Great service! The techs were very friendly and very thorough. I had several services done here and they were very quick getting all of it done. Very convenient to chill in your car while they perform all of the services. The monitors outside the drivers door are also helpful for those that question quick lube places like me. You can see everything they do underneath. Great experience.

I live this place SO much! Not only do you get super speedy service but the price is great for the service, product and free top-off service! I can stop back in anytime during the 3 months or before the mileage shown on my sticker for their free top-off service! These guys are also really kind and not pushy about getting you to purchase more services. I've been using these guys for about a year now and it's the best place in town for speedy and friendly service! No reservations required, just drive on in!

I will be caking here for my oil changes! The attendant was super knowledgeable and very friendly! He answered all my questions and concerns! Of course he informed me of things that I may need or may need coming up but was never pressuring to try and make a larger sale. All the associates were nice and laughing while they interacted with each other, seemed like a great work environment!

Ordered Oil conventional change on Groupon. Note: you have to pay for tax when complete. *Cars over 100k should have synthetic blend. This was my mistake. Pulled into bay around back. Stayed in car while car was being serviced. Quick service.

Service was cool, prompt, and the employees are courteous and energetic. Didn't like the fact that they didn't honor my Groupon coupon, but the store in bullhead will. I had to pay approx $20 more here in Kingman.

Now known as valvaline. We pulled up and got a 5 star oil change the guys that work here are very sweet and curtiouse. They even gave us bottled water. Not to mention its very convenient that you can sit in your vehicle the whole time and watch the monitor to see them change it. They also have great coupons I saved 10 dollars.

The guys here are extremely helpful and go above and beyond the normal oil change duties. As a lady that gets pretty nervous at the prospect of people trying to sell crap to me I don't need, I really appreciate this business and I go here every time I need an oil change in town.

I understand that to most men, women are incompetent when it has to do with anything about cars. However, when i brought my car in for a check up and an oil change a few weeks ago, It pissed me off to be treated like I'm an idiot. I appreciate the oil change, but not for the prices.And then there is the subject of the gas station right next to their business. If I am getting gas and I'm not over there at your business, Do not try to talk to me. Do not yell at me. Do not yell "hey BI***, Can't you hear" Don't make me feel uncomfortable enough to have to grab the knife out of my car for a "just in case" One of you already looked like you were cracked out as it was, don't be dicks and screw with women.I will never go to this place again, and i will inform EVERYONE of the horrible service.

Went in for a oil change and fuel filter change on my 2021 dodge diesel and when I got down to Mesa Az diesel was pouring out under engine I called them and they sent me to a shop n queen creek they said they couldn t fix the problem but set me to a 3rd shop and they replaced fuel filter since shop n Prescott valley put filter on too tight and gasket got pinched I ask if they were going wash engine since diesel was all over the engine they said they can t wash the engine but it wasn t dirty when I brought it to them it s a brand new truck I will never use oil can Henry in over again or the valvoline in queen creek AzService: Oil change

They don't listen when you tell them what oil you want in. I wouldn't recommend or use again. Hopefully today was just because they were busy but the other issues and overall experience today... not worth my time.

The friendliest staff at an oil change place I've ever been. Very thorough and speedy. Would highly recommend..make sure to get a coupon..

I could not have been more pleased,with the politeness ,and patience ,it is worth a few extra Dollars, for the kind of service I received,,they quoted a price, not in my budget instead of scare tactics on me they did right explained the difference and said wait till next time you will be fine,who does that in today's world?I did not trust any oil place as they have broke off bolts caused oil leaks on my old cadi,had to get a new car ,so needless to say I was scared ,I was recommended by a friend who lives up in Prescott, so I gave them a try,I will from now on make an hour trip to have my car done they were that polite and goodTHANK YOU guys this widow appreciated your kindness,and honestyEllen Dingman
