I had a great experience getting my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube on highway 69 in Prescott Valley near the Safeway.I finished grocery shopping and was about to drive home when the "change oil soon" message came up in my car's display. It was 5:50pm, and I thought OK, I'll work that in tomorrow, but I passed by the Jiffy Lube and saw they were still open.I pulled up and asked when they closed... 6pm. Then they offered to change my oil, even though there was 10 minutes to closing time.I elected to stay in the car instead of waiting in their waiting room, which proved worthwhile since I was witness to everything they did. Quite the production.They cleaned all the windows, which needed it as there are a lot of insects determined to play chicken with my windshield and lose spectacularly. They checked the operation of all the lights on the car, all fluid levels, tire pressure and tread, and the wipers.This all happened in about 15 minutes, I was driving out of there by 7 past the hour, paid for and happy to have that minor chore out of the way.I literally just happened on this place driving out of the parking lot, but I'll be coming back here on purpose from now on. Very professional, friendly, courteous and fast. Impressive staff, highly recommended.

My God. It's supposed to be a 15-minute process. The guy in front of me took an hour. It was an oil change. Sure they have to vacuum and rotate tires. But an hour? Really?Then I'm told I need to pay another $12 on top of my prepaid oil change. What a jack job.

I appreciated the overall experience. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. There were some other issues with my car that needed attention, and I appreciated the discovery of those. and then to top it all off I got into a nice clean car!

Once I was able to get someone to wait on me, then I received good service. I was initially ignored twice when someone came into the waiting area at two separate times to check someone out. I admit these two customers should be checked out ahead of me but I was taught that customer service skills includes a simple acknowledgement of a person waiting for service. For example, I ll be with you shortly or how about Have you been helped? Finally, I went outside, saw Raymond, and so I asked him How do I go about getting an oil change? , and then the service I got was quite good. Thank you Raymond! When my car was almost done, Samuel checked me out, went over recommendations that they had for my car and printed off a copy of the recommendations so that I can get those things done at a later time. Thank you Samuel! Yes, I will be back again to get my car serviced. And I will also recommend Jiffy Lube in Prescott Valley.

They were able to get the work on my car done quickly and efficiently. The staff was knowledgeable and treated me and the other customers with respect. We will definitely bring our car here again for future oil changes and other work.

Good service, knowledgeable and quick service.The gentleman that helped me at the register, was very professional and informed me of all the services my vehicle was do for based on its mileage, he explained the benefits of each service but was not pushy.I will definitely come back and recommend the Prescott Valley Jiffy Lube to all my family and friends.

Although the cars were stacked up and my oil change wasn t quick, the folks who handled my RAM 2018 synthetic oil change were communicative, willing to help me take advantage of discounts and knowledgeable about the oil and lube business. Highly recommend this station!

I arrived at Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Employee Christopher greeted me at my car very courteous and polite. Manager was yelling and correcting employee in front of customers. I thought that was inappropriate behavior and should have been done in the office away from customers. Waiting room was clean, complementary soda and popcorn was nice. Service was upgraded with filters for cabin and under hood. Cost started out being $109.00 is now is $197.00

Im an Uber driver and I came here because it was covered under my discount. BUT I m so glad I came to THIS location!All 3 employees were absolutely amazing! I wish I remembered all their names I know one of the men was Christopher and then there was a female employee as well.They were kind, attentive, quick, efficient, and went above & beyond!They went over all the services and prices for me beforehand. They also explained each service/product and what they did and how it was effecting my vehicle. They didn t pressure me into services I didn t want or couldn t afford. After everything was done they printed out an itemized receipt for me and THEN wrote down the prices for the other recommended services/products I ll need done in the near future. I ve been to A LOT of JiffyLubes the last 20+ years and I ve never had such exceptional service!Thank you all so much!!

The service was my first experience and I was pleasantly surprised. They offer a wide range of services and I liked that they check for more than just the oil. My air filter was shown to me before replacement so i knew the reason for the recommend service. 2nd time to this location. 1st trip the air pressure in 2 of my tires were low when I left ( via dash warning light). They were good when I got there.2nd trip the gentleman at the desk informed me I showed up with no oil showing on the dip stick. No visible leaks and doesn't burn oil. Truck is newer and only 70k on it. I'm now concerned they didn't put enough in the 1st visit. Both times when I left the store, the windshield was streaked and worse than when I came in. Dirty towel?Disappointed and concerned about my engine now.

I have a 2114 corvette and always use Jiffy Lube and service has been fineSame car same jiffy lube but they put the wrong oil in and had drain and refill with correct oil. An additional hour and not a word about a discount for an hour wasted. Mistakes happen but at least offer some discount for the extra hour wasted

Great service. Very nice staff. Only gripe. Please folks, I appreciate that you check all my running, tail and head lights, but for the love of god don t turn off my auto turn on head lights. Traveling down the freeway at 80 mph and realizing they are not on and almost getting in an accident because I have only turned them on once when I bought the car and couldn t remember where or how to turn them on for a few seconds was not greatServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Went there twice for oil change. Thought they did everything right. Both invoices show added windshield washer fluid and it was bone dry. What else have they said they have done and not even looked ?I had a turn signal out apparently they don't check the lights either ?

Something very shifty and shady at this business. My other half took his car in for a simple oil change/fluid top off this morning. Only to walk out with more issues than started, an attempt to charge us for things other than the requestes services. Mechanics very obviously messed with things they had zero business touching with the job requested. Things that would have caused thousands in damages due to the type of car/transmission, if we hadn't noticed before driving away. Pay attention people, do some research, KNOW your vehicle, and don't let these skeeves pull it over on you. I've personally been taking my car to Valvolene for the last couple years, and now my other half finally understands why. Oh, and don't even get me started on the unprofessionalism of the management, who couldn't even be bothered to come out of his office to handle his customer, and would only communicate back and forth via a staff member. They lost several customers today. Very, very sketchy at Jiffy Lube in Prescott Valley.

I have been to the Jiffy Lube here in Prescott Valley twice and each visit was an excellent experience. They tell me enough to inform me, never too pushy with selling of services.
