I've always had good experiences here. However, when I got my sparkplugs changed, I later found some in that dip by my windshield wipers and I found a few more under the hood when I gave a friend a jump. I would just expect the mechanic to not leave the trash in my truck.

Great work. Have been bringing my vehicle and son's here since we moved here 6yrs ago. Always up to answering questions aside of what is being done and if can't fix, always refers to someone who does great work.

There are incredible people who work there. They are honest and won t try to swindle you into purchasing something you don t need. They are accommodating and get the job done well. I ve never had an issue with my car after they have worked on it.

I had not been here in sometime, but recently purchased an older used car for my son. Brought it in to repair a couple of things and give it a good once over to ensure safety and know what else needs to be done. Great customer service! The shop keeps you informed so you don't have to keep calling to check on the vehicle, and repaired everything needed at the time in a timely matter. Made an appointment a week out with Dustin for Brake Pads. I don t live in the area so was only here for a day with limited time. Dustin got me in first thing at 0700, and I was out by 0845! I would highly recommend Mountain View Autowerks. They are fast, fair and do excellent work. My car s AC/heating had been acting up for over a year and a half. I took it to 3 different places. Only the owner Dustin from Mountain View Autowerks figured it out. I thank all of them so much that. I will not be driving around this summer in sweat.

Honesty is at the helm of this business! Fantastic diagnostics were followed by amazing and quick repair and replacement of several parts. I ve never had a mechanic who was as patient and willing to talk me through what was wrong with my Tundra! In hope of keeping my 2007 Toyota RAV4 running for the duration, I was in need of a thorough vehicle inspection and definitely got one. I appreciate Dustin helping to prioritize the needed repairs as to what should be done immediately and what can wait awhile. Dustin and crew came through again! Our older car needed a lot of a work and we debated whether to put any more money into it. His reasonable estimate for all the work and even additional problems he expertly found still made it worthwhile to fix our car. Now it's running like new. What makes a business stand out to me is communication. I was told a general time frame my oil change would be completed. I got a text messaged earlier than expected. Awesome! I recently move to the area and this was my first visit to this shop. I brought in my F-150 with a question about a coolant smell and requested it be looked over and, if needed, perform a flush and fill. Dustin analyzed the coolant's effectiveness, the radiator, thermostat, etc. and told me there was no need to spend the money for the maintenance at this time and everything was working properly and no leaks were detected.He also did an oil change and the price was very reasonable.Dustin was very personable and delivered the truck in the timeframe promised. Dustin and his crew really helped me out. I found out I had a bad wheel bearing a couple days before a planned long distance road trip. They squeezed me in the next morning and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Dustin, the owner, is an honest business owner. His shop performed air-conditioning service on my vehicle. It took just over 1 hour, and the cost was reasonable. We've been using Dustin for all of our cars for at least 3 years. He is fair, thorough, knowledge, and honest. He's guided us when a repair wasn't worth it, taken great care with our regular maintenance, and fought for us with our extended warranty when a new used car turned out to be a lemon. Dustin was very professional and gave my van a complete inspection. He was able to diagnose the health of my van. He gave us a complete write up what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was not at all pushy to try and sell us a fix. I believe he is a upstanding merchant and I would recommend his business to the neighborhood.

Hands down the best shop in Prescott valley! very polite and honest! I got my truck from a dealership and I got a warranty. My truck started acting up I took it to the dealer and the were telling me it s gonna be a 2000 dollar job and my warranty didn t cover it. So I took it to Dustin because I was told he s a very good mechanic and honest. And sure enough he was able to tell me the problem that needed to be fixed and was able to get my truck running again. It ended up not even being the problem that the dealership told me.
