Jeremy is a walking encyclopedia of motorcycle information, especially when it comes to the Harley Davidson evolution motors. However his knowledge and expertise is absolutely worthless when you can t EVER get thru to him on the phone. Phone calls and voicemails are NEVER returned. It s an extremely rare occurrence when Twins actually opens its doors for daily business ON TIME. I ve sat in front of the shop several times now for hours AFTER they were supposed to open. Unacceptable! On the other hand it helped motivate me to learn to wrench on my own stuff instead of relying on others. That is much appreciated. Aside from the horrible customer service and complete lack of punctuality, Jeremy is a great dude with tons of information (when you can reach him).

I m new to Show Low and was having some clutch issues with my Chopper. I made an impromptu visit and Jeremy took my bike in immediately and got the clutch working great. Highly recommend.Joel

jeremy is the best wife and i got a flat rear tire middle of nowhere he closed shop took a long drive to us plugged tire and off we went .charged us 20 bucks we are very greatful and wont forget him thanks again

Jeremy is the only Harley Mech. That touches either of my bikes..service is great..

Great prices. Good people. He has a lot of customers so you may be put in line but he does good work and his prices were awesome compared to everywhere else
