really really needed a part and showed up with 40 minutes to spare and they had already locked the doors. I tried to call and they picked up and hung up immediately. I never write reviews but I just drove 30 minutes to quickly grab 1 item and didn t even get the chance to talk to anybody..

Love this place!! Found a CLEEEAN, fire engine red Durango, ith a blown motor to be the star of a couple shots today Sometimes they'll have 3 or 4 of the vehicle you need, sometimes Zero. It's the nature of the beast.Today, we went in search of Denali and CRV, and came up empty, but last time I was there, 3 CRVs were present. Inventory is shown online, I believe, but I know for sure you can call and ask if they have a certain vehicle.Be prepared to do all removal work YOURSELF, and bring your own tools, of course.

Needed a part for a Honda Accord that was 697.00 new. These guys had one for 14.00 and has worked perfect for 5 years. Great outfit....no hassles.

I am ever grateful for this business, and would recommend anyone who needs car parts to go get them here. Unfortunately, I had to get rid of another car, and they gave me a tow, and a fair deal for a car with a broken transmission within hours of it having to be towed twice and diagnosed. I can t thank them enough for their time, patience, and professionalism in a busy day. Everyone had true customer service. However, the main two responsible for the amazing interaction were Terry and Bo.

I previously had a better review up for this place. The new owners made this place worse in every way. They even replied on a other forum to say I'm wrong about them being rude and unhelpful on the phone and their inventory is never accurate, but they are in fact rude and unhelpful on the phone and their inventory never matches what's on the yard and now they always make sure to charge you for every little thing.

It's a junkyard. I'm not really sure what all to say. The employees are almost always nice. The owner definitely enjoys money and tries to pound it into the heads of the employees to charge for anything. Even if it's a single screw or fuse. Luckily most employees realize that good will leads to repeat customers aren't worth charging someone a quarter for something that would get thrown away or account for less than 1 cent for scrap prices. He may not be a bad guy but the employees are really what keeps people coming back more than anything else

Awesome selection of used tires. Matt is super knowledgeable and has mastered the lost art of cross referencing ever kind of part and vehicle out there. Got some awesome A/T tires for super cheap. Neither of us saw that they were a pair and I ended up getting then for cheaper that I was supposed to. I offered to pay the extra money but they said it was cool. I was on the fence about used tires but when I saw the tread life and condition I couldn't pass it up. Yeah, they'll probably only last 30,000 miles but I got f'ing Cooper SST pro's and Duratrac's ($1200 retail) for less than $150. Soooo, yeah...there's that.

A fun experience, can be difficult finding the proper parts for your vehicle, but no more so than other salvages. The vehicles are also propped up, so it's easier to get below them to harvest parts. Fun to see other vehicles too!

Due to something we were unaware of on a vehicle (which we insisted to make right and do the work to remove it) we brought to them, that THEY could make money from, they banned us from coming back. The male employee on his power trip along with the rude female "manager" called us dishonest, accused us of stealing stuff out of the junk pile when we were unloading more money for them, which it's not that hard to go review video and see we didn't take anything. How can you ban honest customers that did everything we could to make it right? And call us false names. Even if we weren't "86'd" I wouldn't be back. Bad enough they over charge for everything.

Used to be a good place for parts now they charge to much and on every item now has a core charge which is unheard of for most things you get there. And today i found out you have to pay 8 dollar warranty fee on every item in order to return a defective item this is not right. you also pay qlmost 5 dollars for an enviorment service fee. add that up for what purchased two manual bucket seats price list says 38 dollars a piece. they charged me 40 each and 10 dollar core charge for seats and 8 dollar warranty now they added that total came to 98 dollars then they figured my taxes on the 98 istead of the purchased item total 110 dollars for 2 38 dollar seats

Found all the parts I need for a great price. The people there are super helpful, told me exactly where to go for the vehicles in question. I'll definitely be making the drive back to this location for more.

Love pulling my own parts, and seeing what other treasures I can find. Staff here is very friendly, and they help you locate the location of the vehicle you're looking for parts is at. They also give give you a "cross reference" list of vehicles that use the same parts. I highly recommend them and tell anyone I know looking for parts to go here or the Flagstaff location.

Wow... It used to be worth it to go pull your own parts. Now it's ridiculously expensive. Used headlights/tailights were more expensive than had i bought them new online. What? Surcharges for warrantee??? On wrecking yard parts? You've got to be joking?!!! Why am I paying a $9 environmental charge? Didn't I just recycle used parts? Only worthwhile for the teeny-tiny things you can't find elsewhere.

Don't believe their website, they're not open till dusk - today they closed the doors at 6:30 and wouldn't let me in although it was only a few minutes past and obviously a long ways from dusk.... Prices are also pretty high for what you get, often you're better off just buying a new part from rock auto.

Not a work friendly place!! I'm 66 years old and to retrieve parts you have to Cary drag or they do have carts to get your treasures to the office. But it's all uphill and they wouldn't let you drive in and they don't want to help you,the fork truck drivers are no help. Prices are decent I give them that, but if you need something big you better get friends to go alone to push it up a steep grade. Good luck!

This place is the best. Found the driver's seat for my 03 Camry that I was looking for. $47.00 for a power seat. Can't beat that. Looks like they have organized things a bit more since I was there last. Now, you can get an inventory sheet by color and row of the car you are looking for. Made it super easy to search.
