The gentleman at this car wash was very helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make sure my car left clean, and I appreciate what he did for me. I recommend this business for self-serve car washes.

I like having a family owned business like this. Very high water pressure got the job done. Do not use your debit or credit card though. I got charged an extra $10 for no reason. When i stopped the wash, i was only at $5.50 and i got charged $15. For this reason I will not be going back. Apparently, many people get overcharged using their card. Seems like a scam to me and owners probably collecting off of it. Be nice if they would refund me the $10.

I am only posting this review because i feel people need to be aware of how others are treated. I have been coming here for years, i wash my car here once a week every week and vacuum twice a week here. I use them because i believe in supporting veteran own and operated businesses as my entire family are veterans but when your staff approaches me yelling and carrying on treating me as if i am nothing more than a bad person at best never again. I came to vacuum my car out and i threw my trash away which was 2 cans and a few pieces of napkin but the wind picked up and it became bitter cold since my son was in the car i chose to come back after dropping him off. I began to back out and was going to run 2 errands drop my son off and then finish a man came screaming at me saying vulgar things cause i did not spend money at that moment. I will never leave a place i come to that often in tears and shamed in front of other customers and return nope will never give them my money again.

My husband put his car through the auto and it completely messed up his paint. DONT USE IT! Look at the pictures for proof. This is a brand new mustang. We are so upset !

This place offers completely touch-free options. There are no tracks to damage wheels. You can do it yourself or drive in and the spray will do the work for you. Nothing but liquid and blown air touches your car if you decide to sit in your car. No brushes, no chamois, no cloth. Great for avoiding swirl marks. John is super helpful!

I went here ONLY because they claim to have spot free rinse. This was definitely not true at all. Just moved here and will have to look for another car wash that actually has spot free rinse.

Clean place, everything worked properly, very reasonably priced. Got my truck very clean using the manual wash, very pleased. I will definitely be back

I had a decent experience here it charged $25 for being their for like 6 minutes, and I was slightly unimpressed with the vacuums, and sprays.

Easy to use. Trash cans and vaccuums available, along with self wash or automatic wash options. I drove through and selected the Top Dog option for $10. A gentleman came out and prerinsed my car and scrubbed my front window for me.

It's fine . Free vacuuming and towels to dry with. Just wish they dried the towels.

The guy running the car wash is very helpful and is always there to help make our Audi look great, car wash works well. Recommended!

This auto spa car wash does a great job on my car. But I keep coming back because of the friendly service. The gentleman that works there on a day today is absolutely amazing!

There was an older gentleman there who prewashed my car before I went into the auto wash. I didn't get his name but he is the kindest most helpful person I have ever dealt with there. He's the main reason for 5 stars. The $10 auto wash was 100% better of a wash than the competition $20 wash I had gotten a few weeks earlier. I will definitely be back here!

BEST self-serve bays in the Prescott area. Cheap, clean, all the equipment works (including spot-free rinse), and they have staff constantly checking (and cleaning) bays for mud. I wish they were 24/7, but it s understandable they can t have people there all the time. Overall, much better than the other self-serve washes in the area.

This is an ok car wash. If your looking for a quick self service car wash it's a quick and easy place. WARNING though bring quarters I went there twice n had to use my debit card n they were suppose to only charge me $2 for a 5 min self service. I only used the rinse wash n was done in two min but they charged my card twice $10 every time I went there and used my card. So bring quarters!!!!!!

The girl that washed my car used a broom and scratched my hood with multiple scratches. Also when vacuuming only did the floor and not the seats.

I went to this car wash multiple times and have always loved it. The last two times I've went the foam that comes out of the foam brush is more of a blue liquid. Today I asked a worker if they change products he said yes we're trying to get it down sometimes it comes out foamy and sometimes it comes out liquidy. Needless to say after what I thought was going to be a really good wash I've been left very unsatisfied. I'll have to find a new DIY car wash.

Normally I love this place but I am disappointed. The wash kept stopping and starting and telling me to back up and go forward when I didn t need to like 3 times before it started. The equipment finally stopped after going through one cycle of rinse that took 4x longer than it should. The owners really need to upgrade or fix their equipment; this isn t acceptable.Also, their phone number is disconnected so there s no way for me to get my $10 back.

Have a punch card but there's never an attendant. Also, the person in front of me must have left before their wash started. Because I paid for the top dog wash and received the basic. Car still came out cleaner than it went in so I guess it's worth it.

It was really clean and everything seemed to be modern and everything worked well.not a bad car wash .it was friday evening and wasnt that busy so it was even nicer .I am giving prescott valley auto spa a red five star rating and review today .I highly recommend this car wash to people that like clean car washes that are not overpriced .thank you guys ......keep up the great work. Good wash, would like to see some updated equiptment and products that dont leave a dusty film on my car or a better drying method.. I bring my own drying fiber but dont want to have to. Detail my car everytime i wash it..over all love it

This is the only place I wash my truck. There is always soap and all that..and two bucks to wash use your debit card so you won't have to keep adding..price went up now four bucks.

So I stopped by to wash my car the machine said 11.50 when done then I came back again to wash the front suspension the meter was at 4.25 but I ended up getting charged 15bucks twice in total 14.75 should have been charged but 15.25 needs to be refunded

My wife and I always use the automatic car wash. It does a very good job of cleaning her car. The pay machines really need to be updated or fixed. They are covered in hand written notes and it is confusing. They do use a recycling system and that is very important when doing business in the high desert.

Although the staff member was very friendly, the car wash was awful. A complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend the automatic wash but hand wash stalls are nice. The attendant notified me that road grime wouldn't come off which I'm okay with but it didn't even take the dirt off. Total bummer.

It got my car super clean in the kid that work there he scrub the front of my bumper because I had just driven across the country I think they're very nice there for the money I got a great Car Wash I give them five stars

Just another car wash.theyhave increase the pressure on on the wash but you don't get very many minutes for $4

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. I got my car really clean but it charged my card for every minute I washed my car! It charged me $30 just to get all the soap off. For the same price I could get my car washed and waxed by hand from someone else.
