Outstanding service overall! Our salesman Steve was patient and knowledgeable of the 5th wheels we looked at. He was able to answer all our questions and get us a great deal. George, Rob and the crew in service are great at there jobs! Walked us thru our purchase several times to make sure we could operate our 5th wheel safely before we drove off. Shea in finance made the entire process quick and easy. Thank you all so very much for caring!

We love our RV and the service we received at Little Dealer of Prescott Valley. We purchased our RV sight unseen and because we did not live in the area. Kayla made sure the RV we had are eyes on, was taken off the lot and reserved, since we could not pick it up for a week. She even made a little video walk thru so we could feel very comfortable with our purchase. Shea in finance made our paperwork fast and easy and really helped us with warranty questions. Loved the red carpet treatment and the way the inspection guys went over the entire RV with us and were so friendly and answered all our questions. We are very happy with our experience.

I'm new to the world of RV towing. I bought my first Rv from Little Dealer ten months ago. Yesterday I went in to have scheduled maintenance done. Chris in the service department is so friendly and patient. He answered all my questions and took very good care of me. He never made me feel rushed or intimidated. I mentioned that I might be interested in upgrading to different Rv. Chris took the time to walk with me and bring me to see Kayla in sales. Kayla is so sweet and kind. She calmed me and made it fun. I was looking to upgrade from an Aframe pop-up to a full size box camper. Kayla could tell that I was totally terrified about towing something so big. A few minutes later she had the camper hooked to my truck so I could drive it around the parking lot. I realized it's not so scary and I'm buying the camper! The whole experience was great! Joseph in finance was very helpful too. He made it possible and got the payments comfortabe and affordable for me. Everyone at Little Dealer is so friendly. The manager, Danny, is super cool. He treats you like family. I know that sounds clich�, but it's true. He really does. He is so friendly, warm and caring. He makes sure every customer is taken care of and happy. Little Dealer Little Prices is a great place to buy an Rv!

Driving from Oklahoma to Lake Havasu. Sprinter house batteries needed charging. Stopped in and asked if I could buy some charge time. Without hesitation the guy at the service counter showed me a 30amp outlet. Wouldn t take any money. Super nice folks. Stop in and look around cool showroom.

The whole team has been amazing. K.C. our salesman was super knowledgeable, told us the facts and tried to get us the best deal possible. Paul in parts and service is so conscientious of his customers. He went above and beyond with making sure we didn't have to drive to get our new tires on our camper, that we had all the right equipment to tow our camper and our times were efficiently spent. Sean in the finance department was amazingly personable and made our signing quick, easy and painless. Seth in the service department was so patient and thorough with our walk through and took so much time answering our questions and fixing little things that were missed. We appreciate all of you guys and look forward to working with you in the future. Now we're off to enjoy our down time.

Great Rv dealer! We have been to many Rv dealers over the years and have had the best experience here. Kayla listened to what we were looking for and put us into the perfect unit! They re not pushy and worked out a deal within our budget. The parts department was also very helpful and helped us find everything we needed. 10 stars!

Went in to look for a trailer was immediately turned around as they seemed to not want to help me at all. I then went to phx and bought one and had to take it in to prescott valleys service department to get a couple little things fixed before I left on a trip. They didn't want to help me. Some of the employees gave me a hard time about buying it in phx. Then they damaged my trailer and tried to blame it on me. I inspected my trailer when I dropped it off so I know the damage wasn't there when I dropped it off. All in all just don't go there at all. Nothing but a nightmare if I can give 0 stars I would.

Shea Albrecht in finance and Kayla in sales were phenomenal! Very personalized service, patient and helpful. We purchased a beautiful Embrace travel trailer. I highly recommend Little Dealer Little Prices in Prescott Valley. We will be back for all our RV needs!

I have been searching for an RV for a long time for my son and I. I had a budget and when I found this unit and got in contact with Robert he was so nice, quick and efficient in getting me all specific information, pictures and pricing to me asap as I would be coming from CA. We came to perfect deal and for me to drive out from CA I couldn't have been happier how this turned out. From the second my son and I walked through the front door we were very welcomed by Robert along with a very unique and beautiful environment and showroom.From start to finish nothing but humble kindness from all. Completely felt like not just a transaction but made sure we were SO well taken care of by the owner and I couldn't have been more thankful. We did a thorough walk thru with Kris whom was so patient with my questions.Now Mike, who also first welcomed me with Robert, was who delivered my unit. The time, kindness and care of my unit was most definitely above and beyond. He took the time making sure I was set up once we got there. Horrible customer service! All units were locked and the few salesmen that passed us never offered help. I guess what many locals say about poor customer service is true. We were even ready to buy! Sad! Our experience at Blue Compass RV was much better!

My experience here at Little Dealer Little Prices as a customer is outstanding. They employ great people and are very knowledgeable of what they sell. No pressure sales team. Parts is very friendly and the prices are affordable. The owner Danny is a great person that treats everybody with respect and makes every feel welcomed, whether you choose to buy then or later. Our family has purchased 3 rv"s from him in the past year and we keep going back. They have 3 dealerships to choose from here in the state.

I purchased my Thor Motor Coach at the Prescott lot in 2022. Whereas I received fantastic service and a great price, the same can't be said of their service dept. I brought my rig in for the first time for a leaking water heater. When I questioned the motivation of the Service Manager he replied, "Take your rig and leave. we don't want your business." He yelled at me in front of other customers and employees. I had been very respectful in our communication. I simply wanted another opinion. He also lied to me. He originally said that in order to expedite a repair, I would need to put a deposit down for the materials. So, I was surprised and dismayed when he said that he had already ordered the parts without my deposit. I told Chris that I felt like he was trying to "strong arm" me into a new water heater and that's when he 'lost it.' One should never treat a customer like that, especially in this competitive market. I am an active member of the community, teach at NAU, and volunteer for the National Park Service. I can assure you that I will not let this go easily. Think twice before bringing your rig here for repairs.

