We purchased a home in the area in 2023. We chose Audio Adrenaline to do a whole home upgrade that we needed specifically for lighting, and home automation. We primarily worked with Aaron and Chris. There are not enough nice words to say how happy we are with everything they did. All our lighting was upgraded. They even automated/put in motion sensing in our closest for not only better lighting, but also convenience. They did this in our master closet, laundry room and front closest - so we never have to reach for a switch with our hands full. Our home automation included automated lighting, thermostat control, media operation and a home security system. Our back patio had practically no lighting. Aaron assessed the situation, carefully listened to our wants and needs (including lighting over the grill). He came up with the very creative solution of bistro lighting. This not only satisfied the need for lighting, including the grill, but it is also beautiful and we get positive comments on it. In fact, since the installation, several of our neighbors put in their own bistro lighting. Aaron also offered the idea of an electronic shade installed outside of our 4 panel slider to the back deck. It is fantastic!! You can see out and for security, you cannot see in. We couldn't be happier that he brought up the idea and the result we achieved. Everything is working fantastic. They are both super friendly to work with, really listen to what you need - for both function and convenience - and find creative solutions to accomplish the goals. The system is very easy to use and their training on the system was so good - we rarely have a question. We have since called them back to connect a new home humidifier system to the automation system. Again, always friendly and helpful - especially since the HVAC company had never worked with the thermostat that Aaron and Chris put in.Separate from our home, I also visit the local store and had a cellphone extender installed on my vehicle. Everyone there was also incredibly friendly and efficient.In all cases, it how is incredible to watch how efficient they are, how respectful of our home they are and also the attention to detail - one specific example is anticipating wind and weatherin designing how best to install and secure the bistro lighting so it will survive harsh weather conditions.We cannot recommend Audio Adrenaline enough. They will not only solve and satisfy anything you are thinking of , but will also offer opportunities for things you haven't thought of.Give them a call. You will be thrilled.

I brought in an off-brand Tesla style screen to install in my ratty old Jeep Grand Cherokee. Despite being a bit skeptical of the equipment I brought them and what I wanted it installed in (rightfully so), they not only tackled the task with great attitudes, they got it working for a very reasonable price and it looks great. I will definitely be back as I have 2 more vehicles that need installs, the last one being the car I actually really care about :) These guys are great, I highly recommend this place.

Great experience from estimate to completion. Got outfitted with a nice Kenwood system for an older Transit Connect - bluetooth, Apple Carplay, AM/FM, rear camera. Have had it for about a month now. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade.

I hate giving bad reviews, especially because the staff here were very nice. But, I have a very reliable car, never had any problems with it until I brought it here. The radio I had installed repeatedly drained my brand new battery, so I brought it back in to get checked out. They fixed it but told me they found nothing wrong, and tried persuading me into believing it was because of something I had been doing, like leaving the headlights on. That is absolutely not possible. I never had one issue with the battery, I got the radio and it killed my battery every night without fail until I brought it back in, and I haven't had an issue since. It doesn't take a genius to put those pieces together.

Cade and Mike did an amazing job installing cameras, Nest smoke/CO detectors and outdoor speakers. Very professional, clean and willing to make the customer 110% happy. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting great home technology and service.

Great people and atmosphere. They did a phenomenal job putting an amp and sub in my Yukon. We are extremely pleased with the job, and the staff were very informative and answered all my questions. You definitely get what you are paying for and I would 100% recommend to anyone ! Thank you guys!

Fantastic work for a reasonable price. I went in to have a stereo system from my last car installed in my new vehicle. The head unit area of the new car had been damaged by the previous owner, needing a custom install to fit my stereo securely. These guys did an amazing job, making it look very nice, and securing the unit perfectly. They also were able to install my amp and subwoofers in a way that makes them a nearly seamless part of the vehicle. Amazing sound, and truly professional installation.I went back the next day to have my exhaust replaced. The work is so well done it's better than the factory exhaust, and their mechanic was a true joy to talk to. Honest, reliable, skilled, and quick. I'll be going back again for any other work I need done. They've made me a definite repeat customer. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Devon, Joe and the entire crew are great! We had back-up camera, touchscreen radio/GPS/mic & side mirror cameras added to my wife's vehicle and everything is very professionally done. (even the dealership is impressed). I would recommend anyone to trust this crew to do things right!

