Kirby just fixed my 2006 mustang. They did as I asked plus found some other problems in the rear end. My 2006 still had all the original parts in the rear and some parts were wore out. They repaired the parts that needed to be replace. I paid with my debit card over the phone and they delivered my car back to me since I am sick so I could have it for the weekend. I have been looking for a mechanic shop to bring my cars to for a while and I think I found it. Kirby automotive is super professional and gets the job done every time. Sometimes it is more expensive than other places but they do a good job. My favorite part of it all is when I ask about the repairs on the vehicle, they are more than happy to educate me on the steps they took to do the job. Thank you all!

Kirby Automotive was great with fixing the problem with our vehicle. Even though there were some hiccups with getting the part because of it no longer being manufactured, they were in constant contact with us throughout the entire process, and finished the job the same day that they received the part. After recently having negative experiences with another local mechanic, Kirby's ongoing communication was more appreciated than they know!

I walk in randomly looking to get my windows repaired. They got it fix fast. The customer service was very professional. The office was nice and clean. The office didn't smell like oil. The price was reasonable.

Kirby was recommemded to me by a co-worker who is a happy customer because of the honesty and reasonable price he experienced there. Everyone I spoke with was responsive, kind and professional. My car needed several different kinds of servicing and it took only one day. I will go back and will recommend others.

Our truck broke down on a trip to AZ. Kirby Automotive was recommended by a long time friend of ours. I have been trusting Kirby with my trucks for a couple of years now. They are honest and upfront with everything that they do. I purchased a 2004 Dodge round about June 2021 and the engine blew hauling a horse trailer not three months later. The people over at Kirby put in a brand new engine with a 100k mile warranty, keeping me updated every step of the way. Like they always do, they reached out every time there was a concern encountered that was not included in the original estimate to discuss it with me before they repaired it. There is never any pressure or condescending discussion-- they know what they are doing, they will offer their expertise but they never pressure you into anything.I am a single lady running a non-profit horse sanctuary and working a full time job on top of it so I need to be able to rely on my mechanic to keep my trucks rolling. I have not had any issues with Kirby and have only ever taken my truck somewhere else when they were so overwhelmingly busy that I had no choice. I came right back though as soon as the next issue came up.Sean and Jacob are fabulous. They were the two amazing men who helped me through the recent engine failure project. They kept me up to date and the replacement engine runs great.I highly recommend this mechanic and I appreciate the work that they do very much.Services: Engine repair, Wheel alignment

If I could give these guys ten stars, I would! I went to them on a strongly positive referral from another well-reviewed shop, and am so glad I did. I'm a fulltime nomad who lives in a travel trailer. My truck that pulls this trailer was having major overheating issues. I did what I could to address these by replacing the thermostat and coolant. However, when my temp gauge continued to behave erratically, I knew it was time to bring in the pros. And pros they are!Not only was Sean responsive as heck when I first called, but when I arrived, Jason actually LISTENED carefully to my explanation of what had been happening. Then he asked me great questions to set the stage for a relevant diagnostic testing session, and explained to me what the possible culprits might be. I felt respected and cared about -- no "mansplaining," which I cannot tell you how much I despise, and how often I have had to endure it elsewhere. So gals, don't be afraid to come here and be made to feel stupid. These guys really do it right.When I learned what it would take to fix, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost quoted. They told me what they thought it would take timewise, and I explained to them that I need to be in Yuma in a few days to catch a flight. He told me he'd do his best to get the parts ordered right away and said it should be ready in two days. What actually happened was that they ordered parts early enough that they were able to get it finished in a single day! I was ecstatic, and when I got there, they showed me what had been done (no surprises), the results of their tests and the test drive post-repair.Of course they didn't have the chance to hitch up my trailer or tow it up hills, but the way the temperature gauge behaved and the fact that the truck sounded way quieter when I started the engine makes me feel optimistic that all is well. And if not, I feel confident that I can bring it back and they will do what must be done to make it right.I've put Kirby Automotive in my permanent contacts list, because I come back to this area frequently and now have a reliable shop I feel I can trust with any future work. Thanks, guys!

We have gone here a few times for each of our vehicles and every time, they are super friendly and accommodating to make our appointments and get us checked in. They always get our vehicles done in the time frame they tell us and are very honest about what our cars do or do not need. I live in the Phoenix area, My truck broke down while visiting my Mother in law in Prescott. Not knowing any garages in the area I took a chance with Kirby Automotive. Love this shop. I have a 1986 Dodge D50 that had been at a couple other shops trying to get it running properly with no luck. Our business has been referring Kirby Automotive for years. I have been in the repair business for 50 years. I had the opportunity to be a customer yesterday and I was blown away! Amazing facility, Impeccably clean, Technology wise, Friendly, Knowledgeable staff from appointment to checkout. Kudos to you all. You gotta try these folks! Fast service for my check engine light. I worked with Jacob who was customer focused and kept me informed on what was wrong with my vehicle. Customer service isn't found often and great customer service is unheard of. I had incredible customer service and would recommend Kirby Automotive to everyone.

I was very pleased with the Professional way I was treated. The mechanic checked my brake system and even though I have 130,000 miles on my original brakes, he told me my brake pads were fine and didnt try to sell me something that wasn't needed. They topped off my brake fluid and said no charge, I was very surprised by the honesty and Professional way I was treated. On my way back home my engine malfunctioned and I pulled off and limped into Kirby Auto. Sean heard my situation as I am not a local. He moved me to the front and put his ace mechanic Bill on it. I was back on the road within two hours. I am deeply grateful to these two for HELPING me. They were short staffed and went the extra mile. Sean is awesome. Whatever is the highest review possible, I raise it one!!!

We have been taking our trucks to get them service and for repairs for 7 years +. The mechanics are efficient and the placed is always full. We highly recommend to make an appointment. Our favor mechanic is Jacob. He is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We highly recommend Kirby's Automotive.

Sean helped me get my Acadia back on the road. He was extremely helpful and communicated the problem clearly. Although it was expensive to fix, the price point for Kirby fell in line with other auto mechanics that weren't as curious and knowledgeable as Sean. We recently lost our mechanic when he retired and closed his shop. We took our vehicles to other shops, and were not happy with the outcome, and felt ripped off. This was not the case with Kirby Automotive. It's safe to say we have found our new mechanic. We know we can trust the mechanics at Kirby, and will not be going anywhere else to have our vehicles fixed. Thank you Sean, and everyone at Kirby Automotive!!
