They are awesome! In town RVing when my check engine light came on and engine running really rough. Knew we wouldn t make it home to Phx pulling our trailer. Called Thursday afternoon and got me in Friday morning. I was back on the road within an hour - bad coil pack. More than fair price, courteous and quick. My car broke down at Big Lake and I had to have it Towed to Storms. They were some of the best mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Brought car in to have a transmission mount replaced. They told us it would take an hour and a half. It took them 4 hours. They said they would call when finished and they never did. After picking up car the problem was not solved. Had to bring the car back for them to fix. Car still not running well. Still needs repaired. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The guys at Storms save my life! i had a front brake job done in Prescott Valley and drove across Gen Crook Trl. to Pinetop knowing I needed rear brakes also. I took my truck to Storms and the guys alerted me immediately that there was a problem with the brakes that had just been installed and that they could have stopped working at any time while driving in the mountains. They fixed the front brakes and the back brakes and helped me with the manager of the shop that had messed up in the first place to get my money back. I am thankful for Storm Automotive. They could have really taken advantage of the situation but they didn't. they were kind and understanding and helped me out of a dangerous situation. Thanks guys!!!Service: Brakes

They were very nice and the charges were much less than any of the places I have taken my Subaru too. Great prices,polite service men. Why go anywhere else.

We won't be using any other shop on the mountain and highly recommend them!Our first experience with our diesel was great. They tried multiple times to do a forced regeneration but were unable to do it until we got our obd connector fixed. But they tried their best to make it work and topped off our def fluid.Once we got the obd fixed we took our diesel back and they fixed it with no additional charge! They even went out of their way to inquire about my check engine light that wouldn't turn off and informed me of the details and the recall from my dealership.Really stand-up individuals. Thanks Storm's team!

Zip ties and other bare minimum solutions to fix your vehicle is what Tim Storm provides. He will tell you the opposite. If you hold him responsible he won t own up. He will leave you stranded somewhere on this mountain. The service was very shady. He will get away with robbing me and my 7 month pregnant wife due to me not having time or money to pursue a litigation lawyer .he knows what he can get away with and will reach into your pockets every opportunity he getsService: Transmission repair

Was told they close at 4:30 pm, came to pickup the car at 4:20 pm and no one was there. Stuck without a vehicle for the rest of the week since I work 4 ten hour days, cannot pickup until following week. Google website says open until 5 pm.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Very honest, has always done the work needed plus does a thorough check. I do not feel I have ever been over charged. I would highly recommend their service.

I was worried about my brakes driving in the canyon. Storms got me in and checked everything thoroughly. Very nice employees. If I lived in the area they would be my go to for auto repair.

While on vacation I had a problem with ABS light and brake light going on. Tim's guys checked it out and found that the brake fluid was low. Added fluid and did not charge me. Next time I am in the area and have a problem, That's where I will go for repair.

These guys will try to charge you what you they think they can, not what the work is worth. If you can take your vehicle somewhere else.