I went into Audio Adrenaline, and was given a quote of $1,400.00 dollars and was told that I'd get a call back. I have a Kenwood Stereo, but was supposed to get better speakers for the doors and back box speaker for my F-250. Not only did I give him my name, address and phone number and an estimate when I could expect it to be completed, it's been over five months and still not one phone call, nor a care in the world about working on it. I will never return to an establishment whom cannot finish what they say will be done. In the Phoenix area, people aren't small town and unfortunately if you want something done, either do it yourself or take it to a real professional!

My auto mechanic recommended Audio Adrenaline to replace the dead radio/CD player in my 23-year old SUV. Devin did a great job installing the unit and then remedying the mistakes I made using the unit incorrectly. He was always patient and professional, and would not accept payment for the extra work he did to remove CDs I got stuck in the wrong place. Thanks Devin!!!

This company ROCKS!!! The staff are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We had them install audio, video and internet equipment for us and all work flawlessly. When they install your equipment, they are respectful of you and your home. We recently moved and called them back to reinstall all our equipment and once again they did a great job. When you want the best call them and you will be glad you did!

I needed to have a my radio and speakers changed out and a voice activation added to a new vehicle I purchased. It is a 2019 Dodge Caravan that was converted to transport my wheelchair. It was supposed to come with hands free calling but we found out after the purchase that it did not. Obviously this feature was an important aspect when purchasing this vehicle and I was in dire straits at that point and didn't know what to do. The dodge dealership was not willing to fix this issue so I went to Audio Adrenaline in Prescott Valley and spoke to Devin about my options and the cost. Devin was extremely helpful and the price I was quoted was very reasonable for the product and installation that would be required. They worked within my schedule and the job was completed on time and turned out beautifully. Devin spent a lot of time with me afterward going over my new system and its features even so far as to program and set up phone options. Thank you so much everyone at Audio Adrenaline (and a very special thank you to Devin) for the excellent service, customer care and support, and your professionalism!

What a 1st class operation. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to having high end products they sell and install I was really impressed. They quoted me a guestimate figure and amount of time to do the work and they came through on both things. They were much less expensive than the dealer and I think did an outstanding job on my installation. I will make them the place to go for any other work I need.

OK, Below is our initial review of Aaron and Audio Adrenaline from a few months back. Here is our new review entered on 4/9/19. STELLAR! Our old system had some CAT-5 issues with no chance to upgrade to new CAT-6 (it was a lack of foresight by our builder). Aaron was incredibly creative in thinking of ways to make our system sync while still maintaining the integrity of our initial install. Trust us, this guy thinks outside the box to find solutions to challenging issues and truly cares that things are done right. He succeeded! Having dealt with prior A/V firms I know for certain they would not have had the solution. Aaron did! Kudos, Aaron and Audio Adrenaline! Give him a call!!Husband John Schneider here... We have been battling AV issues for over a year and have experienced three prior companies NONE of which could figure out the problem. Owner Aaron came in and diagnosed the situation immediately, suggested some options, worked with us budget-wise, and solved the problem. When we had a minor glitch post-repair he was accessible to talk about what needed to be done next and we are in process! Trust me, you will NOT find a better or more friendly and knowledgeable AV guy or company in the Prescott area. We only wish we had STARTED with Aaron and Audio Adrenaline! Hire him/them... you won't go wrong!

I got quoted double the price that best buy quoted for the same electronics and installation. Triple the price for an oil change. Nice guys if you want to throw money away or if you are really rich. Best Buy installer was awesome and worked to actually get the price down even more. Show them your quote and they'll actually laugh.

I have been buying things from Aaron since he worked at Smith Audio back when it was in Prescott. He has always treated me fair and been very reasonable on his prices. Service is always great and the installs look awesome. Highly recommended for top end audio and video.

I took my car in a couple months ago because I was having problems figuring out how to replace my radio. They really helped me out and made sure I was happy with the installation. If you want good customer service and employees who know what they are doing, this is the place to go.

