Absolutely the very best shop in our quad cities and hard to beat statewide. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient staff and in the repairs excellent workmanship. Kept us updated all through the process. Even though they were challenged with the auto workers strike for parts to replace the damage, they were outstanding. Highly recommend. We couldn t be more please. Thank you Team!!!

Very professional and efficient. Thank you.My car was repaired and returned to me cleaner than when I took to the shop. And it was very convenient to pick up and return the rental car at CARSTAR Collision Center as opposed to finding someone to drive me to Enterprise. Nicely done on both counts.

My car was called "TOTALED" by the police on scene at the accident, as well as by the EMT'S, THE PARAMEDIC, everyone. When my insurance company decided to repair it, I chose CARSTAR, as I had been there once before and thought they did a great job. Once again, they went over and above, even trying to fix some damage that was there before the accident, at no charge! They are super nice people who are trustworthy and caring. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Beautiful repair work. Paint work matched so well. Weekly update on status of my car. Flawed parts were not accepted and shop did due diligence to work this out with insurance company. Car rental was available at the repair location making it so easy. I would recommend them for any vehicle repair!

They assessed my car and what was to be fixed. They were honest about everything. Since my car was drivable, they are going to call when parts come in do I didn't have to leave it there

Carstar was thorough and fast with my driver door replacement. Got done earlier than estimated and let me know step by step what was happening. Painted my new door to match the rest of the car which has 200,000 miles on it. Looks fantastic.Highly recommend them.

They did an absolutely fabulous job fixing my car door after someone hit me in a parking lot. They text me with updates and were very forthcoming about the work that needed to be done and the time frame to expect it in. Even with it being the week of Thanksgiving they got my car done earlier than expected and it looked better than when I bought it!

If you need your car repaired- this is THE place. Service is fantastic. They made it so easy. They pick up & deliver the rental car. Your car comes back to you spic & span. I couldn't be more pleased with an auto repair & body shop. The front office was clean and professional. Dawn took care of everything with my insurance and getting me a rental car. The shop kept in touch with me with texts twice a week. The finished product is beautiful. Quality Collision is above and beyond anything I could have expected. I have brought my vehicles to Carstar Quality Collision in Prescott Valley for major bodywork repairs twice. They are a great company and I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle to them again. They have integrity and do what they say they are going to do efficiently and in a timely manner. Their work is high quality and very well done. Their prices are very fair and reasonable. I can't say enough how great they are to deal with. They helped me with my insurance claims, kept me updated on a regular basis, and handled the repairs in a professional and trustworthy manner. I really appreciate Chris offering to bring my car to my house, because I live in another town and didn't have a way to pick up my vehicle. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with! I ve used this shop for my repair needs since 2005. This shop consistently provides excellent customer service and the repair is always perfect!!! Junior and Dawn kept me informed every step of the way. From the rental car that was waiting for me when I dropped the truck off, through the whole process, until I picked the truck up, my experience was great.
