Merle was a pleasure to do business with and he provided a fair price for my canopy preventing the need to drive to the valley. They also backup their workmanship. Jerry is a super knowledgeable technician who does fantastic work. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience getting this Snugtop. It really transformed the truck. I liked the no pressure sales, but I still upsold myself: reinforced roof (up to 800 lbs), lock connected to keyfob (this is the one feature I am so very very very glad I did, I thought it would be convenient, it is more than convenient. 12" Clothes hanger on driver side: should have gotten 3 instead of 1. Driven Auto can do any of the 3 major brands (maybe more) - I liked they were willing to discuss pros/cons and helped me decide on Snugtop.Driven Auto did a great job - the install was perfect, the customer service was great, highly recommend.

I spent $2400 here last year, having a snug top bed cap installed (no electrical involved). I'd say keep your expectations low. I don't feel that getting what you pay for (proper installation) is enough to earn praise, or my loyalty ... that's just a business successfully avoiding getting sued by their customers.sorry but customers can tell whether you enjoy providing services to them or not, so ill keep searching for people I like handing my money to instead (Phx just isn't that far away).

Great experience. Everyone there that was involved from ordering my wife's shell to the installation were great! Lots of accessories for any vehicle. If they don't have, they can get it!I WILL be back!

In the past year we have purchased accessories for 2 new vehicles.The list includeds a shell,running boards,weathertech floor mats,seat covers and a rooftop basket.Merle is a quiet man but he wants to please his customers and will do everything he can to make that happen.He will also advise you for or against a product to best suit your needs.The install crew does a great job installing the accessories,we have had no problems at all.Driven has many products in store and they can also order many others.We are fortunate that we have this small business in our locale.

I had been really happy to support our local Northern AZ ARE dealer instead of Toms Camperland, but these guys did a ARE rear window install for me and managed to drill through all the rear light and topper wiring, forcing the brake lights permanently on, malfunctioning the rear power strip and ended up leaving me stranded for a few hours since my truck wouldnt shift out of park with the lights not working- thank goodness I had phone service instead of being up in the mountains. The owner/manager did not take ANY responsibility, at time of install when I showed them, or after when I called to tell them what happened. The cheaper prices here are not worth the extremely unprofessional and dangerous work they are doing or the horrible and disrespectful customer service they are practicing.

Called for a quote on after market cold air intake for our truck. Called them after 4 days and was told Jerry was going to call me that day. Never heard squat from them! Guess they are too busy! Oh well

Meryl who was very kind and accommodating on the phone fit me in on a cancellation appt the same day.I am a traveling Nomad whose airlift System went awry on my van in AZ..had me in and out in 30 minutes fixed and ready for the road..the price was way beyond fair! While waiting, I was speaking to another customer who happened to tell me and I quote.."this is a good place..they are honest and fair people"..he was speaking the truth. I would highly recommend them! Many thanks to Meryl and Jerry!

I bought custom fitted car seat covers a year ago from Driven Auto Accessories. Supposedly Veteran friendly but their attitude and behavior says otherwise. I was given an estimate for the seat covers and installation. The man said 1 to 1 1/2 hours for installation. I agreed. I arrive at my appointment. The installation was three and half hours long! I could understand if this was some amateur but come on! I have a Honda Accord for crying out loud! The total bill came out to $1200. I told him we agreed 1 to 1 1 1/2 hour installation. He told me it took longer than expected and he had to use two guys so since he had to use two guys he charged me for 3 hours!! I almost laughed in the man's face. I never heard this type of thing before. This guy had given me his word. As a man to a man I expect someone to keep his word. If you have to use two guys because you have a new guy who just started you do not charge the customer. I almost called law enforcement but had to go out of town that evening or I would have filed charges. As of today the seat covers that were guaranteed are coming undone and leaving a speckled powdered like residue all over the base of seats.

I love my Leer camper shell so much. Driven was able to customize my order so that I had the side swing-up windows. All customer service was super friendly and communicative. I highly recommend Driven Auto Accessories for all of your future camper shell and truck topper needs!

I bought 2 bed covers and a bed liner for my trucks. Pricing was really good. Very competitive. Installation was first class. Everything was done on time. Everything was ordered and arived just as they said it would. Thank you for being a good business. P.s. im going to need some running boards for the 18 silverado. Guess where im going for them

Dont go there. They insist on installing what you purchased from them but when the wind took off the plastic covering for my tailgate they refused to replace it. Telling me someone must ve ripped it off that it was A custom job that was glued on. Lies I am a welder all my work is custom and if something breaks I would never dream of asking a customer for more money to replace something that was my fault.

They do good work and sell good product but their costumer service is horrible. The person managing the store is a snob who acts bored when you have a question or need something. I dislike dealing with them.

Great place for anyone who loves to aftermarket accessorize. Geared toward the truck market but car stuff to.
