Needed a chip repair for my BMW I bought in phoenix two weeks ago. Corey came out and was extremely professional, filled it so good I couldn't even find the chip again. He even filled in some pits on the windshield as well for me to make it look brand new. Rare to see people go above and beyond anymore. Incredible experience, I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

My daughter was driving on robert road 1 week after getting her license and something flew out of the back of a large truck in front of her shattering her windshield. I spoke with Tyler in the office and he was able to get us an appointment same day. We have connect insurance through Costco and he handled everything (the connect rep mentioned they are a preferred provider). Mike installed the windshield that afternoon and did an amazing job, he took his time and seemed to really carE about treating my daughters car like it was his own!

My insurance agent recommended PV Auto Glass for my 2024 Toyota RAV4 because of their reliability and nearly 50 years in Prescott / Prescott Valley. They greatly surpassed my already high expectations. Tyler in the office handled everything with my insruance and was so professional and polite. My installer Mike showed up exactly on time with a windshield that looked very high quality. It looked much thicker and better produced than any windshield I've had put in by safelite. Mike's workmanship made my car look like it was fresh off the factory line, and he did it with a smile and great service. Been in Prescott Valley for 15 years and this will be the only company I ever use going forward. Thank you again Tyler and Mike!

I was in need of a windsheild replacement. I gave PV Auto Glass a call and spoke with Tyler. He gave me a thorough explanation of windsheild manufacturers and helped me pick out the highest quality replacement for my 2019 RAV4. He scheduled me ASAP and made the insurance process easy. The glass technician Mike came to replace my windshield, his experience showed in his workmanship from the windsheild replacement to the recalibration of the driver assistance system. I highly recommend Prescott Valley Auto Glass! I first contacted Tyler who dealt with our insurance company, he was very clear polite and professional. Then Mike installed our windscreen in quick time and answered a question we had (we could not work out how our windscreen broke) if you are in Prescott then I recommend calling them first!

This place went above and beyond. They were very helpful and were able to get my windshield replaced a lot sooner than Safelite was. I spoke with Tyler and he was able to locate the right piece of glass for my Tundra and was able to get my replacement scheduled within a couple days. Ryan who installed my windshield was great. He kept me up informed on the timing and made sure to call me when he was within 30 minutes away so that I can run errands and not pressed for time when I was out. Together I think they all make a great team and this is a company I can trust will all my vehicles and who I will recommend to anyone needing a windshield replacement. I got a windshield chip with a ca 0.5 inch crack while driving during the snow storm on my way to Grand Canyon NP. I noticed the next morning. I drove by Prescott Valley Auto Glass, and they fixed it at once. They were friendly, quick, and charged a fair price. The crack is invisible now, and no further cracking occurred the following days. They are insurance approved and they do excellent installation. My Bronco Sport needed an additional part and they arranged it's replacement, installation with a dealership. My second time using their service.

They came to my house and replaced the windshield on my 2019 toyota camry. Mike was exceptional and treated my care with the care and respect you rarely see anymore. We used PV auto glass for a new windshield in a work truck today. From booking to installation they were very professional. Even after I messed up and made the install a total pain on them. They were extremely accommodating and very understanding. We will use them exclusively from now on.

PVAG replaced the windshield on my Silverado a little over 3 months ago. In doing so, the tech inadvertently damaged the seal on the cowling. Though I was watching the whole process, I didn't notice the damage. The tech said, "I damaged the cowling. We'll have to replace that". The tech called Eric, and after my glass was installed, I called Eric and asked about the process of getting a replacement cowling. Eric said he'd order it, and confirmed the model of my truck. I left on a 3-month RV vacation a week later, and received Eric's e-mail telling me the part was in and please contact him to make an appointment to have it installed. I told him I was out of town and would return in September. I called him when I returned to town, and he told me they still had the part, and would tomorrow work for me. Matt came out in the time window Eric stated, and made the replacement. Good service from pleasant techs, and they stand behind their work. I don't know why you'd go anywhere else.

We chose them at the suggestion of State Farm. They completed the job on my Mazda6 during the time I was available. The mobile work was done quickly and professionally. The owner will only give you the offered cash after reminding him of it and then only after leaving a review.

One of the worst customer service. I spoke to a representative and I told the representative the issue I was having while in Prescott Valley. My wife's SUVs rear window was unable to close we went to a mechanic and they gave us this number to contact. I contacted this number and the representative said that they couldn't do anything about it due to the fact that it was a weekend. There was no resolution to our issue there was no helpful information given, so now we have to run the risk of commuting from Prescott to Cottonwood with the wind with the rear window open and run the risk of something tragic happening one star review for that reason.

Just had the glass replaced on my 16 veloster awesome job kudos to your worker and Co. Highly Recommend!! Most companies leave fragments of glass in car not one piece in mine and the owner is great to deal with Thanks again.

Called one week and left a message to have my windshield replaced never got a call back, called back again a week later and no one called me back. Not good if they want business. Had to call someone else who got me in within 2 days.

Worst business ever. They never showed up for the appointment. They also never called to cancel. I called them and left a few messages and they never called back. Do yourself a favor call someone else.
