I ordered a part Saturday morning at around 11AM. I was told it wouldn't be in till Sunday at 3PM. I got a call at 330PM that day and BAM! my part was there, it was the right one, PERFECT! GET YOUR PARTS HERE! Excellent and knowledgeable staff.I am adding to my review. I ordered shocks at night and they were there in the morning as promised. I've included photos this time. A pretty cool and helpful crew here. This guy Tyler (Pictured) does not apparently leave.... they must have a bunk in back or something. J/K of course. Always excellent service here!

this is the second time I have been to this location for a new battery and both times the service has been awesome!!!! They are so helpful and efficient!! Rob/Robert was fabulous- will go here all the time for my car needs!!!!!

My car battery died on me this morning. I went up to Prescott Valley, after getting a jump, and contemplated the many places I could go. The coupon, the place I went last year, the dealership? Oh no. Intuition led me to Autozone, because I know they install, for free. They came out and tested my battery, which was indeed bad. I was helped by a young man named Javier. I told him about a jump kit that the guy, who jumped my car used, and said I wanted one as well, because my car battery only lasts a year.He looked puzzled, and I explained my problem to him. He contemplated many things and talked it over with someone else in the shop. It may be something more than a battery issue, but something that also may drain the battery because of the car's history. He showed me the jump start kit that they shop uses and recommended it. I bought the battery and he installed it. By the time he was done, the answer had come to him of what the issue may be with the starter, saying it may be the filter on the fuel pump. I asked him if it came separately from the pump, but not for my car.He gave me the number of a mobile mechanic, who doesn't charge and arm and a leg. And he gave me a tip on how to start my car, so it's not draining the battery when it's cranking, because he's had similar issues with his own vehicle. He also told me if my battery dies in a year or two, they will replace it, per the warranty. They have all of my information saved, so I won't have to show proof. He showed me how to keep my battery clean and was friendly and helpful. I definitely appreciate saving money and time, on a Saturday morning. I will be back for my cars needs, because of the excellent service. Thank you Javier and Autozone!

Wow, some of the saddest customer service I ve ever experienced. Dude didn t want to get me anything I asked for. I asked where some stuff was he pointed over there . After buying a bunch of parts he handed me the receipt and said bye. I asked for a bag he grabbed it, handed to me, stepped back and watched me bag it. I am a pretty chill person and the place was dead. The guys were just standing around. I will definitely be going to their competitor next door for a while.

The employees are very unhelpful and rude! The mangers are horrible at their job. This new staff in the past year has really ruined our town's autozone, which means I will be shopping elsewhere. I bought a part for what they said was wrong and would fix it and it so happens they were entirely wrong they gave me the wrong part altogether and then made me feel like I was doing something wrong by trying to get my money back. So now I have wasted plenty of time because of this company and now to top it off I'm out that money, so thank you autozone for the horrible experience i hope this company loses more customers!

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this store has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. They also do not know what there inventory is or what you want even though you explain it to them and have the old part in your hand. the guy I had help me was really lazy and did not seem to care. I will never go to auto zone again. From now on orileys auto parts will get my business.

Tucker was a lifesaver today . Went above and beyond . This young man was so helpful and literally got us back on the road . Searched the whole system for each piece we needed since the kit was out of stock . Autozone ya got a good employee 5 star I'd give 10 if you had them .

Bought pads there and ended up having them replaced at a shop so went to the pv store and in my warranty listed pads two different pad numbers (front and rear) he said they weren't correct. Not my fault if they rang up wrong number.

Super friendly and patient. Had a flat and needed the tool to drop my spare. They helped me look and allowed me to try out everyone until i found the matching tools to change my tire. Phenomenal customer service.

I ve had to make several trips over the past few months for various car issues and Nick J. was so helpful every time in finding what I needed! I also appreciated the quick solutions to my questions and information that I could use to get my cars back in top shape. I ll keep visiting this store and recommend it for the friendly service. And thank you to Tom as well for changing my windshield wipers faster than it takes me to open the package!

Super helpful guys on a weeknight. I needed to replace my window regulator under warranty. They even let me borrow a proper socket & ratchet to reach one of the window clamp bolts.

Easy peasy to drop off used oilUpdate:The employees here have had to help me exchange both a wrong wheel seal and a radiator, in which both cases I ordered the wrong part online. Very simple to exchange and the help and their patience is awesome!

The crew went above and beyond to help me while on the job. I pulled up in my garbage truck, I couldn't get my turnbuckle loose so I could dump. I asked one of the guys if he could help me get a bolt lose so I could fix the problem.(I don't remember his name). He helped me identify what tools I needed and came back with the right tools. I got the bolt off and back on, and was back on the road in no time. Above and beyond. Thanks a Million.

My husband and I stopped here to look at steering wheel covers and we're quickly directed to where they were located. They had a very nice selection and an easy-to-see display. We were able to pull different ones out and choose the one that best fitted our needs and interior car color. The prices were very reasonable. The store was clean and staff was courteous and helpful.

Josh at AutoZone in Prescott valley was so helpful. I had to replace both batteries in my truck, which is a lifted truck. This is not a simple task, not for me anyway. Josh made it look effortless. Josh replaced both of them!

Amazing customer service from Brandon today. I had a check engine light come on. Stopped in to have them run a code. Brandon went above and beyond by not only explaining the code and some possible fixes, but showed me some self help options and helping me purchase a gas cap. AutoZone will be my first stop for any of my vehicle needs in the future. Incredibly patient and very thorough. Thanks again Brandon!