I can t remember the name of the guy that helped walk our new trailer, but he was great and knowledgeable!

Little Dealer Little Prices ReviewWe have been RVing for 30 years in everything from Cab over campers to big diesel pushers. We recently were nearing the end of four years of full-timing in a 42' Entegra Aspire tag axle diesel pusher. Our plan was to work our way back to Florida from the west coast, sell the big rig, and purchase something small to take our one and only 5 yr old grandson camping now and then And some fishing trips for grandpa. We were stopping in RV dealerships as we headed east across the country trying to figure out what to purchase next, and found ourselves at Little Dealer Little Prices in Prescott Valley Arizona.We fell in love with a cab over camper setup. It was on a Dodge heavy duty dually with the Cummins diesel. We were blown away by the quality, design and the enormously roomy Layout, wow have cab over campers come along ways from 30 years ago. We wanted it but how in the heck were we going to get all our stuff out of that 42 foot rig and back to Florida? Our salesman K. C. Ellis said let me work on that, made a ton of phone calls and had a great plan put together that same afternoon. He made the deal possible because just the thought Of getting that stuff back to Florida was almost overwhelming.We made a deal that was mutually beneficial for all and started the process of moving out of the big rig into the cab over camper. It took three days and The dealership was kind enough to allow us to park under one of their covered spaces while we packed everything up and loaded it to go to Florida. Every single person that we dealt with at Little dealer Little prices was extremely helpful, kind, and easy-going.We worked out the purchase agreement with Dennis. We were both being tough but fair and Dennis managed to make that experience low stress and pleasant.Later it was off to see Sean in finance to deal with all the paperwork. He was 100% prepared when we got there for our appointment, had all the paperwork signature lines color-coded with blue and pink for his and her signatures, and everything went quickly and efficiently. We even managed to have a few interesting conversations about things other than RVs, great guy.The owner stopped by frequently to see how our transition process was coming along, offered to let us borrow pick up trucks provided a trailer for debris and even offered to have his guys help us move boxes if we needed.I have to be honest here for a moment, and I am speaking from much experience. 90% of the RV dealerships in this country are sadly underwhelming. We used to drive 500 miles every year just to get our rig serviced.Of the other 10% , Little Dealer Little Prices is absolutely at the top of that class. Very disappointing. Once they get all the docs signed for the sale, their service plummets. Purchased a brand new camper. 30 days later it had to go back for a major repair. They had it for over 30 days. Basically paying on a camper I can't use during peak vacation time when kids are out of school. After speaking with the GM, who promised he would contact the manufacturers rep and copy me ...well, I am still waiting on that email after several week. .Sent additional emails to follow up, No response. I will now call their corporate office and the manufacturer myself. This dealership does not keep their word.

Great atmosphere for RV buying. But all I needed was some RV roof paint. The parts an service parts department was busy but no lines. I wandered up and down the isles for about 10 minutes trying to find the product I was looking for. I found it and took it to the counter and stood for another 10 minutes. Finally someone realized my presence. The gentleman that took my money was very pleasant.They have a wide variety of products for RV repair at premium prices. Shop around first. $$$

We had a great experience buying from Little Dealer Little Prices (LDLP) in Prescott Valley. Jet was an excellent salesperson. There was no pressure and she was very helpful in helping us decide what we wanted to purchase. Don moved us through sales easily and Mr. T made all the financing painless. He was also pressure free when it came time to look at warranty coverages. When it was determined that we could not do our preferred towing option due to issues regarding Toyotas, LDLP quickly came up with an option that worked just as well and was probably better for us in the long term. Thank you to everyone else on the team, including George, Teresa, Lance, Dan, Seth and Danny, for making buying an RV an enjoyable experience!

I'll never use these folks again. Called and asked if they could fix a list of three items. Yes was the answer. I have a third party warranty and they agreed to work with them. They fixed one item, claimed to have fixed the 2nd, but it was not fixed. Charged me for it though. Third item they said they can't fix as they don't have a lift. What? Why didn't they declare this up front? Now I have to take it somewhere else for this one item and pay a second deductible of $200. It's a per visit deductible. Service writer never returned my calls; I had to drive over there to get a response. I spoke with Danny the GM following all this, who promised to make things right. called back once to say he needs more time and then radio silence. Danny is now not returning phone calls. Seems to be a pattern with this company. Very disappointed. How can they stay in business in a small town like this, when they conduct business that way? Unsure. I'm guessing my friends won't want to go here either.

My grandma and I went one day to take a look at a few units they had for sale, that my fianc� and I were interested in. We had no plans on buying a unit that day. But, to our surprise. We found a killer deal on a 2014, 33ft long trailer for $22,000.My grandma ended up co-signing for my wife and I. And our sales rep, Kayla went above the line of duty and took excellent care of us! She made sure everything was taken care for us. And that we had everything that we needed.Kayla is an amazing saleswoman! And we highly recommend for you to ask for her when you get there. It is my pleasure sharing our experience with this dealership on SM when we purchased our Vintage Cruiser earlier this summer. My husband and I had been searching for a small trailer that we could tow behind our Honda Passport and even though we had looked at other trailers as well as other dealers, we fell in love with not only the Vintage Cruiser style but also with the exemplary customer service that we received at the Prescott Valley LDLP location. Went to use dump station on recommendation from a friend. Said they close at 5, was turned away at 4:40. Since almost every dump station I use is unmanned and automated payment, this one must be a reason for their sales people to bug you. I guess sales guys wanted to leave. I'd say skip it and move along to a place that isn't like that.