I couldn't be happier with with the work Audio Adrenaline did for me. I brought my new-to-me truck in and talked to Devin who answered all my questions and put together a killer audio system for me. On top of the professional work these guys did, Devin's customer service is second to none. He called me up on the day of the install and told me they could save me money because the door speakers we were going to replace were already top quality - they could have just installed new speakers and not told me, but this kind of honesty is what made me a customer of theirs from now on. He said he could upgrade my stock exhaust system while still being well under the original quote. Amazing! I'll be having them install some aftermarket headlights along with any other upgrades I want in the future. I would recommend anyone who wants professional installs and a great customer service experience to go to Audio Adrenaline.

I stopped at Audio Adrenaline for 15 second to spin a Pok�Stop. My buddy used to work there. Never expected it to be a big deal. A manager came out to my vehicle and harassed me, told that it s private property, that I have to ask permission to stop in their parking lot and told me one of his employees said I was walking around the building performing suspicious activity. When I was standing right out front in clear view of everyone for 10 seconds before returning to my truck. The altercation lasted for several minutes, longer than the total time I was out of my parked truck. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and entirely unnecessary behavior from a supervisor no less for no reason what so ever. He even went as far as to tell me that the parking lot was private property and I have to come in and ask permission to be there next time. When parking lots are state property, not privately owned.I will absolutely never go to audio adrenaline for any work on my vehicle and wouldn t recommend their service, with that kind of hostile and confrontational attitude from their staff.

What happened? I've used this company twice in the past few years, and was very satisfied, and even posted a favorable review. However, two weeks ago I called them to request another visit. I discussed with Arron the work to be performed, and was told by him he would get back to me on an appointment time later that day. Never happened. The next day I called again as a reminder that I still needed an appointment date. The person I talked to said they would remind Arron. Again, nothing. I tried once more the following day with no results. What happened? How could a repeat customer be treated so poorly? Needless to say I went with someone else. Too bad, they used to be a good company. Maybe the store manager will read this and bring this company back to what it used to be.

Amazing Customer Service,and the best price quality and selection you can find locally. I've had 6 vehicles completely upgraded,from mild to wild and have been completely satisfied each time,and if I wasn't,they went out of their way to take care of me.They also have a custom exhaust & suspension shop which have done great work on my sports cars as well as installing an amazingly appropriate aggressive exhaust system on my Ford lightning. Highly recommend for any and all home or auto audio needs.

I have been working with Audio Adrenaline for the last 7 years. They are fair and ALLWAYS stand behind there work. If you have a issue with a product the owner will make sure it will get resolved. I have been in the waiting room and seen the owner go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. He has installed several audio system for me in several of my vehicles. He has installed audio in my home as well he is a great business owner and will make sure you leave happy.

Went here to get my amp installed. I trust myself with wiring speakers but I wanted the amp to be done professionally. I was also having problems with my apple CarPlay not working. So I showed up with my dash all apart from messing with the radio all morning. I also noticed the steering wheel audio controls weren t working either. I was gonna fix it myself but I just wanted advise on what to do.When I got my truck back my amp was installed. My radio and dash that I had showed up with all taken apart was put back together ALL nice and neat! My apple CarPlay worked like there never was even an issue. And when I was driving home I noticed my steering wheel controls all worked! They only charged me for my amp, wires and installation! The thing that stands out about all of this to me is I didn t even ask them to fix my radio for me or put my dash back together. Dude you guys are so awesome!Incredible! Pride in what you do still exists!

Originally intended to be a simple 30 minute install of a car stereo deck turned into a 2 week ordeal after wrong parts were order, and trying to overcharge me on those and labor. Finally had to tell them otherwise that I was planning on taking my business to Audio Plus, which quoted me a cheaper price by $60 less then what they were initially trying to charge me over $140 at this location. Would I do business with them again? Maybe but, I'm not dealing with that type of customer service especially when something as simple and straightforward instead of jerking me around like that, especially with the attitude the front desk rep was pulling on me!

Terrible service. Went in there to have them locate my factory installed aux cord and they came out after 5 minutes saying something was wrong with the stereo. I repeated myself and told them what needed to be done and they kept saying it wasn't how my stereo worked. I know how it works due to the manufacturer who made the car and I earlier installed an aftermarket cord and the stereo worked fine. They constantly rejected what I was saying and said the only way was to install an entire aftermarket system for $400+. I later found the factory aux cord they refused to believe exists. They charged me $45 for 5 mins and constants lies because they were lazy and just pushed a button and said it was broke. Terrible customer service. They act like they are better than you. Take your money somewhere else.
